3 CONDIZIONI GENERALI DI VENDITA DECORRENZA Il presente listino annulla e sostituisce i precedenti. Non costituisce offerta al pubblico e puo essere modificato in qualsiasi momento, anche senza preavviso. I prezzi contenuti nel presente listino si intendono al pubblico, esclusa I.V.A., posa in opera e qualsiasi altra sorta di prestazione. I prezzi sono stati stampati in. L accettazione dell ordine e sempre subordinata all approvazione della HOME s.r.l. PRODOTTO La produzione e strettamente di serie. In caso di richiesta di mobili speciali e fuori misura, la cui fabbricazione resta a discrezione della HOME s.r.l., il cliente dovra allegare alla commissione il relativo disegno. Su tali mobili verra applicata una maggiorazione in base al tipo di lavorazione come specificato nel listino prezzi e comunque non inferiore al 35% sul prezzo di listino relativo ai mobili di misura immediatamente superiore. Eventuali alterazioni nella tonalita dei colori che si possono verificare a causa di fattori ambientali non possono in alcun modo costituire motivo di reso di merce. La HOME s.r.l. si riserva la facolta di apportare modifiche alla produzione ed ai prezzi senza alcun preavviso ed a sua insindacabile iniziativa. Per motivi commerciali e di approvvigionamento la HOME s.r.l. puo rivolgersi verso altri fornitori per l acquisto di alcuni componenti, i quali, pur rispettando le medesime caratteristiche qualitative e funzionali, potranno risultare leggermente diversi. TEMPI DI CONSEGNA I tempi di consegna indicativi, intesi come giorni lavorativi, sono di 30 giorni per i prodotti di serie. Sono richiesti tempi di giorni per prodotti speciali o fuori misura la cui produzione non viene eseguita all interno della HOME s.r.l. Comunque, i termini di consegna sopraindicati sono subordinati al periodo, alle esigenze produttive, al tipo di modello richiesto e al tipo di prodotto. Ritardi eventuali di consegna non danno diritto a compensi, indennizzi o risarcimento danni diretti o indiretti.per ordini inferiori a 1,00 netti, la ditta HOME s.r.l. si riserva di prorogare i termini di consegna, onde poterli raggruppare con altri eventuali ordini. Qualora venga espressamente richiesto il contrario, tali ordini verranno consegnati addebbitando 30,00 netti per il trasporto. GARANZIA La HOME s.r.l. risponde a norma di legge dei beni da essa prodotti, come da scheda prodotto allegata a ogni cucina in base alla Legge 10/04/91 n.126 Norme per l informazione del consumatore e al Decreto del 8/02/97 n. 101 Regolamento d attuazione. Si ritiene esonerata da responsabilita derivanti da inadeguata installazione, da uso inappropriato e cattiva manutenzione del prodotto. Nel caso di eventuali difetti o danni causati da elettrodomestici, il committente fara valere i certificati di garanzia delle case costruttrici. INSTALLAZIONE La HOME s.r.l. declina ogni responsabilita per cattiva o errata installazione di mobili, piani di lavoro, elettrodomestici e relativi impianti elettrici e idraulici. L acquirente non potra in alcun caso chiedere risarcimento di danni di conseguenza causati. TRASPORTO La merce viaggia a rischio e pericolo del Committente anche se venduta porto franco. Per le vendite di merci franco fabbrica e con resa porto assegnato, il passaggio di proprietà della merce e dei relativi rischi avviene con la consegna al trasportatore a Cison di Valmarino (TV). Ogni e qualsiasi reclamo riguardante la quantita, la qualita e/o i danni causati alla merce dal trasporto, dovranno essere fatti al momento del ricevimento della merce stessa e, comunque non oltre 8 giorni dalla consegna. Decorso tale termine la HOME s.r.l. non accettera alcun reclamo di sorta e la fornitura si intendera integralmente accettata. Al fine dell accertamento delle responsabilità, il caricatore dichiara di aver rispettato le norme in materia di massa limite ai sensi degli articoli 61 e 62 del D.Lgs 285/92 e successive modificazioni, e quelle relative alla corretta sistemazione del carico sui veicoli, ai sensi degli articoli 164 e 167 del D.Lgs 285/92 e successive modificazioni; con la sottoscrizione del documento di trasporto il trasportatore dichiara di aver preso visione delle clausole relative. PAGAMENTI In caso di ritardato pagamento decorreranno gli interessi di mora oltre agli interessi commerciali d uso. Si riconoscono validi solo i pagamenti effettuati direttamente alla HOME s.r.l. o ad un incaricato munito di regolare autorizzazione. Anche nel caso di contestazione, i pagamenti non potranno essere sospesi. Il ritardo di pagamento, anche di una sola rata, autorizza la HOME s.r.l. a chiedere l integrale pagamento della fornitura con l addebito degli interessi di mora applicati al tasso bancario vigente. La merce consegnata rimane di proprieta della HOME s.r.l. sino al pagamento totale da parte del committente ai sensi e per gli effetti dell articolo 1523 del Codice Civile. La HOME s.r.l. si riserva, inoltre, il diritto di sospendere le consegne in qualunque caso di inadempienza, anche parziale, dell acquirente. ANNULLAMENTO ORDINI Non si accettano annullamenti di ordini dopo otto giorni dalla data di ricevimento, siano essi trasmessi per posta, per telefax, per telefono o tramite agenzie di rappresentanza. RESI Non si accettano resi di merce se non preventivamente autorizzati dalla HOME s.r.l.. In particolar modo, i resi di elettrodomestici dovranno essere accompagnati dal relativo certificato di sostituzione emesso dall assistenza autorizzata, pena nullita. Ogni singolo bene dovra essere visionato, al momento del ritiro, dal ns.trasportatore che sara munito di Autorizzazione al reso e dovra essere accompagnato dal documento di trasporto. I resi, autorizzati dalla HOME s.r.l., verranno accreditati al prezzo originario di vendita decurtato del deprezzamento del 35%. Tassativamente non si accettano e non saranno accreditati, resi di mobili speciali, fuori misura, danneggiati o privi di imballo. IMPOSTE PUBBLICITA Per quanto riguarda eventuali forniture di insegne o altro materiale pubblicitario, destinato all interno o all esterno del negozio, le tasse comunali o pubblicitarie sono sempre a carico del cliente. Sono sempre a suo carico anche eventuali danni provocati da una errata posa delle insegne o causati dalle stesse accidentalmente, cosi come le tasse comunali o pubblicitarie derivanti da esposizione del nostro marchio su automezzi, cartelli stradali, ecc. FORO COMPETENTE (Italia). Per ogni controversia, il foro competente e quello nella cui giurisdizione si trova la dipendenza della HOME s.r.l. e cioe' il FORO DI TREVISO II

Prices contained in this price list are to be intended as directed to the public, V.A.T., laying and any other service are not included. The prices have been printed in. The acceptance of an order is always subject to the approval by HOME S.r.l. ÉCHÉANCE Ce tarif annule et remplace tous les précédents. Il ne constitue pas une offre au public et peut être modifier à tous moments, sans aucun préavis. Les prix indiqués sont au public, TVA, installation et touts autres travaux exclus. Les prix sont imprimés en s. L acceptation de la commande est subordonnée à l approvation de Home s.r.l. I N T R O D U Z I O N E PRODUCT Items are strictly mass-produced. In case of requests for special and custom-built furniture, whose manufacturing remains at discretion of HOME S.r.l, the customer shall enclose in the order the related drawing. An increase shall be applied to this furniture, according to the manufacture, as specified in the price list and, in any case, not less than 35% of the list price relating to the furniture of immediatly superior size. Any alteration of the colour shade, which can be caused by environmental factors, does not represent a ground for goods return. HOME S.r.l reserves the right to modify production and prices without notice and on its own unquestionable initiative. For commercial and supplying reasons HOME S.r.l may apply to other suppliers for purchasing some parts, which, in spite of the equivalent quality and functional features, may result slightly different. PRODUIT La production est seulement en série. En cas de demande pour meubles spéciaux et sur mesure, dont la fabrication est à discrétion de Home s.r.l., le client devra joindre un dessin au bon de commande. Sur ces meubles un supplément sera débité, suivant la complexité de l intervention, et ne sera en aucun cas inférieur à 35% sur le prix du tarif, partant du prix de l élément ayant la dimension immédiatement supérieure. Des différences de nuances peuvent se vérifier dans la tonalité des coloris, celles-ci ne peuvent être cause de rendus ou de contestation. Home s.r.l. se réserve la faculté de modifier la production et les prix sans aucun préavis et à son seul jugement. Pour causes commerciales ou d approvisionement Home s.r.l. peut s adresser à d autres fournisseurs pour l achat de quelques composants, lesquels, tout en respectant les mêmes caractéristiques qualitatives et fonctionelles, peuvent toutefois être légèrement différents. DELIVERY TIME Approximate delivery time, expressed in working days, is 30 days for mass-produced items. Special or custom-built items, the production of which is not carried out within HOME S.r.l., require a period of days. In any case, delivery times above indicated are subject to the moment, the production requirements, the required model and the product type. Any delay in delivery does not entitle to compensation, indemnity or refund of direct or remote damages. For order with an amount inferior to 1,00 (net amount), Home cucine would delayed the delivery, to couple with other orders. If absolutely requested, the goods will be shipped and a charge of 30,00 (net amount) will be debited. LIVRAISON Les délais de livraison sont indicatifs et entendus en jours ouvrables, et sont de 30 jours pour les produits de série, de jours ouvrables pour les produits spéciaux ou sur mesure dont la production n est pas assurée par Home s.r.l. En tous cas les délais de livraison ci-dessus indiqués sont subordonnés à la période, aux exigences productives, au modèle et aux produits demandés. Un retard de livraison ne donne pas droit à rémunération, dédommagement direct ou indirect. Pour commande inférieure à 1,00 nets, Home s.r.l. peut prolonger la date de livraison, afin de la regrouper à d autres livraisons. En cas de requète expressément contraire la commande sera livrée en débitant 30,00 nets pour le transport. WARRANTY Home S.r.l. is legally responsible of the goods it produces, as results from the product chart enclosed with every kitchen according to L. 10/04/91 n. 126 Consumer Information Standards and to Decree 8/02/97 n. 101 Accomplishment Regulation. Home S.r.l is to be considered exempted from any liability arising from inadequate installation, misuse and inadequate maintenance of the product. In the case of any defect or damages caused by household appliances, the customer shall make use of the warranty certificates issued by the manufacturer. INSTALLATION Home S.r.l disclaims all responsibility for inadequate or incorrect installation of furniture, worktops, household appliances and related electric installation and water supply. The customer shall under no circumstance be entitled to ask for refund of consequently caused damage. TRANSPORT Goods travel at customer s risk, even if sold free port. For sales ex factory and with carriage forward, the property passing of the goods and relevant risks is established by the delivery to the carrier in Cison di Valmarino (TV). Every and any complaint concerning quality, quantity and/or damage caused to the goods by transport, shall be made upon receipt of the goods themselves and, in any case, within 8 days after delivery. After this term, HOME S.r.l. shall not accept any kind of complaint and supply shall be considered as entirely accepted. To asses responsibilities, the carrier declares to respect the law regarding the maximum all-up weight as per the art 61 and 62 of the D. Lgs 285/92, and further amendment, together with the correct loading of the goods as per the art 164 and 164 of the D. INSTALLATION Home S.r.l décline toutes responsabilités pour installation mauvaise ou érronée des meubles, plan de travail, électroménagers et relatives installations électrique et hydraulique. L acheteur ne pourra en tous cas demandé aucun dédommagement pour les dégâts causés. TRANSPORT La marchandise voyage aux risques et perils du commettant même si vendue en Port Franc. Pour les ventes Franco Usine et en Port Dû, le passage de propriété de la marchandise et des risques relatifs sont établis au moment de la prise en charge du transporteur à Cison di Valmarino (TV). La réclamation pour quantité, qualité et/ou dommages à la marchandise pendant le transport doit être faite au moment de la réception de la marchandise et au maximum entre les 8 jours de la livraison. Passé ce terme Home s.r.l. n acceptera aucune réclamation et la fourniture sera considérée totalement acceptée. Afin d établir les responsabilités, le transporteur déclare avoir respecté les normes des articles 61 et 62 du D.Lgs 285/92 et les modifications successives qui règlent les poids limites ainsi que celles relatives au chargement correct des marchandises suivant les articles 164 et 167 du D.Lgs 285/92 et les modifications successives. Avec l acceptation du Document de Transport (Documento di Trasporto) le transporteur déclare avoir pris vision des clauses relatives. PAYMENT In case of delayed payment, the interest on delayed payment shall take effect, in addition to the ordinary commercial interest. Only payment directly effected to HOME S.r.l or its appointee, endowed with the appropriate authorization, shall be regarded as valid. In case of contestation too, payments shall not be suspended. Delayed payment, even of a single instalment, entitles HOME S.r.l. to require the complete payment of the supply with the debiting of the interest on delayed payment applied to the current bank rate. Delivered goods remain of Home S.r.l. s property until complete payment is effected by the customer, pursuant to the Art of the Civil Code. HOME S.r.l. reserves the right to suspend delivery in any case of non-fulfilment, even partial, by the customer. ORDER CANCELLATION Cancellation of orders, either sent by mail or telefax or phone or agency, shall not be accepted after eight days from the date of receipt. GOODS RETURN Goods returns shall not be accepted if not previously authorized by HOME S.r.l. In particular, returns of household appliances shall be accompanied by the related certificate of substitution, issued by the authorized customer service, on pain of invalidity. Each single good, at collection, shall be checked by the transporter, who shall be empowered with the Return Authorization, and shall have the shipping document attached. Returns, authorized by HOME S.r.l., shall be credited at the original sale price reduced of the depreciation of 35%. Returns of special, custom-built and damaged furniture shall absolutely not accepted and credited. ADVERTISING TAXES As regards possible supplies of signs or other advertising material, intended for the shop s interior or exterior, municipal and advertising taxes are charged to the customer. Possible damage, caused by incorrect installation of the signs or accidentaly by the signs themselves, is also to be charged to the customer, as municipal or advertising taxes arising from the exposition of our brand on vehicles, road signs, etc. PAIEMENTS En cas de paiement en retard, les intérêts moratoires plus les intérêts commerciaux seront débités. Seuls les paiements effectués directement à Home s.r.l. ou à un représentant muni d autorisation, seront retenus valides. En cas de contestation les paiements ne pourront pas être interrompus. Le retard de paiement même d une seule tranche, autorise Home s.r.l. à exiger le solde total avec la charge des intérêts moratoires au taux banquaire vigents. Home s.r.l. reste propriétaire de la marchandise livrée jusqu à son paiement complet suivant l art 1523 du Code Civil. Home s.r.l. se réserve aussi de suspendre les livraisons en cas l insolvabilité de l acheteur. ANNULATION Les comandes transmises soir par poste, par fax, par téléphone ou par agence ne peuvent pas être annulée après 8 jours de la date de réception. RETOURS Aucune marchandise rendue ne sera acceptée sans l autorisation préventive de Home s.r.l. En particulier les retours d électroménagers devront être accompagnés du certificat d échange rédiger par le service après vente, peine nullité. Au moment de la prise, chaque marchandise rendue devra être controlée par notre transporteur qui sera muni d autorisation de rendu (Autorizzazione al reso) et devra être accompagnée d un document de transport. Les marchandises rendue seront créditées par Home s.r.l. de 35% en moins sur le prix de vente. Les produits spéciaux, sur mesure, endommagés ou sans emballage ne seront ni acceptés ni crédités. IMPÔTS PUBBLICITÉ Sont à la charge du client les impôts: - pour la fourniture éventuelle d enseigne ou d autre matériel pubblicitaire destiné à l intérieur ou à l extérieur des magasins, - les frais pour dégats ou dommages causés par enseignes mal exposées, - les impôts locaux ou pubblicitaires dérivant de l exposition de notre marque de fabrique sur véhicules, pancartes etc. PLACE OF JURISDICTION The place of jurisdiction for any controversy is the COURT OF TREVISO (Italy), jurisdiction where the branch of HOME S.r.l. has established its registered office. JURISDICTION (Italie) Pour toutes contreverses, le seul tribunal compétent est celui TREVISO III

5 CARATTERISTICHE DEL PRODOTTO STRUTTURA La struttura dei mobili è realizzata in pannelli nobilitati sp. mm. 18 classe E1, materiale atossico a basso contenuto di formaldeide. Rivestiti con resine melaminiche resistenti alle abrasioni. Tutti i fianchi sono provvisti di fori di unione NON PASSANTI. BASI L allineamento delle basi sul piano di lavoro si ottiene regolando i piedini sotto il mobile; i piedini in dotazione sono H. cm. 10 e su richiesta si possono avere da H. cm. 15 regolabili in altezza di 1 cm., che consentono il perfetto livellamento degli elementi anche su superfici irregolari. Basi, pensili e colonne sono provvisti internamente sui fianchi di fori per consentire la regolazione dei ripiani a varie altezze. VUOTO SANITARIO Tutte le basi e le colonne hanno lo schienale in rientro di 42 mm. per facilitare il passaggio di eventuali tubi, cavi ecc. ZOCCOLI Gli zoccoli sono in PVC rivestito in melaminico, con una guarnizione in gomma nella parte inferiore, per impedire le infiltrazioni di umidità. Il loro rapido sistema di aggancio ai piedini, consente una facile rimozione per la pulizia del pavimento sottostante. Lo zoccolo del frigorifero viene fornito con griglie di aerazione per permettere il perfetto funzionamento dell elettrodomestico stesso. CASSETTI Le guide metalliche, protette da vernici epossidiche, funzionano anche da spondine laterali per una migliore tenuta ed un miglior scorrimento e sono provviste di apposito fine corsa per impedire la fuoriuscita del cassetto; il fondo e il retro cassetto sono in nobilitato con resine melaminiche. PIANI DI LAVORO una resina a caldo. I piani di lavoro sono in laminato, in marmo o in granito.i piani in laminato sono realizzati in truciolare idrorepellente e sigillati inferiormente con ALZATINE Nei piani di lavoro in laminato, le alzatine vengono fornite dello stesso colore dei piani stessi. Sono realizzate in alluminio rivestite in melaminico e dotate di doppia guarnizione in gomma per impedire eventuali infiltrazioni d acqua. PENSILI I pensili sono dotati di attaccaglie interne regolabili in altezza e in profondità. Per il fissaggio a muro viene inoltre fornita la barra metallica di sostegno. CERNIERE Le cerniere sono regolabili in tre direzioni con apertura a 110 ad aggancio automatico (vedi schema a pag. X). Sugli scolapiatti vengono montate di serie le cerniere con apertura a 180. COPRIFONDI IN ALLUMINIO Il fondo della base lavello è rivestito da un coprifondo in alluminio anodizzato. Questa soluzione protegge il fondo dalla condensa del sifone, dalle perdite d acqua e dalla corrosione dei detersivi. FONDI FRIGORIFERI I fondi dei frigoriferi sono in materiale plastico onde proteggere la colonna dalla condensa e da eventuali perdite d acqua. Questi fondi sono sagomati per permettere la giusta circolazione dell aria in modo da garantire una durata superiore all elettrodomestico. IV

6 Product features - Caractéristiques techniques STRUCTURE The furniture structure is made of panels surfaced with melaminic abrasionproof resins, 18 mm thick, E1 class, atoxic material at low formaldehyde content. All sides are provided with NON PASSING junction holes. BASE UNITS The alignment of base units on the worktop is obtained by adjusting the feet under the piece of furniture; provided feet are 10 cm. high and, by request, 15-cm high feet are available 1-cm height adjustable, for a perfect levelling of elements also on irregular surfaces. Base units, wall units and tall units are internally provided with holes on their sides, in order to make the adjustment of the shelves at different heights possible. I N T R O D U Z I O N E EQUIPMENT HOLE All base and tall units are provided with a 42 mm re-entering back, to facilitate the possible passage of pipes, cables, etc. PLINTHS Plinths are made of melamine-covered PVC, with a rubber strip on their lower part, to avoid moisture infiltrations. Their fast feet-fitting system makes their removal easy, when cleaning the underlying floor is necessary. The refrigerator plinth is supplied with air-gratings, necessary to the perfect working of the household appliance. DRAWERS Metal guides, protected by epoxy paints, have also the function of side panels, for better holding and sliding and are provided with a suitable limit stop, to prevent the drawer from coming out; drawer s bottom and rear are made of chipboard surfaced with melaminic resins. WORKTOPS Worktops are made of laminate, marble or granit. Laminate worktops are made of waterproof chipboard and sealed in their lower part by means of a hot resin. SPLASH BACKS Laminate worktops are provided with splash backs of the same colour. They are made of aluminium, covered with melamine and equipped with a double rubber seal to avoid possible water infiltrations. WALL UNITS Wall units are provided with internal hooks, whose height and depth are adjustable. A metal supporting bar for wall-fitting is also provided. HINGES Hinges are adjustable for three directions, with a 110 span and automatic coupling (see drawing on page X). 180 hinges are mass-mounted on plate racks. ALUMINIUM BOTTOM COVERS The bottom of sinktop base units is covered with an anodized aluminium bottom cover. This solution protects the bottom against siphon condensate, water leaks and corrosion caused by detergents. REFRIGERATOR BOTTOMS Refrigerator bottoms are made of plastic material, in order to protect the tall unit against condensate and possible water leaks. These bottoms are shaped, in order to allow the correct air circulation, to guarantee a longer life span of the household appliance. CELLULE La structure des meubles est réalisée avec des panneaux de copeaux ép. 18 mm, matériaux non toxique à basse émission de formaldéhyde. Revétus avec des résines mélaminées résistant aux abrasions. Tous les côtés sont pourvus de pré-perforation non passantes. BAS L alignement des éléments bas sur le plan de travail est obtenu en réglant les pieds sous les meubles; les pieds de série ont une hauteur de 10 cm, en option des pieds de 15 cm sont disponibles (réglables en hauteur de 1 cm). L intérieur des joues des éléments bas, des hauts et des armoires sont pourvus de perforation pour permettre le réglage des étagères internes. VIDE SANITAIRE Tous les éléments bas et les armoires ont le dos rentrant de 42 mm pour faciliter le passage des tuyauteries, cables etc. SOCLES Les socles sont en PVC revétu de mélaminé,avec une garniture en caoutchouc dans la partie inférieure pour éviter les infiltrations d humidité. Le système d accrochage rapide permet un nettoyage facile de la zone sous les éléments. Le socle du réfrigérateur est fourni avec une grille d aération qui permet un bon fonctionnement de l appareil. TIROIRS Les rails en métal, protégés par des vernis épossidiques, ont aussi la fonction de rebords latéraux pour une tenue meilleure et un parfait glissement. Ils sont aussi pourvus de fin de course pour éviter la sortie accidentelle du tiroir, le fond et l arrière sont en mélaminé. PLAN DE TRAVAIL Les plans de travail sont en stratifié, en marbre ou en granit. Les plans de travail en stratifié sont réalisés avec des panneaux de copeaux hydrofuge, et sont scellés à chaud dans la partie inférieure avec une résine. DOSSERET Sur les plans de travail en stratifié, les dosserets sont fournis dans les même coloris. Ils sont en aluminmium revétu de mélaminé et ont une double garniture en caoutchouc pour éviter les infiltrations d eau. HAUTS Les éléments hauts sont pourvus d attaches internes qui sont réglables en hauteur et en profondeur. Pour la fixation murale une barre en métal est fournie. CHARNIÈRES Les charnières sont réglables dans 3 directions et ont une ouverture à 110 avec accrochage automatique (voir schéma à page X). Pour les égouttoirs l ouverture de série est à 180 FOND ALUMINIUM Le fond en aluminium du bas sous-évier est revétu d une protection en aluminium anodisé. Cette solution protège le fond de la condensation du syphon, des fuites d eau et de la corrosion des produits ménagers. FOND RÉFRIGÉRATEUR Le fond des réfrigérateurs est en plastique pour protéger l armoire de la condensation et des fuites d eau. BUILT-IN OVEN IN A TALL UNIT In case of built-in oven in a tall unit, it would be always better TO USE AN OVEN WITH TANGENTIAL VENTILATION, to avoid steam over the door and therefore the condensate formation that may damage the furniture. FOUR ENCASTRER DANS L ARMOIRE Si l on choisi un four à encastrer dans un armoire, préférer un four avec VENTILATION DE REFROIDISSEMENT pour éviter que la vapeur se dépose sur la porte supérieure et que la condensation endommage les autres meubles. Per una regolazione parallela e omogenea agire su tutte le cerniere che sostengono l anta. A B C D REGOLAZIONE VERTICALE La regolazione verticale avviene tramite le viti (B) della basetta. Questa regolazione consente lo spostamento dell anta verso il basso o verso l alto di ben 4 mm. Per una corretta regolazione agire su tutte le basette che concorrono al sostegno dell anta. ATTENZIONE: LE REGOLAZIONI LATERALI E VERTICALI VANNO VERIFICATE ANCHE DOPO AVER RIEMPITO I MOBILI CON PRODOTTI E STOVIGLIE, IN QUANTO IL PESO DETERMINA UN ASSESTAMENTO DEI MOBILI. REGOLAZIONE DI PROFONDITA La regolazione di profondità avviene tramite la vite (C). Questa regolazione serve a determinare la distanza tra anta e fianco del mobile. A differenza delle precedenti regolazioni che possono rendersi necessarie dopo aver stivato prodotti e stoviglie, questa va eseguita solo se dovesse venir meno la distanza tra anta e mobile. La giusta distanza tra questi due elementi è determinata dallo spessore dei paracolpi, i quali distanziano il corpo anta dal mobile di alcuni millimetri. La regolazione della vite (C) consente appunto di pareggiare tale distanza sul lato opposto alla battuta. La verifica va fatta (ad anta chiusa) confrontando l allineamento in profondità tra due ante adiacenti. TOGLIERE L ANTA Per staccare la cerniera dalla basetta, premere la levetta metallica (D) posta sul fondo della cerniera. LATERAL REGULATION: The lateral regulation is made by the screw (A) that will move the door in front of the furniture s side. To regulate perfectly the door, move all the screws which support the door. VERTICAL REGULATION: The vertical regulation is made by the screws (B). PAY ATTENTION: Vertical and lateral regulations are suitable also after the filling up of the furniture, as the weight will cause an adjustement of the units. DEPTH REGULATION: The depth regulation is made by the screw (C). This regulation serve the purpose between the door and the side. This regulation is necessary only if the distance between door and side will change. The right distance is fixed by the thickness of the doorstops. This control has to be effected (with closed door) between two adjacent s door depth. TO REMOVE A DOOR : Simply push on the lever (D) placed on the bottom of the hinge. RÉGLAGE LATÉRAL: Agir sur la vis A qui déplace la porte par rapport au côté du meuble et permet de régler l espace entre les portes. RÉGLAGE VERTICAL: Agir sur la vis B du support. Ce réglage per le déplacement de la porte vers le haut ou vers le bas de 4 mm. Pour un réglage correct agir sur tous les supports qui assurent le soutient de la porte. ATTENTION vérifier les réglagles aussi après avoir remplis les meubles. RÉGLAGE EN PROFONDEUR: Agir sur la vis C. Ce réglagle sert pour controler l écartement entre le côtè du meuble et la façade et est nécessaire en cas de changement de position de la porte.la distance est déterminée par l épaisseur des pare-coups qui séparent la façade du meuble de quelques millimètres. Le réglage de la vis C permet d aligner la porte sur le côté opposé à la fermeture. Verifier le réglage à porte fermée en confrontant les façades adjacentes. ENLÈVEMENT DE LA PORTE: Pour décrocher la charnière de son support, appuyer sur la levette en métal D placée sur le fond de la charnière. X

Tuttavia esistono molte Norme pee (volontarie) che prescrivono requisiti prestazionali di sicurezza e metodi di prova. Una delle principali norme europee sulla Sicurezza Domestica relativa ai mobili è la UNI EN Requisiti di sicurezza per mobili contenitori ad uso domestico. Grazie ad innovazione di prodotto e rigorosità tecnica nella scelta dei materiali sono stati eseguiti fino ad oggi 80 test meccanici (presso laboratori esterni), tutti con esito positivo. In pratica i test devono verificare (con periodicità annuale) se i mobili di Home rispondono ai requisiti della Norma. Si tratta di un pannello al 100% in legno rigenerato. È realizzato utilizzando solo materiali ecocompatibili. Residui boschivi quali ad esempio tronchetti, ramaglie, scarti di legno. Vengono riciclati solo materiali di legno "pulito. La tempra è una fase in cui l impasto vitreo viene riscaldato fino a 700 C e poi raffredato bruscamente con getti di aria fredda, acquisendo un alta resistenza meccanica. Nelle guide per cesti da (su richiesta per cassetti e cesti ) le estrazioni totali con ammortizzatore integrato riducono le forze che agiscono sul frontale alla chiusura del cesto (o cassetto). 20 ISTRUZIONI PER LA MANUTENZIONE E LA PULIZIA ESTRATTO DALLA SCHEDA PRODOTTO legge 10/04/91 n. 126 e decreto del 8/02/97 n. 101 I PRODOTTI GIUSTI PER LE VOSTRE PULIZIE. Effettuate le pulizie con detersivi neutri e cremosi, non aggressivi e non abrasivi. PER LA PULIZIA DELL ACCIAIO INOSSIDABILE DI LAVELLI E RUBINETTI. La finitura cromata è la più resistente. Per mantenere i rubinetti a lungo in buone condizioni, è bene asciugarli dopo la pulizia del lavello. Non utilizzare mai pagliette o spugne abrasive, ma trattarli con panni morbidi e umidi. I depositi di calcare si eliminano strofinando con limone o con un panno imbevuto di aceto tiepido. In questo caso sono sconsigliati i prodotti anticalcare che possono intaccare le cromature. Nel caso di sporco resistente o macchie d acqua, usate il prodotto speciale per acciaio inox. Non devono essere usati prodotti aggressivi o abrasivi. I N T R O D U Z I O N E PER LA PULIZIA E LA CURA DEI LAVELLI IN RESINA. Per le pulizie di questi lavelli particolari attenersi scrupolosamente alle istruzioni dettate dalla casa costruttrice nel manuale per le pulizie e nella scheda di garanzia. PER LA PULIZIA DEL FORNO. Alla prima accensione il forno può causare cattivi odori dovuti al riscaldamento del collante dei pannelli; la cosa è del tutto normale. Durante il funzionamento la porta in cristallo e comunque tutte le parte vicine, sono soggette ad un lieve aumento di calore quindi è bene tenere lontano i bambini se il forno non è dotato delle apposite protezioni. Le pareti interne non devono mai essere ostruite da fogli di carta da forno o di alluminio per evitare il surriscaldamento dello smalto. Pulire il forno esternamente con acqua e detersivo neutro, risciacquare ed asciugare con un panno morbido. Non si devono mai usare pagliette, prodotti abrasivi o attrezzi appuntiti per rimuovere lo sporco, perciò è bene ripulire il forno dopo ogni cottura evitando che il cibo attacchi le pareti del forno. E' possibile evitare la pulitura delle pareti interne installando gli appositi pannelli autopulenti. Per pulire i ripiani smaltati e le griglie in inox servono acqua tiepida e detersivo liquido. La lampada del forno può essere sostituita con altre lampade resistenti alle alte temperature svitando la coppa che la racchiude. I cattivi odori che si formano all'interno del forno possono essere eliminati facendo evaporare dell'acqua con mezzo limone all'interno del forno. Attenzione a rimuovere sempre le incrostazioni più tenaci dalla guarnizione per garantire sempre una perfetta chiusura ermetica. Per ogni operazione di manutenzione degli elettrodomestici è necessario scollegare l'apparecchio dalla rete elettrica. PER LA PULIZIA DEL PIANO COTTURA. I detersivi usati per la pulizia del piano cottura non devono mai filtrare sotto il coprispartifiamma perchè potrebbe intaccare la valvola di sicurezza che blocca il gas se si spegne la fiamma. Per una corretta combustione il bruciatore va pulito periodicamente per asportare i residui depositati. Per pulire gli spartifiamma, immergerli per circa mezz'ora in aceto caldo. Se le macchie sono tenaci, sfregare i coprifiamma con mezzo limone e sale fino. Le piastre elettriche vanno pulite con un panno umido e un po' di soda, quindi asciugate bene. Qualsiasi superficie del piano cottura può essere pulita con acqua e detersivo neutro evitando l'uso di pagliette o prodotti abrasivi. E' assolutamente vietato usare strumenti affilati per rimuovere cibo incrostato. Per assicurare il perfetto funzionamento dell'accensione automatica è necessario tenere la superficie del piano asciutta evitando le infiltrazioni d'acqua nel dispositivo di accensione. PER LA PULIZIA DEL FRIGORIFERO. Eliminare periodicamente la brina seguendo il libretto delle istruzioni: per questa operazione va evitato nel modo più assoluto l'uso di attrezzi appuntiti, è sufficiente usare l'apposita spatola in dotazione al frigorifero. Le guarnizioni devono garantire sempre una perfetta tenuta. Non devono presentare mai tagli, screpolature o scollamenti per evitare la dispersione del freddo garantendo così la conservazione ottimale dei cibi. Per la pulizia usare una spugnetta morbida, non abrasiva, imbevuta d'acqua e di aceto: non rovina l'elettrodomestico e garantisce una buona pulizia. In alternativa si può usare acqua con del bicarbonato. Quando il frigorifero non viene utilizzato per un lungo periodo (viaggio, vacanza etc.) è buona cosa spegnerlo e lasciare aperte le porte per evitare la formazione di muffe e di cattivi odori. Per evitare i cattivi odori causati da certi cibi (melone, cipolla, formaggi) tenere all'interno del frigorifero un piattino con delle bucce di limone o con del bicarbonato. Per ogni operazione di manutenzione degli elettrodomestici è necessario scollegare l'apparecchio dalla rete elettrica. PER LA PULIZIA DELLA LAVASTOVIGLIE. Pulire periodicamente i filtri secondo le indicazioni della casa costruttrice. Asciugare dopo ogni lavaggio la guarnizione della porta, come indicato nel libretto delle istruzioni per evitare il ristagno d'acqua e di residui di cibo, causa di cattivi odori. Per il corretto funzionamento le lavastoviglie hanno bisogno di alcuni componenti come il sale e il brillantante: il sale serve per addolcire la durezza dell'acqua, mentre il brillantante contribuisce alla lucentezza delle stoviglie una volta lavate e asciutte. Il brillantante può essere sostituito dall'aceto. PER LA PULIZIA DELLA LAVATRICE. Pulire periodicamente il filtro per ottenere un lavaggio migliore e per non sovraffaticare la macchina. Lasciare l'oblò della lavatrice aperto se la stessa non verrà utilizzata per un pò di tempo. Le guarnizioni devono essere controllate periodicamente e tenute pulite in modo che non si rovinino per garantire una perfetta tenuta e una più lunga durata. E' buona norma chiudere il rubinetto di immissione dell'acqua al termine di ogni ciclo di lavaggio. Si consiglia di pulire di tanto in tanto la vaschetta detersivi per evitare che si creino delle incrostazioni compromettendo così un lavaggio ottimale. Buona norma è usare gli appositi prodotti anticalcare disponibili sul mercato. In mancanza di tali prodotti, basta aggiungere al normale detersivo del bicarbonato prima di iniziare il lavaggio. Se invece si aggiunge qualche cucchiaio di aceto bianco all'ultimo risciacquo i colori del bucato si mantengono più vivi; anche l'aceto contribuisce a sciogliere il calcare. E' indispensabile usare solo detersivi idonei al lavaggio in lavatrice. GLI ELETTRODOMESTICI E LE CAPPE: CONSIGLI PER LA MANUTENZIONE. Per informazioni più specifiche e dettagliate servitevi del libretto di istruzioni allegato alle singole apparecchiature marchiate CE. PER LA PULIZIA DELLE ANTE IN LEGNO. Il legno è un materiale vivo. Non gradisce un ambiente troppo umido o al contrario troppo asciutto. Il legno come materiale naturale può presentare leggere differenze di colorazione e struttura. Anche l esposizione differenziata alla luce può comportare, nel corso degli anni, leggere variazioni di colore. Pulite tutte le facciate con panni morbidi inumiditi di acqua, strofinatele nel senso della venature, in modo da togliere più efficacemente lo sporco dai pori; per lo sporco più difficile potete utilizzare alcool denaturato. Sconsigliamo l uso di normali cere per mobili, potrebbero contenere solventi o coloranti non adatti alla pulizia della vostra cucina. Si raccomanda di asciugare perfettamente subito dopo la pulizia. PER LA PULIZIA DELLE ANTE IN LAMINATO E DEI PIANI DI LAVORO. Lo sporco leggero si pulisce con un panno morbido inumidito di acqua. Lo sporco più difficile si elimina con acqua calda saponosa o con detersivi in commercio purchè non contengano particelle abrasive che possano rigare la superficie o acidi che possano intaccare la lucentezza del laminato. Lo sporco ribelle come per esempio vernici, lacca, colla, inchiostro, rosso da labbra, si toglie generalmente con l uso di solventi organici, come per esempio acetone, tricloroetilene o alcool. Si raccomanda di asciugare perfettamente subito dopo la pulizia. Non appoggiate sul piano di lavoro pentole appena tolte dal fuoco, in particolare pentole a pressione e moka da caffè che raggiungono temperature elevatissime; usare le sottopentole. Nonostante l alta resistenza alle abrasioni, non tagliare direttamente sul piano di lavoro; usare un tagliere. PER LA PULIZIA DELLE SEDIE E DEGLI SGABELLI. La seduta non va mai bagnata ma pulita con un panno morbido appena umido. Per la pulizia della struttura attenersi alle regole per la pulizia delle ante in legno. Non porre mai la sedia a contatto con fonti di calore. Non adoperare mai la sedia per usi diversi da quello di sedersi. PER LA PULIZIA DELLE MANIGLIE, DEI POMOLI E DEI COMPONENTI IN ALLUMINIO. Si consiglia un panno morbido imbevuto di acqua tiepida; non usare detersivi forti, onde evitare il danneggiamento dello strato protettivo. ECOLOGIA Alla fine della sua utilizzazione non disperdere il mobile nell ambiente, ma chiamare l azienda comunale di smaltimento rifiuti solidi urbani per il suo trasporto in discarica.
