DESACOUPLER LE MOTEUR DU PROPULSEUR D ETRAVE DISASSEMBLE THE MOTOR FROM THE SHAFT OF THE BOWTHRUSTER 1- Enfoncer l arrêt d urgence, afin d éviter toute mauvaise manipulation 2- Démonter le + du moteur du propulseur et protéger le câble à l aide de scotch. 1- Push the red emergency stop, in order to avoid sparks if wrong handling 2- Disconnect the + from the bowthruster motor et protect the cable end with adhesive tape 3- Fixer 2 colliers de 40 x 60 sur le pied du propulseur (2/3 en haut = 40 cm du bas) afin d éviter de perdre le pied une fois désaccouplé du moteur. 4- Dévisser la platine support des relais à l aide d une clé Hallen 5- Dévisser et déposer le réservoir d huile (sur certains modèles de propulseurs seulement, suivant l année du bateau) 6- Assurer le moteur avec une drisse, afin d éviter qu il ne s échappe 3- Fix 2 straps/collars around the foot (2/3 from the top = 40 cm from the bottom), in order not to loose the foot once disacoupled from the motor. 4- Take off the support of the relays on the motor with an Hallen key 5- Unscrew and take off the oil tank (on some models only, depending of the year of the boat) 6- Secure the motor with a halyard, in order not to loose it Page 1 sur 5
7- Déposer les entretoises de chariot blanches 7- Take off the white travelling spacers 8- Dévisser les 4 vis BTR/CHC du moteur/entretoise aluminium. 9- Détordre/remettre à plat les tôles frein des boulons tenant le pied à l entretoise, et dévisser. 8- Unscrew the 4 BTR/CHC bolts from the motor/aluminium spacer 9- Untwist/make flat the braking metal sheets, and undo the bolts. Attention : le pied peut descendre brusquement! Caution: the foot may fall down suddenly! 10- Desserrer les 2 vis pointeau de l accouplement souple de l arbre 10- Unscrew the 2 fixing screws from the soft coupling/shaft Page 2 sur 5
11- Démonter le cerclage autour du moteur 11- Take off the hooping of the motor 12- Enlever l axe bas du vérin de remontée/descente 12- Undo the low axis of the lifting spring 13- Déposer les 2 boulons de 8 qui tiennent l entretoise aluminium sur le chariot de descente/montée. 13- Undo the 2 8mm bolts which hold the lifting travellers on the aluminium spacer 14- Désaccoupler le moteur. 14- Disengage the motor ATTENTION Ne pas appliquer d effort vertical sur l arbre sous l accouplement souple. L arbre pourrait se désaccoupler du mécanisme de pied de propulseur!! CAUTION Do not apply any vertical effort on lower shaft below soft coupling. You could disengage the lower shaft from the mechanism in the foot!! Page 3 sur 5
ACCOUPLEMENT DU MOTEUR DE PROPULSEUR ALIGNMENT OF THE MOTOR OF BOWTHRUSTER 15- Emboîter l entretoise aluminium sur le pied et mettre les 2 vis de 16 mm. Tordre les tôles frein. 15- Fit the aluminium spacer together with the foot, and screw the 2 16mm bolts in. Bend the metal sheets as it was before 16- Descendre le moteur sur l entretoise aluminium (appliquer de la graisse silicone au préalable) 17- Afin d aligner le clavetage, faire tourner les ailettes du refroidissement à l aide d un tournevis. 16- Take the motor down on the aluminium spacer (apply silicon grease) 17- In order to align the keying, rotate the blades of the air cooler with a screwdriver 18- Remonter les vis pointeau de l accouplement souple, et les coller au frein filet. 19- Serrer les 4 vis BTR/CHC du moteur/entretoise aluminium. 18- Fix the grub screws back into the soft coupling and use LOCTITE to stop them. 19- Fix back the 4 original BTR/CHC bolts tightening the motor onto the aluminium spacer Page 4 sur 5
20- Engager le chariot par le bas et le fixer à l entretoise aluminium par les 2 boulons arrières de 8mm (Ne pas oublier le câble de masse) 20- Engage the lifting traveller from the bottom and fix it onto the aluminium case with the 2 bolts on the back (do not forget the mass cables) 21- Remonter la bride circulaire 22- Remonter les entretoises de chariot en nylon blanc 23- Remonter la platine porte relais 24- Re-fixer l axe bas du vérin avec sa goupille 25- Fixer le réservoir d huile 26- Connecter le + au moteur. 27- Procédez aux essais 21- Fix back the hoping of the motor 22- Screw the white nylon spacers of the lifting travellers 23- Screw back the support of the relays 24- Fix back the low axis on the lifting spring and its pin. 25- Fix the oil tank 26- Connect the + onto the motor 27- Proceed to the tests Temps alloué : 4 heures Allocated time : 4 hours Page 5 sur 5
