Formation de niveau collégial GES Gestion de projet 45 h Ce cours fournit à l étudiante ou l étudiant des notions et concepts fondamentaux en gestion de projet conformément aux principes reconnus du domaine ainsi que l utilisation du logiciel Microsoft Project. Des études de cas et des travaux de recherche lui permettent d acquérir des connaissances pratiques sur la planification des projets, élaboration et suivi rapports de gestion et l analyse de la faisabilité et la rentabilité des projets. GES Gestion des ressources humaines 45 h L étudiant ou l étudiante s initie à l application des techniques de base de gestion du personnel, en respectant les principes reconnus et couramment utilisés sur le marché du travail ontarien. Entre autres, l'évaluation du besoin de main-d œuvre, le recrutement et l'appréciation du rendement. Le cours comprend des études de cas, simulations, travaux de recherche et des évaluations. INF1072 (200) - Applications informatiques en affaires 45 h Ce cours vise l'utilisation de logiciels d'application commerciaux employés par l'entreprise moderne (traitement de texte, chiffrier électronique, présentation multimédia) ainsi qu'un système d'exploitation courant. De plus, l'étudiante ou l'étudiant se familiarise avec l'environnement intranet et Internet, le courrier électronique, la gestion des dossiers et une plateforme d'apprentissage en ligne. MKT Principes de Marketing 45 h Ce cours est une initiation à la réalité contemporaine du marketing et à son importance pour les entreprises. Il permet à l étudiante ou l étudiant de se familiariser avec le vocabulaire propre à la fonction du marketing et permet de mettre en pratique ses connaissances et habiletés. On met aussi en relief et développe l importance de la créativité, la communication et l art de la présentation. CPT Comptabilité I 60 h Ce cours développe chez l étudiante ou l étudiant ses connaissances, ses habiletés et ses aptitudes à faire la tenue de livres et à dresser les états financiers pour des entreprises de service, de façon manuelle et informatisée, tout en appliquant les normes comptables en vigueur. Anglais intensif - Langue de Travail 288 heures Ce cours intensif vise à développer chez l étudiant francophone des habiletés langagières en anglais de niveau CLB 7. Le cours est livré en deux sessions. La première (trois premiers mois) est consacrée à la mise au niveau en grammaire, vocabulaire, prononciation, écritures et compréhension de textes toujours axés sur la langue et le vocabulaire en entreprise. Des activités visent à promouvoir la spontanéité et l aisance dans l'expression orale. La deuxième session met l accent sur les situations et les défis quotidiens auxquels les cadres intermédiaires font face dans l exercice de leurs fonctions : des interactions avec des collègues et superviseurs, présentations et rencontre de travail et remise de rapports. 3. Formation en intégration professionnelle 60 heures et compétences culturelles Ce module comprend quatre sections : a) Les différents types de CV, la rédaction de la lettre de motivation et le curriculum vitae (personnalisation), comment décrire les qualifications professionnelles, les références professionnelles et personnelles, les compétences transférables dans le contexte canadien, préparation aux entretiens d embauche 2) Techniques de recherche à l emploi, trouver du travail en Ontario, le réseautage, l expérience canadienne : le travail bénévole, interprétation des offres d'emploi, les entretiens d'embauche; les médias sociaux; 3) Préparation au stage - Les attentes des différents types d'employeurs; votre rôle en tant que gestionnaire et l insertion au travail. 4) Compétences culturelles : cette formation vise à outiller les immigrants francophones à fonctionner et à s épanouir dans l harmonie et le respect, dans une collectivité ou un contexte culturellement diversifié. 4. Stage en entreprise 280 heures Le programme inclut l accomplissement d un stage d au moins deux mois, rémunéré ou non selon l employeur, correspondant au domaine de formation professionnelle de l étudiant ou un domaine connexe, et encadré et appuyé par les professionnels des entreprises. Ce stage leur permettra de renforcer la compréhension du contenu académique de la formation reçue, d obtenir de l expérience de travail (en anglais ou bilingue), d être confrontés à des situations concrètes à relever par un gestionnaire et enfin de se familiariser avec la culture en milieu de travail. By allowing them to transfer their knowledge, skills and work experience in their field of expertise, finishing participants are ideal candidates for bilingual middle management positions that do not require a license or credentials. 7 Bridging Program for Internationally Educated Francophone Professionals in Project Management COURSES DESCRIPTION 1. College-level Courses GES1030 (201) Project Management 45 hrs. This course provides the student notions and fundamental concepts in project management in accordance with recognized principles of the domain as well as the use of the software Microsoft Project. The case-studies and research allow students to acquire practical knowledge in managing projects, preparation and monitoring reports to management, and the analysis of the feasibility and profitability of projects. GES Human Resources Management 45 hrs. The student is introduced to the application of the basic techniques of management of the personnel, in respecting the principles recognized and commonly used on the Ontario labor market. Among other things, the evaluation of the need for labor, the recruitment and the performance evaluation. The course includes case studies, simulations, research and assessments. INF Business Computer Applications 45 hrs. This course aims to use application software commercial employees by the modern enterprise (text processing, electronic spreadsheet, multimedia presentation) as well as a mainstream operating system. In addition, the student will become familiar with the environment intranet and Internet, electronic mail, records management and a platform for online learning. MKT Marketing Principles 45 hrs. This course is an introduction to the contemporary reality of marketing and its importance to the business. It allows the student to become familiar with the vocabulary specific to the function of the marketing and allows you to put into practice its knowledge and skills. It also highlights and develops the importance of creativity, communication and the art of presentation, CPT1000 Accounting I 60 hrs This course develops in the participant, the required abilities, knowledge and techniques to prepare, analyze, and interpret a basic set of financial statements of an enterprise, both manually and electronically, while applying the accounting standards. Intensive English Language Course 288 hours This intensive language training course aims to develop the student s language skills in English of CLB level 7. The course is delivered in two sessions. The first (first three months) will be devoted to the development level in grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, writing and understanding of texts, which focuses on the language and the workplace vocabulary. The activities are designed to promote spontaneity and fluency in oral expression. The second session will focus on the situations and the daily challenges that managers face in their functions: the interactions with colleagues and supervisors, presentation and working meetings, and delivery of reports. 3. Career Development and Canadian and Business Communication Training 60 hours This module consists of four sections: 1) The different types of Resumes, the drafting of the cover letter and the resume (customizing), how to describe professional qualifications, professional references and staff members, the transferable skills in the Canadian context, and preparing for job interviews. 2) Research techniques to employment, finding work in Ontario, the networking, the Canadian experience: volunteer work, interpretation of employment offers, hiring interviews; social media; 3) Preparing for internship - The expectations of the different types of employers; your role as a manager and the insertion at work. 4) Cultural Skills: This training is designed to empower francophone immigrants to operate and to flourish in harmony and respect, in a culturally diversified community or context. 4. Internship 280 hours The program includes the completion of a qualifying period of at least two months, paid or unpaid depending on the employer, corresponding to the domain of vocational training of the student or a related field, and coached, and supported by the business professional. The Internship will enable participants to enhance the understanding of the academic content of the training received, to obtain a work experience, (in English or bilingual), to be confronted to concrete situations to raise by a manager and finally to familiarize themselves with the culture in the workplace.
