3 Sehr geehrte Patientin, sehr geehrter Patient Das Inselspital bietet den Patienten und den Besuchern des Inselspitals einen W ireless Internet-Zugang dort an, wo Access Points installiert sind (Auskunft erhalten Sie im Stationssekr etariat oder bei der zentralen Telefonvermittlung, interne Telefonnummer 111). Wireless Internet-Zugang für Patienten in der allgemeinen Abteilung Der Wireless Internet-Zugang ist für Patienten in der allgemeinen Abteilung kostenpflichtig. Hinweis: Damit eine sicher e und gesetzeskonforme Nut - zung des Internets gewährleistet ist, sind einige Internet-Kategorien im WLAN des Inselspitals gesperrt. Wireless Internet-Zugang für Patienten in der privaten, halbprivaten Abteilung oder Patienten mit einem Spitalkomfortupgrade Kostenfrei ist der W ireless Internet-Zugang für Patienten, welche in einer privaten oder halbpri - vaten Abteilung im Inselspital hospitalisiert sind oder welche gegen Aufpreis ein Spitalkomfortupgrade für die Unterbringung in einem Zweibettoder Einbett-Zimmer abgeschlossen haben. Hinweis: Damit eine sicher e und gesetzeskonforme Nut - zung des Internets gewährleistet ist, sind einige Internet-Kategorien im WLAN des Inselspitals gesperrt. deutsch Kostenfreies Internet für allgemein liegende Patienten gibt es nur an zwei Fixstandorten beim Haupteingang des Bettenhochhauses.

4 Voraussetzungen Voraussetzungen Für den Internetzugang benötigen Sie Ihr per - sönliches Windows- oder Mac-basiertes Note - book/laptop mit einer integrierten «W ireless»- Karte und einen Br owser (Internet Explor er, Firefox, Safari etc.). Verrechnung Die Verrechnung des Internetzugangs erfolgt mit Ihrer Kreditkarte oder Ihrem Mobile-Phone direkt durch den Internet-Service-Provider. Probleme / Fragen Bei Problemen und Fragen wenden Sie sich bitte an die auf den Internet-Pr ovidern angegebenen Hotline-Nummern. Die Mitarbeitenden des Inselspitals können Ihnen weder mit der Har d- noch Software helfen. Haftungsausschluss (Disclaimer) Das Inselspital haftet nicht für die Geräte der Patienten/Besucher bei Diebstahl und/oder Zerstörung und für keinen Schaden, welcher aus der Nutzung des Internets entstehen kann (z.b. V i- renbefall, unlautere Nutzung etc.). Der Internet- Service-Provider kann während der Nutzung des Internet-Zuganges durch den Patienten/Besu - cher dessen Aufenthaltsort nachvollziehen. Kosten Der Wireless Internet-Zugang ist für privat und halbprivat liegende Patienten oder Patienten mit einem Spitalkomfortupgrade kostenlos. Sie erhalten dann Ihr e persönlichen Zugangsdaten per SMS zugeschickt. Aus Haftungsgründen eröffnen wir den Account auf Ihren Namen. 5 Der Aufbau der Internet-Verbindung wird am Beispiel eines «Windows 7»-Betriebssystems mit den folgenden 7 Schritten dargestellt: 1 Starten Sie Ihr/Ihren Notebook/Laptop. 2 Aktivieren Sie die Wireless-Funktion Ihres Notebooks/Laptops. 3 Führen Sie Ihren Mauszeiger in der Taskleiste auf das Wireless Symbol und klicken Sie auf die linke Maustaste. Linker Klick 1 Starten Sie Ihr/Ihren Notebook/Laptop. 2 Aktivieren Sie die Wireless-Funktion Ihres Notebooks/Laptops. 3 Führen Sie Ihren Mauszeiger in der Taskleiste auf das Wireless Symbol und klicken Sie auf die linke Maustaste. Linker Klick 4 Wählen Sie das Wireless Netzwerk mit dem Namen «public-insel» aus. 4 Wählen Sie das Wireless Netzwerk mit dem Namen «public-insel» aus. 5 Starten Sie den Browser, z.b. den Internet Explorer. 7 Conditions Pour l accès à Internet, vous avez besoin de votre ordinateur portable/notebook Windows ou Mac personnel avec une carte «Wifi» intégrée et un navigateur (Internet Explor er, Firefox, Safari, etc.). Facturation Le paiement de l accès à Internet s ef fectue via votre carte de crédit ou votr e téléphone mobile, directement sur facture du fournisseur d accès à Internet.
