4 Voici les fiches résumé de quelques stages. Titre du stage : Mise en place du plan de prévention, révision du protocole de sécurité et mise en place de mesures de sécurisation sur l ensemble des sites. La mise en place du plan de prévention s est traduite par : - la création d une trame de plan de prévention propre à l entreprise, - la rédaction d une procédure formalisant la démarche à suivre pour établir les plans de prévention sur les sites, - l application de cette procédure auprès d entreprises intervenantes pour établir les plans de prévention. Le protocole de sécurité concernant les opérations de chargement et déchargement de marchandises sur les sites a été révisé. Un protocole détaillé a été créé pour être joint au cahier des charges transporteurs. Un protocole spécifique a été rédigé pour les opérations d enlèvement de déchets. Les actions entreprises dans le cadre de la démarche de sécurisation des sites (dans le but d obtenir l agrément Opérateur Economique Agréé) ont été les suivantes : - état des lieux : accès et vidéosurveillance (sur plans), - mise en place d un tableau de suivi des badges et des clés distribués, - rédaction d instructions de travail et de 2 procédures (gestion des accès, surveillance des sites). Subject Title : Implementation of the prevention plan, revision of the security protocol and implementation of security measures on the sites The implementation of the prevention plan included: - the creation of a recording frame for prevention plan, - the writing of a procedure accounting for the way to establish prevention plans on COFA-FRIAL-A POR, - the application of this procedure with external companies in order to write prevention plans. The security protocol concerning loading/unloading operations for merchandises has been reviewed. A more detailed version has been created. A security protocol concerning waste collection has been created. The following actions have been lead regarding the protection of buildings and goods of the company (in order to get the Authorised Economic Operator agreement): - identification of the access, positions of cameras (on maps), - creation of a list (array) to follow the distribution of keys and badges, writing of working instructions and 2 procedures (management of the access, watching of the sites).

5 Titre du stage : Réalisation d une étude des dangers Intégrée au sein du service «Risques industriels», j ai participé à la réalisation d une étude des dangers pour une entreprise de l industrie automobile. J ai pu participer à toute l étude avec entre autres : accidentologies, analyses de risques, description des moyens de lutte incendie. J ai ainsi découvert différentes méthodes d analyse de risques et la méthode du nœud papillon. Cette étude a été très concrète. J ai également participé à une réunion sur site, avec le client, ce qui m a permis d observer les installations sur lesquelles j ai travaillé. J ai ensuite mis au point un guide méthodologique sur la prise en compte du risque «séisme» dans les études de dangers. Ce guide devait être très pratique et devait pouvoir servir à toute personne ayant besoin de réaliser une analyse du risque «séisme». J ai pour cela découpé le guide en deux parties, une plus générale afin de donner au lecteur les bases à connaître avant de commencer l analyse, une plus pratique décrivant les étapes à suivre pour mener l analyse du risque «séisme». Subject Title : Drafting of a safety report In the heart of «industrial risks» service, I took part of a drafting of a safety report, for a plant in the car industry. I realized, among other things, some accidentologies, risks analyses, description of fire fight means. I have discovered some risks analyses methods and the bow tie method. This study was very concrete. I also visited the plant for a meeting with the client so I could have seen all the equipments on which I made my analysis. I have also created a methodology for a recognition of the risk «earthquake» in the safety report. This guid had to be useful and had to can serve for everyone who needs to realize a «earthquake» risk analysis. For that reason the methodology is in two parts : one with all the information the reader has to know, one with a description of all the step to follow and the information to have for realize a «earthquake» risk analysis.

6 Titre du stage : Réduction des effluents sur une ligne de production de papier Le sujet initial de ce stage a occupé 2 mois sur les 6. Mon rôle a été d'établir une balance des eaux sur une des ligne de production et de participer à un projet de réduction des effluents sur cette ligne. Il m'a ensuite été demandé de travailler sur l'optimisation du traitement des boues de l'usine. Mon maître de stage m'a confié en parallèle la conduite d'un projet de remplacement d'un convoyeur de papiers recyclables. Mon rôle était de suivre l'avancement du projet jusqu'aux tests de réception et au levage des réclamations. Suite à des problèmes de marche de la station d'épuration de l'usine, j'ai intégré par la suite l'équipe exploitante au début de l'été, puis j'ai remplacé l'ingénieur environnement pendant ses vacances en juillet. Je m'occupais de l'exploitation et de la communication avec les différents ateliers. Un CDD (4mois) m'a été proposé à la fin de mon stage pour apporter un soutient technique à l'atelier de désencrage et faire le lien entre cet atelier et la station d'épuration. Bilan de stage très positif. Subject Title : Reduction of effluents on a paper mill production line The initial theme of this internship took only two months out of six. During this time I joined a project team aiming at reducing effluents on a production line of the paper mill. I was asked to set a water balance of the line and then to study performances of a water treatment unit in order to make the choice of the best technology. I've been then asked to optimize the mill sludge treatment. In parallel my tutor put me in charge of a project consisting in the replacement of a paper conveyor. My role was to follow daily advancement of the work, to be the link of the mill with suppliers and to perform commissioning. For the last month I was in charge of the waste water treatment plant during the mill environment manager holidays. At the end of this internship, I have been proposed a temporary contract until the end of the year (4month).

7 Titre du stage : Aide à la réalisation de dossier de demande d autorisation d exploiter, d une étude de sécurité et rédaction d un dossier technique pour une canalisation de gaz J ai participé pour une industrie qui fabrique des détergents, produits de nettoyage à la rédaction de l étude d impact (intégration dans l environnement, eaux et sols, air, bruit, trafic), du volet sanitaire de l étude d impact (sources de contamination environnantes, dangers liés aux installations dans l eau et l air) et de l étude des dangers (recensement des produits étiquetés, simulation d une dispersion atmosphérique sur logiciel) de leur dossier de demande d autorisation d exploiter. J ai participé à la rédaction de l étude de sécurité pour une canalisation de transport de gaz en répondant aux remarques de la DREAL (calculs de probabilité d occurrence, d épaisseur mini des tubes, descriptions des points singuliers aux alentours de la canalisation). J ai également rédigé le dossier technique de cette canalisation qui comprend un Plan de Surveillance et d Intervention (schémas et message d alerte, fiches réflexes des responsables, moyens de secours, ), une description de l ouvrage ainsi que de son environnement, de plans, des calculs de conception Subject Title : I have participated for a factor which products detergents, cleaning products to the redaction of the impact study (integration in the environment, water and ground, air, noise, traffic), of the health part of the impact study (sources of contamination, dangers due to installations in water and air) and of the dangers study (inventory of the labelled products, simulation of an atmospheric dispersion on software) of their file of request of authorization to exploit. I have participated to an security study for a gas pipe by answering to remark of the DREAL (calculation of probability, of minimum thickness of tubes, descriptions of singular points around the pipe). I have also written the technical file of this pipe which includes a plan of surveillance and intervention (diagrams and messages of alert, reflex sheet of each person in charge, means of help,...) a description of the pipe and of it environment, maps, conception calculations

8 Titre du stage : Optimisation des prestations d échafaudage et du calorifuge sur les arrêts de tranche et sur le tranche en marche» Dans le cadre de ma formation d ingénieur au département MRIE à l INSA de Rouen, j ai souhaité réaliser mon stage ingénieur de fin de cycle sur le site XXXX dans le service Entité de Coordination et d Appui aux Projets (ECAP). A ce moment, la tranche 3(cf. lexique) était en Visite Périodique suivit par l Arrêt Simple Rechargement de la tranche 1 courant Avril pour s achever sur la préparation de la VP de la tranche 2. Dans un premier temps, je me suis approprié la culture du nucléaire ainsi que la problématique des prestations d échafaudage et de calorifuge jusqu à début mars. Il m a fallu ensuite identifier les dysfonctionnements afin d émettre des propositions de traitements des écarts sous la forme de plans d action. Ces plans d action ont par la suite été consolidés lors des différents arrêts de tranche. Par la suite, j ai confronté ces plans d action avec d autres sites afin de procéder à des ajustements. Finalement les plans d action retenus seront mis en œuvre en vue de la préparation de la VP tranche 2 prévue pour la fin d année et sur le Tranche En Marche (TEM). Subject Title : Improvement of the activities of scaffolding and lagging In order to achieve my scholarship as an INSA engineer, I have decided to carry out my last training period in XXX. Therefore, I have been affected at the Outages Entity. A power plant can be subdivided into some independent unit which have their own nuclear reactor and facilities around. Each unit is totally independent one from each other and produce its own electricity. There are 4 units in the site of Paluel which are numbered from 1 to 4. At this time, the unit 3 was concerned by an outage followed by another outage of the unit 1 during April. Then, the outage of the unit 2 was about to start at the end of my training period. The situation was particular due to many delays generated by some failures and a strike that occurred during the outage of the unit 1 and 3. First of all, I had to acquire the nuclear culture as well as to understand my mission s terms. Then, I had to identify and point out all the failures occurring during and around the activities of scaffolding and lagging in order to establish proposals to solve the issues. I came up with some schedules which include all the proposals elaborated to improve the situation. Once the schedules were all set, I got in touch with other power plant as a way to make sure that the schedules could be implemented on the next outage and to compare the different improvements used on each site to reach the best yield. Finally, I have prepared application of my schedules so that it could be implemented during the outage of unit 2.

9 Titre du stage : J ai travaillé dans l unité Répartition Liquide de XXXX. Ma mission concerne uniquement l H.S.E, celle-ci avait pour objectif principal l élaboration du document unique afin d obtenir la certification OHSAS La deuxième partie de mon travail a été consacrée au suivi des évènements accidentels, au suivi du PASS et des indicateurs H.S.E. Enfin, j ai rédigé une procédure d évacuation du bâtiment et ai participé aux audits internes. Subject Title : I worked in the unity "Liquid Distribution" of XXXX. My mission concerns only the E.H.S, this one had for main objective the elaboration of the document unique to obtain the certification OHSAS The second part of my work was dedicated to the follow-up of the accidental events, to the follow-up of the PASS and the indicators E.H.S. Finally, I drafted a procedure of evacuation of the building and participated in the internal audits.

10 Titre du stage : Assistant sécurité au service QISEDD Résumé : Stage réalisé au service QISEDD (Qualité, Inspection, Sécurité, Environnement et Développement Durable), de l usine XXX (fluides spéciaux). Attaché au pôle sécurité, mes missions se sont adaptées aux besoins de l usine dans un contexte de Grand Arrêt (suivi et analyse des audits, animation de réunion sécurité, prévention ). J ai par la suite travaillé sur le référentiel sécurité de l usine : le SIES MP/170 (mise à jour de l analyse des tâches, suivi des mesures d exposition ) ainsi qu en tant que chef de projet pour l organisation d un évènement annuel : la Journée Mondiale de la Sécurité. Enfin, grâce à la grande liberté qui m a été accordé, j ai pu découvrir certaines tâches liées au travail d ingénieur process, ainsi le fonctionnement d une raffinerie de spécialité. Subject Title : Safety assistant at the QISEDD department Summary : This internship was conducted in the QISEDD department (Quality, Inspection, Safety, Environment and Sustainable Development), of the XXXX. While working in the safety pole, my responsibilities changed regularly in order to meet the needs of the plant, in a context of Grand Arrêt (monitoring and analysis of AUDITS, animation of safety meetings, prevention ). I later worked on the safety norm chosen y the firm: SIES MP/170 (updated tasks analysis database, organization and monitoring of the exposure measurements ) and as a project manager in charge of the organization of an annual event: the World Day of Safety. Finally, thanks to the great freedom I have been given, I had the opportunity to learn engineering-related task as well as the running of a refinery of specialties.

11 Titre du stage : Réalisation d un bilan de fonctionnement des systèmes de traitement des effluents liquides et gazeux. Résumé : L objectif de mon stage consistait à rédiger un bilan de fonctionnement des systèmes de traitement des effluents actifs liquides et gazeux au sein du service ingénierie du XXX, au sein de l entreprisexxx. Ces systèmes permettent d assurer que l exploitation de l énergie nucléaire n a pas d impact sur l environnement, et mon travail a consisté en premier lieu à dresser l état de ces derniers. J ai par conséquent synthétisé les informations transmises par les différents services en charge de l exploitation et de la maintenance des installations et identifié les problématiques susceptibles d affecter la disponibilité des matériels. La prise en compte du retour d expérience des opérateurs dans le cadre d interventions de maintenance a donné lieu à la création d un document de référence et d un plan d action visant à optimiser le suivi et l évolution des systèmes étudiés. J ai présenté ces documents au Comité Technique d Exploitation du XXX qui les a validés. Subject Title: Achievement of a checkup of liquid and gaseous effluent treatment systems of XXX. Summary: The objective of my internship was to write a checkup of liquid and gaseous effluent treatment within the engineering department of XXX. These systems ensure that the exploitation of nuclear energy has no impact on the environment, and my work consisted in establishing and reporting their state. I had to summarize the information submitted by the various departments in charge of the operating and maintenance of facilities and to identify the issues likely to affect the availability of materials. Taking into account the feedback from operators in the context of maintenance interventions resulted in the creation of a reference document and of an plan of action to optimize the monitoring and evolution of the studied systems. I presented these documents to the XXX Operating Technical Committee who validated them.

12 Titre du stage : Assister la direction logistique dans un projet de transfert d une partie de la logistique chez un prestataire Arrivée en cours de projet de transfert d'une partie de la logistique chez un prestataire,je me suis jointe à sa gestion : organisation et CR des comités de pilotage, suivi du plan d'actions, analyse des éléments à transmettre au prestataire, suivi et finalisation du contrat de prestation logistique et ses annexes, suivi de l'activité déployée, suivi de la mise en place des activités à déployer, volumes prévisionnels, estimations de budgets et déploiement de nouvelles activités chez le prestataire. Gestion d'opération ponctuelles de transferts, de façon à optimiser l'espace libre chez le prestataire. Subject Title : To assist logistics head office for the transfer a part of logistics to a contractor Organize and summarize the project management committees, follow the progress of activities, make analyses for the contractor (projected volumes etc.), follow of the progress and finalisation of the logistics provision contract, follow the setting up of activities going to be displayed. Estimation of budgets et setting up of new activities at the contractor site. Management punctual operations of transfert.

13 Titre du stage : Assistance au Chef de Projet pour le développement de parcs éoliens en France Ce stage consistait à trouver des sites potentiels pour implanter des éoliennes en fonction de critères de faisabilité (techniques, environnementaux, patrimoniaux ) et à assister le chef de projet avec lequel je travaillais dans ses tâches quotidiennes. J ai ainsi pu participer à l initiation de plusieurs projets, notamment en effectuant du travail de repérage sur carte, en préparant et en participant aux réunions de présentation des projets éoliens avec les élus, les collectivités, les administrations J ai également eu l occasion de participer au montage de certaines parties de l étude d impacts en vue de l obtention de permis de construire. Subject Title : Assistant Project Manager for developing windmill farms in France This internship consisted in locating potential areas to install windmills according to feasibility criteria (technical, environmental ) and in assisting the project manager I was working with in his daily tasks. So, I took part in the initiation of several projects, especially in working on maps and on aerial pictures to determine such areas, in preparing and participating to meetings with elected representatives, local authorities in order to present the projects. I also had the opportunity to take part in the redaction of some parts of the environmental impact assessment in preparation for the getting of the building permit.
