Challenges & perspectives At national level To elaborate jointly national strategies: Towards a national public network and infrastructure in EO with 2 components: (1) Technological (SDI) Three interoperable SDI currently under development in a coordinated way: CGTD-THEIA, Equipex-GEOSUD, GEOPORTAIL module for HSR images (Pléiades) Mix of images : Pléiades, Spot 6/7, Sentinel, Spot World Heritage, Landsat Web services (using OTB, ) (2) Organisational (including at regional level) Partnership (CES,other partners of the value added chain, final users), governance, economic models Importance to maintain an institutional support to the two networks (ISIS scientific - and RTU operational applications): THEIA is the right platform (CES network, CGTD, governance) At European level Interface national efforts with Copernicus European Core Services Network with other countries (ESA TEP, H2020 calls ) 5
