The following rules have to be followed for this admission : - the exhibitor must have paid all the invoices in the times required by the Organization - he has to pay an all-in entrance fee of 150 (inc.) in order to enter on site with his merchandise - a deposit of 100 inc. will be required for each vehicle at the entrance on site, for a permitted unloading of 1h or 2h (according to the vehicle). This deposit will be returned when the vehicle leaves the site, and only if the time allowed for unloading on site has been respected. ** the unloading of trucks (carriage companies) will be organised thanks to a timetable made by the Organization. It is obligatory to contact the Organization from May 15th, 27 in order to ask for a laissez-passer.
