4 AD 2 LFLC TEXT 2 AIP 16 MAR 06 FRANCE 3 PROCEDURES 3.1 Survols Les itinéraires de transit en TMA CLERMONT figurent sur la carte régionale. 3.2 Arrivées et départs Trajectoires d arrivée et départ Les aéronefs IFR à l arrivée ou au départ de l aérodrome de CLERMONT-FERRAND-AUVERGNE doivent suivre les itinéraires normalisés d arrivée (STAR) et de départ (SID) qui figurent sur les cartes STAR, SID 1, SID 2. Le contrôle peut indiquer d autres routes à suivre en fonction de la situation générale du trafic Circuits d attente communs à l arrivée Les circuits d attente publiés sont communs pour les aéronefs à destination de CLERMONT-FERRAND-AUVERGNE (cf cartes ci-après). 3.3 Transferts de communications Les changements de fréquence ont lieu sur instruction de l organisme responsable du contrôle de l aéronef, au plus tard une minute après l instruction de changement de fréquence. 4 PANNE DE COMMUNICATION Cf. cartes STAR, SID 1, SID 2. 5 RESTRICTIONS D EXPLOITATION VISANT A L ATTENUATION DES NUISANCES PHONIQUES 5.1 Restrictions d utilisation de nuit Interdiction des vols d entraînement IFR et VFR entre 2100 et 0400 (HIV : + 1HR). 5.2 Approches à vue Pour l exécution d approche à vue sur l aérodrome, les aéronefs doivent : - QFU 08, effectuer un tour de piste standard en respectant les contraintes publiées à la carte VAC ATT 01 - ATTERRISSAGE A VUE. - QFU 26, rejoindre l axe de piste au plus tard à 4 NM du VOR/DME CFA. 6 SECTEURS D ACTIVITES VELIVOLES DEROGATOIRES (cf carte AD2 LFLC ARC) 6.1 Service rendu aux vols de planeurs et usagers du vol libre Les conditions d exercice de certaines activités vélivoles font l objet de protocoles signés entre les services de la circulation aérienne et les fédérations de vol à voile et vol libre concernés. Dans le cadre de ces protocoles et conformément au règlement de la circulation aérienne, par dérogation à la fourniture du service de contrôle, les vols planeurs et usagers du vol libre à l intérieur de certains secteurs définis, ne bénéficient pas du service de contrôle, ni entre eux, ni vis à vis des autres usagers (notamment de l information de trafic). 6.2 Service rendu aux autres usagers L information sur l activité vélivole au profit des autres aéronefs est assurée par une information globale d activité dans un secteur publié, diffusée au moyen de l ATIS et sur la fréquence de contrôle lorsque les trajectoires risquent d interférer avec des activités vélivoles dérogatoires. Note 1 : seules les activités vélivoles dérogatoires se déroulant dans les espaces de classe D sont publiées. Note 2 : les limites latérales et verticales des secteurs d activités vélivoles dérogatoires peuvent être amendées périodiquement et la publication aéronautique sera révisée en conséquence. 3 PROCEDURES 3.1 Transits Transit procedures within the CLERMONT TMA are shown on area chart. 3.2 Arrival and departures Inbound and outbound routes Inbound or outbound IFR traffic at CLERMONT-FERRAND- AUVERGNE aerodrome must follow the standard instrument arrivals and standard instrument departure routes which are shown on the charts STAR, SID 1, SID 2. Air traffic control may give other routes depending on the general traffic situation Common inbound holding patterns The published holding patterns are common for inbound traffic to CLERMONT-FERRAND-AUVERGNE (cf charts hereafter). 3.3 Handover communications Frequency must be changed on the instruction of air traffic organism in charge of the aircraft, no later than 1 minute after having been instructed to change the frequency. 4 RADIOCOMMUNICATION FAILURE Cf. charts STAR, SID 1, SID 2. 5 NOISE ABATTEMENT PROCEDURES 5.1 Night restrictions Training flight IFR and VFR are prohibited between 2100 and 0400 (WIN: + 1HR) 5.2 Visual approach To execute a visual approach, the aircrafts must: - QFU 08, make a standard pattern, adhering with the constraints published in VAC ATT 01 - ATTERRISSAGE A VUE. - QFU 26, join RWY centreline at the latest 4 NM from VOR/DME CFA. 6 DEROGATORY GLIDING ACTIVITY SECTORS (see AD2 LFLC ARC chart) 6.1 Service provided to glider flights and hang-gliding users The conditions for carrying out certains gliding activities are the subject of protocols signed between the air traffic services and the glider federations and hang gliding in question. Within the frame of these protocols and according to the air traffic regulations, by derogations of the provision of control services, gliders flights and hang gliding users within certain defined sectors do not benefit from control services neither with respect to each other nor with respect to other users (in particular traffic information). 6.2 Service provided to other users Global information on gliding activity for the benefit of other ACFT is provided by activity information for a published sector, distributed by ATIS and means on the control frequency when flights paths are likely to interfere with derogatory gliding activity. Note 1 : only the derogatory gliding activities within D class airspace are published. Note 2 : lateral and vertical limits of the derogatory gliding activity sectors can be periodically amended and the aeronautical publication will be revised consequently. AMDT 03/06
