Es liefert alle gerätespezifischen Dateien, die zum Flashen notwendig sind und ermöglicht somit eine einfache Durchführung des Flash-Vorgangs. Die Installation muss jedes Mal durchgeführt werden, wenn neue Dateien für die Geräte hinzugefügt werden sollen. Es werden dabei keine Dateien gelöscht. Allerdings werden bereits vorhandene gleichnamige Dateien überschrieben. 4 Benutzung von RadioFlashTool 4.1 Flashen von Funksensor Vor Flashen: - Das Gehäuse öffnen Den Gummischutz entfernen, Seitenkleber abziehen und die sechs Schrauben entfernen - Den Akkustecker abziehen 015 022 - Das Funkmodul entfernen 016 Schließen Sie nach der Installation das AVR-Programmiergerät an den PC an. Jetzt Flashen: - Doppelklick auf RadioFlashTool auf dem Desktop. 024 - Den Akku wieder anschließen 060 - Softwareversion auswählen 061 025 - Mit Taste Flashen Vorgang starten. - Die LED vom AVR-Programmiergerät muss grün leuchten 2 1 062 - Der Infobereich kann über die Schaltfläche 1 ein- bzw. ausgeblendet werden. 026 - Unter 2 wird die zu flashende Softwareversion und der Prozessortyp angezeigt. 4 Using: RadioFlashTool 4.1 Flashing Radiosensor Before Flashing: - Open the housing Remove the rubber protective case, strip the side stickers and unscrew the nine screws. - Disconnect the battery from the board 015 022 - Remove the Radio module 016 After the installation connect the AVR-Programming device with your PC. - Connect AVR- Programming device to Radiosensor on X6 (ISP). The red LED of AVR-Programming device lits. Now Flash: - Double click on RadioFlashTool from desktop 024 - Reconnect the battery 060 - Select software version 061 025 - Start process with key Flash - The green LED of AVR- Programming device lits 2 1 062 - The notification area can be hidden or displayed by clicking 1 026 - The software version and processor type is displayed on 2. - After successful Flashing process: 4.2 Flashing Stationary Reciever (OFS) - Disconnect the power supply from OFS 063 - Now disconnect again the battery from Radiosensor (as Step2) - Unplug the AVR-Programming device from Radiosensor 032 - Put on the Radio module again - Update the small label on microcontroller with the current version. For example V2.1 - Open the box by unscrewing the cover - Remove the Radio module 033 - Connect AVR- Programming device via USB to PC (Driver Installation ) 031 - Connect the battery and screw the housing together - Press any key to flash another board (back to Step 1). - After successful Flashing process: 5 Error Messages Error 1: If this message appears then: check if the battery is connected to the radiosensor and also check whether the DIP-Switch (Pin9) is in lower position. For OFS check if the power supply is connected. 063 - Now disconnect again the Power supply from OFS (as step1) - Unplug the AVR-Programming device from OFS - Put on the Radio module again - Update the small label on microcontroller with the current version. For example V1.3. 065 Error 2: Error during the programming: Check the Radio module: it must be removed. For the very first time connection it may prompt you to set up the AVR-Programming device in your PC. Note: The following Steps are for setting up the device under the Windows XP environment. 4 Utilisation du RadioFlashTool 4.1 Flasher les capteurs de communication Avant de flasher: - Ouvrir le boîtier Enlever l élastique de protection, ainsi que le scotch et les six vis. - Retirer le câble de la batterie. 015 022 - Enlever le module de communication 016 Après l installation, relier l appareil de programmation AVR au PC. Si l appareil n est pas reconnu automatiquement par Windows, l installation doit être faite manuellement (voir sous la partie 6 Mise en place de l appareil de programmation AVR ). 023 - Connecter l appareil de programmation AVR par USB au PC (attendre l installation du driver) AD E1036 A 18.02.2014 27

- Relier le capteur de communication à X6 (ISP) à l appareil de programmation AVR. La LED de l appareil de programmation AVR est rouge.
