13 Data access - 2 possible access policies : - Public : - Free browsing access to data arborescence and data sets information - A valid address is mandatory to download data (to get an access code). - No filtering : all access demand is automatically granted - Private - Restricted access to data arborescence (any level) and data sets information (in public site, when a data set is private, a padlock appears) - Registration is mandatory for data visualization and for data download. Access must be granted by an administrator. - Possibility to create different types of accesses for different data. Example : for N1 data, the administrator will create one group of users privileged (PI, CoI and others members authorized by the PI). 15 Long term archiving of CoRoT data at CNES is going on : - First part - definition and validation of the SIPAD-COROT prototype - ingestion of the N0 products and HK parameters in SIPAD-COROT - list of documents authorised to archive and to diffuse via the SIPAD-COROT - definition of the auxiliary data (orbit data, attitude et ephemerids) to archive on the long term - definition of the naming convention for the N1 files delivered by Lesia 49th SC Observatoire de Paris, 01/24/2014

16 - Second part : - By LESIA : - Once reprocessing is done, N1 delivery to CNES via the SEF (Service d Echanges de Fichiers). - Additional auxiliary data delivery to CNES if needed - Preparation and delivery of source code (algorithm, software) used for the production of N2 from N1 - Update (with CNES if needed) and delivery of the adequate documentation (mission description, instrument description, N1 description, N2 generation software description ) - By CNES : - Final update of the Corot archive (metadata, archived data ) - Open the N1 Corot archive on the SERAD website 49th SC Observatoire de Paris, 01/24/2014
