2 APPAREILS A BASSE TENSION A RESISTANCE / TENSION RESEAU LOW TENSION RESISTANCE MACHINES / NETWORK TENSION R/6BT ARES R/6BT APPAREILS A BASSE TENSION ARESISTANCE Les appareils à basse tension sont conçus pour le détensionnement et sont particulièrement utilisés pour les traitements thermiques soit en atelier soit sur les chantiers. Le fonctionnement est totalement automatique. Il existe deux types de machines: la série BT dont la tension automatique varie de 0 à 90V en fonction de la tension des résistances; et la série ARES avec des tensions fixes de 32,5 65V 40-80V 45-90V. LOW TENSION RESISTANCE MACHINES Low tension machines designed for stress relieving heat treatments; they are particularly suitable for the use in the factory or on site. The functioning is completely automatic. These machines are divided into two types: BT series with a tension completely variable between 0 90V according to heating elements tension; ARES series with a fixed tensions 32,5-65V 40-80V 45-90V. SERIE ARES APPAREILS A RESISTANCE A TENSION RESEAU Les appareils à tension réseau ont été conçus pour l exécution de traitements thermiques de détensionnement. La puissance élevée, les dimensions réduites et son poids (environ 70 kg) en font des machines idéales quand les déplacements fréquents sont nécessaires. La tension d alimentation des résistances, comprise entre 0 et 400V permet d utiliser des résistances de différentes dimensions qui s adaptent à la pièce à traiter permettant une économie de temps dans la préparation du joint. Chaque sortie de la machine est protégée par un interrupteur différentiel et un interrupteur magnétothermique. Le fonctionnement de l appareil est complètement automatique. NETWORK TENSION RESISTANCE MACHINES The network tension machines have been desisgned for stress relieving heat treatments. Their high power, together with their small dimension and weight, make them ideal in applications where frequent movements are necessary. The heating elements input tension, varying from 0 up to 400V, allows the use of heating elements whose dimensions fit well the treated piece, saving a considerable amount of time in the preparation of the joints. 4 APPAREIL POUR LE TRAITEMENT THERMIQUE A INDUCTION INDUCTION HEAT TREATMENT EQUIPMENT MACHINES A INDUCTION Les appareils ont été spécialement étudiés pour les opérations de préchauffage et détensionnement par la méthode à induction. Le chauffage par induction crée un champ magnétique qui produit un courant chauffant ainsi la pièce métallique à traiter selon la loi de l effet joule. Le champ magnétique traverse uniformément toute l épaisseur de la pièce à traiter. L utilisation de la méthode par induction est particulièrement indiquée et demandée pour le traitement des pièces ou des tubes à forte épaisseur. Cette méthode garantit l uniformité de la température entre les deux surfaces extérieures de la pièce à traiter. Le fonctionnement de ces appareils est entièrement automatique. R/I 130 digit INDUCTION MACHINES These machines have been especially designed for pre-heating and stress relieving heat treatments with the induction technique. The heating takes place by projecting a powerful magnetic field on the piece which generate a current that heats the treated material according to Joule s law. The magnetic field crosses uniformly the thickness of the treated piece. The use of the induction technique is indicated when dealing with thick pieces, because it guarantees uniformity of temperature between the surfaces of the treated piece.
