If the athlete completes 2 rounds and 120meters of rowing in the 3rd round. His score will be 13 minutes and 29 seconds (4 Seconds for the 400 meters uncompleted, 20 seconds for the 20 t2b and seconds for the overhead squats)

L extension complète des hanches, genoux et bras est requise sur la fin du mouvement avec la barre en ligne avec les épaules, les hanches et les pieds de l athlète. Le squat snatch est permis.
