Op verzoek van de vennootschap BOA (Belgian Overseas Agencies), heeft Euronext Brussels beslist de International Depositary Receipts («IDRs») Brookfield BE0004601424 uitgegeven door BOA en in vertegenwoordiging van gewone aandelen Brookfield Asset Management CA1125851040 van de gereglementeerde markt Euronext Brussels te schrappen. Deze schrapping zal ingaan op 30 mei 2014 na beurs. BOA heeft beslist de uitgegeven IDRs uit omloop te nemen vanaf 2 juni 2014. De houders van IDR s worden daarom uitgenodigd hun IDR s, met de niet-vervallen coupons aangehecht en de nodige instructies voor de inschrijving, aan de loketten van ING België te deponeren, ten einde de onderliggende aandelen op naam zonder kosten in ontvangst te nemen. De originele aandelen zijn genoteerd op de Toronto Stock Exchange en Euronext Amsterdam. De IDRs dewelke niet werden aangeboden op uiterlijk 5 december 2014 zullen van ambtswege worden omgeruild tegen originele aandelen. On request of the company BOA (Belgian Overseas Agencies), Euronext Brussels decided to delist from the regulated market Euronext Brussels, the International Depositary Receipts (IDRs) Brookfield (BE0004601424) issued by BOA and representing the ordinary shares Brookfield Asset Management (CA112851040). This delisting will become effective on 30 May 2014 after market close. BOA has decided to withdraw the IDRs from circulation as from 2 June 2014. The holders of the IDRs are therefore invited to transfer its IDRs, due coupons attached, with the necessary instructions for inscription, at ING Belgium, in order to receive without costs the registered corresponding underlying shares. The ordinary shares are listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange and Euronext Amsterdam. The IDRs which have not been deposited by 5 December 2014 will mandatory be exchanged for the original shares.
