L ouverture des marchés et les opportunités de développement dans et hors Union Européenne, incitent à réfléchir sur un processus d harmonisation des formations et des certifications pour une meilleure lisibilité des pratiques et la reconnaissance de ce métier. Le résultat final est donc la conception, à partir de l expérience des 3 pays européens, d une «certification européenne» adaptée à l emploi du technicien cordiste professionnel et en conformité avec le Cadre Européen des Certifications. Les outils crées pendant le projet seront : - Un référentiel des activités et des compétences du technicien cordiste - Un référentiel de certification - Un programme modulaire de formation des techniciens cordistes - Un programme de formation des formateurs (formation transfert) - Un programme de formation des membres de jurys/ évaluateur de la certification. Ces outils seront expérimentés et testés pendant le projet dans les 3 pays Cette nouvelle certification contribuera à l élévation et à l harmonisation de compétences des techniciens cordistes et sera étendue aux pays souhaitant s inscrire dans ce processus. Beschreibung: Objectif of the project : - design and create a European rope access certification to harmonised rope access technician skills in Europe. - design of this certification based on experience and certifications existing in the countries of each partners. - Added value provided to the various national systems by ensuring their compliance with the European Certification Framework. - Certification will fit one of the 8 European levels. - A number of ECVET credits will be awarded to it according to European recommendations.
