Au-delà du «persévérer dans la désespérance» : chemin depuis la joie ontologique Une recherche-formation au contact du corps sensible et des histoires de vie en formation Mots-clés : corps sensible, joie ontologique, renversement identitaire. Depuis une dizaine d années, mes travaux de recherche m ont amené à questionner la place du corps sensible (Bois, 2007;2006;2005;2002;2001, Berger, 2010;2006, Humpich, 2009;2001) au cœur de la formation du sujet adulte tout au long de sa vie. Comment accompagner l adulte en formation à se rapprocher de son corps sensible afin d intégrer cette dimension dans l expérience et la réflexion de soi, des autres et du monde? En effet, la fréquentation des protocoles pratiques proposés par la psychopédagogie perceptive permet de construire un rapport différent à soi, aux choses, aux êtres et au monde. Ce chemin de connaissance offre au sujet en formation l opportunité de renouveler le rapport qu il entretient non seulement avec son existence mais aussi avec les autres, tout en contribuant à la construction des savoirs inédits et au renouvellement de ses pratiques professionnelles et relationnelles. Se renouveler implique ici d oser prendre la mesure de son attachement à ses idées, à ses valeurs propres comme aux valeurs environnantes, ainsi qu à ses habitudes. Mes recherches actuelles cherchent à regarder de plus près la question de la validation des expériences signifiantes vécues au contact du corps sensible. Ce type d expérience a un potentiel transformateur incontestable pour autant que le sujet de cette expérience assume sa responsabilité de l observer, de l accueillir, de la réfléchir et de se laisser enseigner et transformer en vue de pouvoir accompagner de façon efficiente son propre devenir. Dans des contextes de formation universitaire et de formation continue, ma propre expérience du corps sensible m a permis de faire l expérience d une joie inédite au pouvoir formateur et transformateur sans précédent. Cette joie est dite «ontologique», car son déploiement s est toujours vécu indépendamment d une cause extérieure ou de déterminismes inhérents à mon histoire de vie. Le vécu et le travail réflexif autour de cette expérience de joie est venue mettre en transformation de façon radicale une identité profondément inscrite dans la désespérance. Dans le cadre d un doctorat en psychopédagogie perceptive, je cherche à découvrir les actes et les compétences qui favorisent le passage d une identité à une autre suite à une expérience forte vécue au contact de son corps sensible. D inspiration phénoménologico-herméneutique (Daignault,1995; Gomez, 2008; Léger, 2006; Rugira, 2004) et heuristique (Craig,1978), cette recherche est menée à la première personne (Berger, 2009; Vermersch, 1996). Pour ce faire, c est au contact du courant des histoires de vie que je m appuie (Josso, 1998, de Villers, 1996, Dominicé, 2002, Pineau et Le Grand, 2002) en déployant une écriture biographie afin de rencontrer, au cœur de ma propre expérience, comment je m y prends pour valider mon expérience de joie
ontologique au contact de mon corps sensible qui porte en elle une possibilité réelle de renversement identitaire.

Moving from «perseverance in despair» : a journey starting with ontological joy Formative research in contact with the Sensible body and life history in adult learning Key words : sensible body, ontological joy, identity shift Over the last ten years, my research has led me to question the place of the Sensible body (Bois, 2007;2006;2005;2002;2001, Berger, 2010;2006, Humpich, 2009;2001) within adult life-long learning : how to accompany the adult learner to become closer to their Sensible body in order to integrate this dimension into their experience of and reflection on themselves, others and the world. The regular practice of the protocoles offered by perceptual psychoeducation enables the building of a different relationship to self, things, others and to the world. This pathway to knowledge gives learners the opportunity to renew the relationship they have not only with their own existence, but also with others, whilst also contributing to the elaboration of new knowledge and the renewal of their professional and relational practices. Renewal is meant here as the act of daring to measure their attachment to their ideas, their own as well as their surrounding values, and their habits. The objective of my current research is to study closely the issue of the validation of the meaning-carrying experiences lived in contact with the Sensible body. This type of experience undeniably has transformational potential as long as the subject of the experience takes responsibility for observing it, welcoming it, reflecting upon it and learning and transforming from it, to be able to efficiently accompany their own process of becoming. Whilst involved in university and continuing education, my own experience of the Sensible body allowed me to experience an unknown feeling of joy that had a powerful learning and transformational quality never encountered before. This joy is called «ontological» in the sense that its experience unfolded independently from any external causes or determinisms inherent to my biography. How I experienced and reflected on this joy resulted in a radical transformation of an identity deeply steeped in despair. Within the doctorate programme in perceptual psychoeducation, I aim to discover the actions and skills that foster the shift from one identity to another after a strong experience lived in contact with the Sensible body. This first-person research (Berger, 2009; Vermersch, 1996) is inspired by hermeneutic phenomenology (Daignault,1995; Gomez, 2008; Léger, 2006; Rugira, 2004) and heuristics (Craig, 1978). I use life history and auto/biographical narrative research as an approach (Josso, 1998, de Villers, 1996, Dominicé, 2002, Pineau et Le Grand, 2002), working with biographical writing to encounter, at the heart of my own experience, what I do to validate my experience of ontological joy in contact with my Sensible body a joy that carries within the real possibility of an identity shift.
