DMX CONTROLEUR CA-24D CA-2405 Le CA-24D est un contrôleur DMX 24 canaux spécialement conçu pour une utilisation avec le CA-2405. Il est muni d un panneau de commande convivial, de 24 scènes programmables, des fonctions plein feux et BLACKOUT ainsi que du verrouillage du panneau de commande pour éviter des fausses manipulations. MANUAL SCENE : dans le mode MANUEL et SCENE Quand l indicateur LED clignote, vous êtes dans le mode SCENE ce qui signifie que vous pouvez sélectionner et activer les scènes que vous avez préalablement programmées dans le mode SCENE. Quand l indicateur LED s allume mais ne clignote pas, vous êtes dans le mode SCENE ce qui signifie que vous pouvez sélectionner les appareils que vous voulez contrôler dans le mode MANUEL. BLACKOUT CLEAR : Appuyez sur le bouton pour éteindre les appareils. Maintenez enfoncé le bouton pour effacer toutes les données. ALL ON : Appuyez sur le bouton pour allumer tous les appareils PROGRAM : Appuyez sur le bouton pour entrer et sortir du mode programme PROGRAM + ALL ON : Appuyez sur ces 2 boutons en même temps pour verrouiller
MANUAL SCENE + BLACKOUT CLEAR : Appuyez sur ces 2 boutons pour contrôler les appareils point par point. USB : pour relier un câble USB quand vous devez mettre à jour le programme CONTROLLER : Port RJ 45 pour la fonction MASTER/SLAVE DMX OUT : Sortie DMX 512, peut être reliée au CA2405 et contrôle ON/OFF des appareils BLACK OUT CLEAR + ALL ON : Appuyez sur ces 2 boutons pour vérifier les appareils MASTER/SLAVE PROGRAM + MANUAL SCENE : Appuyez sur ces 2 boutons pour entrer ou sortir du mode programme. COMMUTATEUR ON /OFF : pour allumer/éteindre l appareil DC INPUT : ENTREE DC 9V/12V FONCTIONNEMENT DE L APPAREIL Remarque : Avant d utiliser le CA-24D, veuillez vérifier que l appareil est branché et allumé. Les indicateurs LED des boutons avec des chiffres vont tourner en boucle ce qui permet de vérifier les appareils MASTER/SLAVE. Si le bouton 1 reste allumé, l appareil 1 est l appareil MASTER. Choix de l appareil En appuyant sur les boutons de 1 à 24, vous sélectionnez les appareils que vous voulez contrôler Appuyez sur les boutons 1 par 1 pour choisir les appareils. Exemple : Appuyez sur le bouton 1, puis sur 4 et enfin sur 24 pour sélectionner les appareils 1, 4 et 24. Les LED correspondantes s allument. FACE ARRIERE Ou alors, vous pouvez sélectionner directement un groupe d appareils en appuyant sur le bouton du 1 er appareil et sur le bouton du dernier appareil. Exemple : Pour sélectionner les appareils de 1 à 4, appuyez en même temps sur les 2 boutons, les appareils 1,2,3 et 4 seront sélectionnés. Les LED s allument. Vous pouvez faire plusieurs groupes selon vos besoins en recommençant la même procédure de début. Le mode programme Vous pouvez programmer et enregistrer 24 scènes. Appuyez sur le bouton PROGRAM et MANUAL SCENE en même temps pour entrer dans ce mode. Enregistrer les scènes : Sélectionnez les appareils en appuyant sur les boutons de 1 à 24 pour allumer/éteindre les appareils. Puis appuyez sur le bouton PROGRAM pour mémoriser les scènes de votre choix. Les indicateurs LED vont clignoter 3 fois. Répétez l opération tout en sachant que vous pouvez programmer 24 scènes sur l appareil MASTER. Exemple : Entrez dans le mode PROGRAM, maintenez enfoncé le bouton BLACKOUT CLEAR pendant 3 secondes. Il n y a pas de signal DMX en sortie Appuyez sur le bouton PROGRAM et sur les boutons de 1 à 24 pour enregistrer les scènes. Les indicateurs LED vont clignoter 3 fois si les scènes ont bien été programmées et enregistrées.
Appuyez sur le bouton PROGRAM et MANUAL SCENE en même temps pour sortir du mode programme. Attention : Dans ce mode, l indicateur LED du bouton MANUAL SCENE doit rester allumer sans clignoter. De cette manière, vous pouvez programmer la scène. Remarque : Seulement le contrôleur MASTER peut programmer les scènes. Le contrôleur SLAVE ne peut qu allumer ou éteindre les appareils que vous voulez contrôler. Configuration MASTER/SLAVE Le mode Flash Dans ce mode, vous pouvez contrôler le flash des appareils. Appuyez sur les boutons MANUAL SCENE et BLACK OUT CLEAR pour entrer dans ce mode. Vous pouvez contrôler ainsi les appareils. Link View Appuyez sur les boutons BLACKOUT CLEAR et ALL ON pour vérifier les appareils MASTER/SLAVE. Les indicateurs LED des boutons avec des chiffres tournent en boucle. L indicateur LED montre la position de l appareil dans la chaine MASTER/SLAVE. S il y a 3 appareils dans la chaine MASTER/SLAVE : sur l appareil MASTER, l indicateur LED du bouton 1 s allume et les indicateurs LED des appareils SLAVE, à savoir 2 et 3 vont s allumer. Verrouillage Maintenez enfoncé les boutons PROGRAM et ALL ON pendant 3 secondes. Tous les boutons du panneau de commande seront verrouillés. Remarque : Dans la fonction verrouillage, quand vous appuyez sur n importe quel bouton du panneau de commande, les indicateurs LED tournent en boucle. Le code pour déverrouiller le panneau de commande est 168169. Master / Slave Le CA-24D peut être utilisé en mode MASTER/SLAVE. Il est possible de relier entre eux 22 appareils au maximum. Branchez le câble au port RJ- 45. Utilisez la fonction LINK VIEW pour vérifier les appareils en MASTER et SLAVE grâce aux indicateurs des LED. Mise à jour Vous pouvez utiliser le câble USB et le relier à votre ordinateur pour mettre à jour le nouveau logiciel. Merci de suivre les étapes suivantes : Téléchargez la nouvelle version du logiciel sur le site www.acme.com.cn et décompresser le dossier CA-24D.SUP Connectez le CA-24D à une des entrées USB de votre ordinateur. Tout d abord, éteignez le CA-24D et maintenez enfoncé le bouton PROGRAM et le bouton 23 en même temps. Puis allumez le contrôleur. Une nouvelle fenêtre s affiche sur votre écran qui contient le fichier CA-24D.SUP Puis copiez ce dossier. Les indicateurs LED du CA-24D vont clignoter 3 fois. Utilisez le commutateur pour éteindre le CA-D puis rallumez le pour vérifier si la mise à jour a bien été faite. Remarque : Ne PAS éteindre l appareil alors que vous n avez pas encore copié le dossier CA-24D dans votre répertoire. Ceci peut rendre l appareil inopérable. Rappel : Si l appareil est le MASTER, l indicateur LED au dessus du bouton 1 s allume. S il ne s allume pas, l appareil est SLAVE.

Press the key to black out all fixtures;!! 8 MANUAL SCENE + BLACK OUT CLEAR: press these two keys to point control the fixtures 9 BLACK OUT CLEAR + ALL ON: Press these two keys to check out the master/slave unit OPERATION Notice: Before using CA-24D, please make sure you ve powered up the controller. The LED indicators in number key area will run in loops, which is to check out the master/salve unit. If the LED indicator of the key 1 keeps on, indicating the one is the master unit. Select fixture Press the number key 1-24 to select the fixture you would like to control. Press the number key one by one to select the fixtures, 10PROGRAM + Manual SCENE: Press the keys to enter/exit the program mode E.g. Press the buttons one by one, to select the fixture 1, 4, 24; the corresponding LED indicators will light up. Or you can select a batch of sequential fixtures by press the start and end key. 11 Power switch: Used to power up the CA-24D. REAR PANEL Eg. To select fixture 1-4, press synchronously, fixtures 1,2,3,4 will be chosen at the same time, the corresponding LED will light up. You can select different sequential fixtures according to your requirements. Program mode You can program and store 24 scenes. Press PROGRAM and MANUAL SCENE at the same time to enter the program mode. Store scene: Select the fixtures by pressing Number Key 1-24 to turn ON/OFF the fixtures, then press PROGRAM key to memorize the scene, Related Led indicators on the operation panel will flash three times. Repeat the operation, you can program 24 scenes on master unit. 12 USB: connect with standard USB cable when upgrading the firmware 13 CONTROLLER: RJ-45 port for master/slave function 14 DMX OUT: DMX-512 output, connect with power switch pack, control the ON/OFF for the fixtures 15 DC INPUT: DC 9V-12V E.g.: Enter PROGRAM mode, press and hold BLACK OUT/CLEAR key for 3 seconds, then no DMX signal to output from CA-24D,press PROGRAM key and the number key 1-24 to memorize the scene, the related Led indicators will flash for three seconds, if the scene programmed and memorized successfully. Press PROGRAM and MANUAL SCENE at the same time once again to exit program mode Notice: When in program mode, the LED indicator of MANUAL SCENE should be on without flash. Then you can program the scene.
Flash mode Master/slave link diagram In this mode, you can flash control the fixtures. Press MANUAL SCENE and BLACK OUT CLEAR, enter the flash mode You can flash control the fixtures LINK VIEW Press BLACK OUT CLEAR and ALL ON to check out the master/slave unit, the LED indicators in Number key area will run in loops, and the corresponding LED indicator will show the position of the unit in the master/salve link. E.g: If there re three units in the master/salve link, on master unit, the Led indicator 1 will light up, on slave 2 and slave 3, the indicator 2 and 3 will light up respectively. Key-lock function Press and hold PROGRAM and ALL ON for 3 seconds, all the keys on the panel will be locked, when you input right code to unlock the operation panel. Upgrade Notion: In key-lock function, when you press any key on the panel, The LED indicators in this area will run in loops. The code to unlock the controller is key 1 6 8 1 6 9. Use standard USB cable connect with your computer to upgrade the newest firmware through the USB connector. If needed, updating the firmware in the CA-24D is easy, just follow these steps: Master/slave CA-24D can work in master/slave mode, max. 22 units can link together. Connect CA-24D with RJ-45 cable, use LINK VIEW to checkout the master/slave unit by the LED indicators showing on the Number key area. E.g. If the unit is master controller, then the LED indicator above Number key 1 will keep on, if not, then it will be a slave controller. Notion: Only the master controller can program the scenes. The slave controllers can only turn ON/OFF the fixtures you would like to control. Download the new firmware version from our website (www.acme.ocm.cn) and unzip it named as CA-24D.SUP Connect the CA-24D to one of the USB-inputs of your PC. Turn the power of the CA-24D OFF first, press and hold PROGRAM and key 23 at the same time, and power ON the controller synchronously. A new window, with directory opens on your PC-screen, which contains a file named CA- 24.SUP Now copy the new CA-24D.SUP file (downloaded from our website) into the directory, the LED indicators on the operation of CA-24D will flash 3 times Use the power switch to switch the CA-24D off, then switch on the controller to check whether upgrade successfully Important remark: DO NOT switch the CA-24D off while no new file was copied to the CA- 24D directory, this will make the controller inoperable
