3 Aufbau und Anschlüsse Voraussetzungen D Stellen Sie vor der Installation sicher, dass Sie folgende Fragen mit Ja beantworten können: Vorderseite Hinterseite > Bei einem neuen Internetanschluss oder Swisscom Dienst: Haben Sie den Informationsbrief mit der Seriennummer und das BestätigungsSMS zur Aktivierung des Anschlusses erhalten? > Ihre bestehenden Telefone müssen direkt am Router ResetKnopf angeschlossen werden. 4 TEL 2 Installation Glasfaser Bitte führen Sie die Installation Schritt für Schritt durch. Wenn Sie Ihr Swisscom Abonnement nicht gewechselt haben und den Router austauschen möchten, folgen Sie bitte den Schritten 1 bis sowie 7 und 8. Die Schritte 5 und 6 können Sie in diesem Fall überspringen. 5. Schliessen Sie Ihren Computer mit dem Ethernetkabel an den Router an. Für eine optimale Performance/Reichweite des Routers empfehlen wir, diesen vertikal aufzustellen. Eine horizontale Montage ist möglich, wenn unterhalb und oberhalb des Routers ausreichend Freiraum zur Luftzirkulation besteht. Ansonsten können die WLANEigenschaften beeinflusst werden. Router D 1. Entfernen Sie die bestehende Installation. 6. Starten Sie Ihren Browser. Sie können alte Swisscom Geräte zum Rezyklieren kostenlos zurückschicken. Eine Rücksendeetikette finden Sie in der Verpackung. 2. Schliessen Sie das neue Glasfaserkabel an den Router und an der Glasfasersteckdose an. Falls die Swisscom Registrationsseite nicht automatisch startet, geben Sie ein. (Achtung: nicht https!) Um die Installation abzuschliessen, füllen Sie Schritt für Schritt alle Pflichtfelder aus. Nehmen Sie die Schutzkappen ab und schliessen Sie das blaue Ende des Kabels an den Glasfaseranschluss des Routers an. 7. Schliessen Sie Ihre Telefongeräte an den Router an. Zuerst den Steckplatz der Glasfasersteckdose öffnen. (In der Regel Steckplatz Nr. 2, selten Nr. 1.) Nehmen Sie die Schutzkappe ab und schliessen Sie das grüne Ende des Kabels an. Seien Sie vorsichtig mit dem Glasfaserkabel: Berühren Sie es nicht an den Enden und knicken Sie das Kabel nicht! Verwenden Sie die Telefonsteckdosen nicht mehr! Schliessen Sie Ihre Telefongeräte an den Router an. (siehe Grafik) Die Dienste werden Ihnen innert 15 Minuten nach der Installation zur Verfügung stehen. (TelefonieLED leuchtet weiss und das Telefon kann benutzt werden.) Sollte dies nicht der Fall sein, starten Sie den Router mit dem Ein/AusSchalter neu und warten Sie, bis die TelefonieLED weiss leuchtet. 8. Die Installation ist nun beendet. Steckdose 3. Stecken Sie das Netzteil in der Steckdose und im Router ein. Weitere Informationen (z.b. über Telefonie und WLANEinstellungen) finden Sie auf Seite 8. 7 TEL 2 Installation de la fibre optique Veuillez exécuter l installation étape à étape. Si vous n avez pas modifié votre abonnement Swisscom et souhaitez échanger votre routeur, veuillez suivre les étapes 1 à ainsi que 7 et 8. Vous pouvez dans ce cas sauter les étapes 5 à Raccordez votre ordinateur au routeur avec le câble Ethernet. Pour une performance/portée optimale du routeur, nous recommandons de placer celuici à la verticale. Un montage horizontal est possible lorsqu il existe suffisamment de place audessus et audessous du routeur pour la circulation de l air. Les caractéristiques du WLAN peuvent sinon s en trouver dégradées. Routeur 1. Retirez l installation existante. 6. Démarrez votre navigateur. Vous pouvez retourner gratuitement les anciens appareils Swisscom à recycler. Une étiquette de retour se trouve dans l emballage. 2. Raccordez le nouveau câble optique au routeur et à la prise de fibre optique. Si la page d enregistrement de Swisscom ne démarre pas automatiquement, veuillez entrer l adresse (Attention : pas https!) Pour terminer l installation, complétez tous les champs obligatoires étape par étape. F Retirez les capots de protection et raccordez l extrémité bleue du câble au raccordement fibre optique du routeur. 7. Raccordez vos appareils téléphoniques au routeur. Commencez par ouvrir le slot de la prise enfichable pour fibre optique. (en général, slot n 2, dans de rares cas n 1). Retirez le capot de protection et raccordez l extrémité verte du câble. Soyez prudent avec le câble optique : ne touchez pas les extrémités et ne pliez pas le câble! N utilisez plus les prises téléphoniques! Raccordez vos appareils téléphoniques au routeur. (voir graphique) Les services seront à votre disposition dans les 15 minutes suivant l installation. (la LED de téléphonie est allumée en blanc et le téléphone peut être utilisé.) Si ce n est pas le cas, démarrez le routeur avec l interrupteur marche/arrêt et attendez que la LED de téléphonie s allume en blanc. Prise 8. L installation est à présent terminée. 3. Branchez le bloc secteur à la prise et au routeur. Vous trouverez davantage d informations (p. ex. sur la téléphonie et les paramétrages WLAN) à la page 1. Téléphone analogique Prise fibre optique. 10 TEL 2 Installazione fibra ottica Si prega di eseguire l installazione seguendo ogni singolo passo. Se non è stato modificato l abbonamento Swisscom e si desidera sostituire il router, seguire i passi da 1 a e quindi il passo 7 e 8. In questo caso è possibile saltare i passi 5 e Collegare il computer con il cavo Ethernet al router. Per ottenere prestazioni/portata ottimale del router, consigliamo di collocarlo in posizione verticale. Il montaggio orizzontale è possibile quando lo spazio sopra e sotto il router è sufficiente per la circolazione dell aria. In caso contrario il montaggio può influire sulle caratteristiche WLAN. Router 1. Cancellazione dell installazione esistente. 6. Avviare il browser. Tutti i dispositivi Swisscom possono essere restituiti gratuitamente per essere riciclati. Nella confezione è presente un etichetta di restituzione. 2. Collegare il cavo in fibra ottica nuovo al router e alla presa della fibra ottica. Prestare attenzione con il cavo della fibra ottica: non toccare le estremità e non piegare il cavo! 7. Collegare gli apparecchi telefonici al router. Non utilizzare più le prese del telefono! Collegare gli apparecchi telefonici al router (vedere grafica). I servizi saranno a disposizione entro 15 minuti dall installazione. (LED telefonia è bianco fisso e il telefono può essere utilizzato.) In caso contrario avviare nuovamente il router con l interruttore on/off e attendere che il LED telefonia si illumini con colore bianco. 8. L installazione è ora terminata. Presa I 3. 13 TEL 2 Installing the fibre optics Please perform the installation step by step.if you have not changed your Swisscom subscription and wish to replace the router, please follow steps 1 to as well as 7 and 8. You can skip steps 5 and Connect your computer to the router using the Ethernet cable. To ensure optimal performance/range of the router, we recommend that you stand it upright. First, open the slot of the fibreoptic socket. (Usually slot no. 2, rarely no.1.) Remove the protective cap and connect the green end of the cable. Be careful with the fibreoptic cable; Do not touch the ends and do not bend the cable! 7. Connect your phones to the router. Do not use the telephone sockets any more! Connect your phones to the router. (See image)the services will be available within 15 minutes of the installation being completed. (Telephony LED lit up white and the phone can be used.) If this is not the case, restart the router using the on/off switch and wait until the telephony LED is lit up white. 8. The installation is now complete. Socket 3. 14 Configuring phone numbers and router settings Notes > You can configure telephony and WLAN settings on the router directly or in our Swisscom Customer Center at > For maximum connection speed and stability, we recommend you to connect your devices with an Ethernet cable, as WLAN transmits information at a lower speed. > To configure settings on the router directly, connect your computer to the Centro Business 2.0 using the Ethernet cable. After entering the URL in your Internet browser, you can adjust your settings for the router and fixed network telephony (IP). > You can also find detailed instructions for configuring phone numbers and router settings at under Manage telephone settings. Was the installation successful? Test whether the installation was successful by checking the following steps: > Are the Power and Internet LEDs lit up white? > If you use fixed network telephony (IP): Is the telephony LED on the router white? > For installed phones: Make a phone call. > Are the websites in your browser displayed correctly? > For installed TV: Switch on the TV and the setup box and check whether you receive the channels you require.
