1 MODERN, SLEEK AND WHITE Before the design for this pool house was finalised, BoGarden had made several drafts. In the early phases the pool house was intended to be built in hardwood, but as a result of many dialogues with the customer and in consultation with garden architect Veerle Smet a modern, sleek, white pool house was chosen. The pool house consists of a timber frame modular housing system with white roughcast plastering on it. Aluminium windows with minimal window profiles were provided. For the terrace roof, a floating awning was chosen, without a supporting pole, to allow a maximum view of the garden. The client's house is built in dark stone with parts in roughcast so the pool house dovetails perfectly with the modern architectural style. Covering the garden wall in roughcast as well and using the same terrace tiles in the pool house ties everything together nicely so that outdoor life and indoor goings-on blend. The interior consists of a technical room for the pool, a sauna, shower, kitchen and relaxation area. A spa in the client's own garden - so they don't have to go anywhere to relax. The beautiful garden lay-out, the modern swimming pool (by Philippe De Wilde) and the right choice of furniture (by 't Huis van Oordeghem) bring out the maximum in the garden house. The furniture is mainly from Gandia Blasco (designed by Ramon Esteve, Pablo Girones and Jose Gandia). 't Huis van Oordeghem opted for a B-ar and B-artable by Siegried De Buck and Katrien Van Hulle and a Wind Lamp by Vibia. Moderne, sobre et blanc BoGarden a proposé plusieurs idées pour la réalisation de cette poolhouse. Au départ, on avait prévu une poolhouse en bois dur puis, après avoir discuté avec le client et la paysagiste Veerle Smet, BoGarden a choisi d'édifier une poolhouse blanche, sobre et moderne. Elle est réalisée à partir d'un squelette en bois (système de construction d'habitation) recouvert de crépi blanc. Des fenêtres en aluminium avec un profil minimal ont été placées. Au dessus de la terrasse, on a placé un auvent flottant, sans colonne de soutien pour que la vue sur le jardin soit maximale. La maison du client est construite en pierre foncée, certaines parties sont recouvertes de crépi. La poolhouse s'accorde très bien à ce style de construction moderne. On a construit un mur de jardin recouvert de crépi et le carrelage de la terrasse est le même que celui de la poolhouse. L'ensemble est magnifique : il n'y a aucune coupure entre la vie à l'intérieur et la vie à l'extérieur. A l'intérieur, il y a une pièce technique pour la piscine, un sauna, une douche, une cuisine et un espace de détente. Le client n'a pas besoin de se déplacer pour jouir d'un bon repos : il possède, dans son jardin, son propre espace bien-être! Le superbe jardin, la piscine moderne (de Philippe De Wilde) et le bon choix de meubles (fait par 't Huis van Oordeghem) permet à cette maison de jardin d'être parfaitement à sa place. Les meubles sont pour la plupart de Gandia Blasco (conçus par Ramon Esteve, Pablo Girones et Jose Gandia). 't Huis van Oorteghem a également choisi un ensemble B-ar et B-artable de Siegfried De Buck et Katrien Van Hulle, et une lampe Wind de Vibia. MODERN, STRAK EN WIT Vooraleer het definitieve ontwerp van dit poolhouse op punt stond, zijn er door BoGarden meerdere voorontwerpen gemaakt. In de eerste fases werd het poolhouse in hardhout voorzien maar door veel te luisteren naar de klant en in samenspraak met tuinarchitect Veerle Smet werd gekozen voor een modern, strak en wit poolhouse. Het poolhouse is gemaakt uit een houtskelet in woningbouwsysteem met daarop een witte crépi. Er werden aluminium ramen met minimale raamprofielen in voorzien. Voor de terrasoverkapping werd er een zwevende luifel gekozen, zonder steunpaal, zodat het zicht op de tuin maximaal is. De woning van de klant is in een donkere steen gebouwd met delen in crépi en het poolhouse sluit perfect aan bij de moderne bouwstijl. Door de tuinwand ook in crépi te voorzien en dezelfde terrastegels in het poolhouse te gebruiken, wordt alles een mooi geheel en lopen het buitenleven en het binnengebeuren door elkaar. Het interieur bestaat uit een technische ruimte voor het zwembad, een sauna, een douche, keuken en een relaxruimte. Een wellness in eigen tuin, zodat de klant zich niet hoeft te verplaatsen om tot rust te komen. De mooie tuinaanleg, het moderne zwembad (van Philippe De Wilde) en de juiste meubelkeuze (door 't Huis van Oordeghem) zorgen ervoor dat het poolhouse volledig tot zijn recht komt. Het meubilair is vooral van Gandia Blasco (ontwerpen van Ramon Esteve, Pablo Girones en Jose Gandia). Er werd door 't Huis van Oordeghem ook gekozen voor een B-ar en B-artable van Siegried De Buck en Katrien Van Hulle en een Wind Lamp van Vibia
