Objectif général / General goal Création d un E-Institut franco-anglais ayant pour but la réalisation de nouveaux produits transfrontaliers - vecteurs d innovation pédagogique - visant la formation à distance des publics jeunes en formation dans les métiers de bouche, de l hôtellerie-restauration et de la coiffure. Creation of a Franco-British E-Institute having for goal the conception of new cross-border products innovative educational delivery targeting e-learning for young target groups in training in the trades of catering, hospitality/catering, and hairdressing.
Objectif spécifique 1 / Specific goal 1 Créer un Institut Transfrontalier spécialisé dans la formation à distance et le blended learning* sur les métiers de bouche, de l hôtellerierestauration et de la coiffure intégrant les notions de mobilité et de professionnalisation des apprenants. * Le blended learning désigne l utilisation conjointe du e-learning et du mode classique d apprentissage appelé souvent «présentiel». L apprenant va ainsi alterner entre des sessions à distance en ligne et des sessions en face-à-face avec le ou les formateurs. Creating a Cross-Border Institute specializing in e-learning and blended learning* related to the trades of catering, hospitality and catering and hairdressing integrating the notions of mobility and professionalization of learners. *Blended learning refers to the joint use of e-learning and traditional learning mode often called class-room training. The learner will thus switch between e-learning sessions online and sessions of face-to-face with the trainer.
Objectif spécifique 2 / Specific goal 2 Prendre en compte les évolutions technologiques liées à la formation professionnelle, initiale et tout au long de la vie, afin d adapter les dispositifs existants et développer une pédagogie commune basée sur l apprentissage par les nouvelles technologies des deux côtés de la Manche. Taking into account the technological evolutions related to initial vocational training and lifelong learning, in order to adapt to the existing devices and to develop a common education based on learning through new technologies on both sides of the Channel.
Objectif spécifique 3 / Specific goal 3 Essaimer les résultats et outils réalisés dans le cadre du premier projet vers les nouveaux partenaires; développer et mettre en œuvre un process de blended learning. Disseminating the results and tools created within the first project to new partners; developing and implementing a blended learning process.
Objectif spécifique 4 / Specific goal 4 Ouvrir le projet à: - de nouveaux publics cibles, - de nouvelles zones géographiques, en travaillant sur: - l orientation professionnelle et l employabilité, - l autonomie, - la mobilité, - l interculturalité, - la citoyenneté européenne. Opening the project to: - new target groups, - new geographical areas, working on: - profesional guidance and employability, - autonomy, - mobility, - cross-culture, - European citizenship.
Objectif spécifique 5 / Specific goal 5 S appuyer sur les besoins en compétences et en emploi des bassins d activité concernés par le projet des deux côtés de la Manche, notamment ceux liés à l hôtellerie, la restauration et les métiers de bouche. Développer un club de tuteurs transfrontalier fort permettant de soutenir l apprentissage, l échange et la transmission de techniques et de savoir-faire entre professionnels mais également entre professionnels et apprenants par le développement du tutorat en entreprise. Taking into account the skills and employment needs of the activity areas involved in the project on both sides of the Channel, including those related to hospitality, catering and food trades. Developing a strong cross-border club of mentors allowing to support the learning, exchange and transmission of techniques and know-how between professionals but also between professionals and learners through the development of mentoring in firms.
Résultats escomptés / Expected results Mise en place d un process transfrontalier clé en main, l'institut Transfrontalier de Formation à Distance - s appuyant sur une plateforme e-learning utilisable par tous les apprenants des organismes français et anglais partenaires - facilement transférable à d autres organismes de formation en dehors du partenariat Interreg «N.T.A.». Implementation of a cross-border turnkey process, the Cross-border Institute for E-Learning based on an e-learning platform at the disposal of all the learners from the French and English partner organisations - easily transferable to other training organizations outside the Interreg partnership NTA. Création d un dispositif d essaimage et d une e-mallette pédagogique du e-formateur destinés à faciliter le transfert de savoir-faire e-learning aux nouveaux partenaires français et anglais du projet. Conception of a dissemination plan and of a virtual e-educational toolkit of the e-trainer for supporting the transfer of e-learning know-how to the new French and English project partners.
Résultats escomptés / Expected results Création d'un espace de formation tuteurs transfrontalier, intégré à la plateforme club de tuteurs et proposition d une activité de parrainage transfrontalière en partenariat avec les Missions Locales. Creation of a cross-border training space for mentors, part of the platform of club of tutors and proposal of a cross-border activity of sponsorship in partnership with Missions Locales. Développement d un module sur l orientation professionnelle afin de faciliter le positionnement de jeunes français et anglais sur les métiers en tension et création d un e- CV européen adapté aux publics cibles. Development of a module on profesional guidance to facilitate the positioning of young French and English on shortage occupations and creation of a European e-cv adapted to the target groups. Promotion de l apprentissage des langues grâce à la mise en place d un module linguistique et professionnel et grâce à l utilisation d outils linguistiques déjà existants dans le cadre européen. Cet apprentissage concernera les jeunes français et anglais. Promotion of the learning of languages thanks to the setting-up of a linguistic and vocational module and thanks to the use of linguistic tools already existing in the European framework. This learning will concern the French and English young people.
Résultats escomptés / Expected results Organisation d'échanges de mobilité transfrontalière (apprenants, équipes pédagogiques, tuteurs en entreprises) via une plateforme de mobilité dédiée intégrant une base de données - type offres de stage à l étranger. Organisation of cross-border exchanges (learners, educational teams, internship mentors) through the mobility platform including a database like internships abroad. Mise en place d un e-portfolio européen pour chaque apprenant français et anglais accompagné d une activité de coaching. Implementation of a European e-portfolio for each French and English learner supported by a coaching activity. Organisation de deux événements professionnels autour des métiers de bouche de type Université d'eté «Université transfrontalière des savoirs professionnels» et organisation de 2 shows transfrontaliers permettant de faire travailler ensemble les professeurs, les apprenants français et anglais dans le cadre d un projet commun. Organise two professional events focusing on food and catering activities in the type of a summer university, "Cross-border University for Professional Know-How and organization of 2 cross-border shows allowing to give the opportunity to French and English teachers and learners to work together on a common project.
