Vivapoly 19 jeudi 23 mai 2019 Consigne Stand distribution verres/vaisselle No Cash *** ENGLISH BELOW *** Pour cette 26 e édition, le comité de Vivapoly reconduit le système mis en place l année dernière pour l échange des verres/gobelets consignés et étend se système à la vaisselle. Il n y a plus d échange de verres/gobelets contre du cash au stand de distribution géré par Vivapoly. Toutes les transactions ; prises, remises ou échange de verres/gobelets/vaisselle se font au moyen d une carte CAMIPRO. Comment procéder (mode d emploi/instructions) Chaque stand aura rempli au préalable le formulaire «Remboursement du solde de la carte Camipro» joint avec la convention. Tout stand qui vend des boissons et de la nourriture recevra une carte Camipro (1 carte par stand). Cette carte Camipro sera disponible à l Accueil de l Esplanade dès le jeudi 16 mai 2019 (retrait uniquement par le responsable de stand ou remplaçant mentionné dans la convention et contre signature et contre présentation de votre propre carte CAMIPRO comme preuve d identité) La carte Camipro DOIT être chargée au préalable. o Prévoyez de la charger suffisamment. o Il n y aura pas de crédit, pas de négatif. Sans crédit suffisant, il ne sera pas possible de prendre des verres/gobelets. o La carte Camipro peut se charger : Avant Vivapoly Sur une borne de charge Camipro au SG, SV, CE, CM ou RLC (Maestro ou PostCard) Paiement Cash à la boutique AGEPoly (Esplanade) Durant la soirée de Vivapoly Sur une borne de charge Camipro au CE ou CM (Maestro ou PostCard) La carte est sous la responsabilité du responsable du stand, qui a signé la convention. Le stand distribution verres/gobelets/vaisselle sera équipé de 2 caisses Camipro et toutes les transactions seront enregistrées. A la fin de la manifestation les cartes Camipro sont bloquées Dès le lundi 27 mai et jusqu au 31 mai 2019, le responsable ou son remplaçant retournera avec la carte du stand à l accueil de l Esplanade. Une fois la carte déposée, le solde de ladite carte sera versé sur le compte de l association avec les références données dans le formulaire
«Remboursement du solde de la carte Camipro». L impression du détail des transactions pourra être demandé au Comité de Vivapoly. Pour rappel, un verre/gobelet est consigné CHF 2.00, la consigne de la vaisselle est à venir. Le client peut l échanger contre un nouveau lors de l achat d une boisson ou se faire rembourser sa consigne lorsqu il rend son verre/gobelet. Dans ce cas de figure, le stand doit prévoir du cash. Exemple d utilisation Le stand vient chercher sa carte dès le 16 mai à l Accueil Esplanade et charge sa carte Camipro de CHF 400.00 sur une borne de recharge ou à l AGEPoly. En début de soirée de Vivapoly, le stand viendra au stand verres/gobelets Vivapoly pour prendre des verres/gobelets. Le stand commande de 150 verres/gobelets, il paiera avec la carte Camipro (150 x CHF 2.00 = CHF 300.00). En cours de soirée, le stand revient au stand verres/gobelets Vivapoly avec 50 verres/gobelets sales. Un échange est effectué. Vivapoly reprend les 50 sales et lui remets 50 propres. Pas d incidence sur le solde de la carte Camipro. En cours de soirée le stand revient au stand Vivapoly et reprend, commande 50 verres/gobelets propres, sans échange. Vivapoly va lui déduire CHF 100.00 de sa carte Camipro. A ce moment de la soirée le solde de la carte est de CHF 0.00. En fin de soirée, le stand rapporte 180 verres/gobelets au stand Vivapoly qui crédite CHF 360.00. Le solde à récupérer dès le lundi 27 et jusqu au 31 mai 2019 est de CHF 360.00. La différence de CHF 40.00 est en cash dans la caisse du stand qui a vendu des verres/gobelets que le client a payé pour obtenir une boisson. Dans la soirée le client est allé dans d autres stands. Mais les CHF 2.00 de consignes sont dans la caisse du stand. Le Comité Vivapoly
Vivapoly 19 Thursday 23 rd May 2019 Cashless deposit for reusable cups/tableware for Vivapoly For the 26 th Edition of Vivapoly, the Committee will continue with the new system to deal with the distribution and deposits for the cups and plates distributed at Vivapoly. There is no longer a cash deposit in exchange for the cups and tableware given out by the Vivapoly «reusable items booth». All transactions; collections, returns or exchanges of cups and tableware; are done using a CAMIPRO card. How to proceed (instructions) Each stand must fill in the form Refund of CAMIPRO card balance which is included in the convention. Every stand selling drinks and/or food will receive a CAMIPRO card (1 per stand) This CAMIPRO card is to be collected from the Esplanade Welcome Desk from Thursday 16 th May 2019 (only the person responsible for the stand or the replacement person mentioned in your convention can retrieve and sign for the card upon showing your own CAMIPRO card) The CAMIPRO card MUST be charged in advance. o Make sure you charge the card with sufficient funds. o It is not possible to go into negative figures with the CAMIPRO card. Without sufficient funds, it will not be possible to obtain the cups/plates for Vivapoly. o You can charge the CAMIPRO card in the following ways : Before Vivapoly : At one of the CAMIPRO payment terminals in SG, SV, CE, CM or RLC (Maestro or PostCard) Payment in cash at the AGEPoly boutique on the Esplanade During Vivapoly : At the CAMIPRO payment terminal in CE or CM (Maestro or PostCard) The person responsible for the stand (the person who signed the convention) is the one responsible for your designated CAMIPRO card. The distribution booth at Vivapoly will be equipped with 2 CAMIPRO tills and all transactions will be recorded. At the end of Vivapoly, all the CAMIPRO cards distributed will be automatically blocked. From Monday 27 th until Friday 31 st May 2019, the person responsible for the stand or the replacement person mentioned in your convention will return the card to the Esplanade Welcome Desk. Once the card is returned, the balance will be credited to the association s
account as per the information in the Refund of CAMIPRO card balance. A detailed account of the transactions car be requested from the Vivapoly Committee is needed. We remind you that the deposit for a cup is CHF 2.00. We will inform you at a later date of the deposit for tableware. A customer can exchange a dirty cup/item of tableware for a clean item when buying a drink/food or can give in the cup/tableware to retrieve their deposit. In this case, each stand must ensure they have some cash at their disposal. Practical example The stand collects their card from the Esplanade Welcome Desk on 16 th May and charges the card with CHF 400.00 at the AGEPoly boutique or a CAMIPRO terminal. At the beginning of Vivapoly, the stand member retrieves their reusable items from the booth. They collect 150 cups paying the CHF 300.00 deposit by CAMIPRO (150 x CHF 2.00 = CHF 300.00). During the evening, the person responsible for the stand returns to the Vivapoly booth with 50 dirty cups in order to exchange them for clean ones. There is no need to use the CAMIPRO card for such a transaction. During the evening, the person responsible for the stand returns to the Vivapoly booth and requests 50 news cups, without exchanging dirty ones. CHF 100.00 must therefore be paid with the CAMIPRO card. This therefore means there is now no more money on the CAMIPRO card. At the end of the evening, the stand returns 180 cups to the cup booth and the CAMIPRO card is credited to the amount of CHF 360.00. This amount is what would then be retrieved in cash upon returning to the AGEPoly boutique from Monday 27 th until Friday 31 st May 2019. The remaining CHF 40.00 is the cash that the stand collected during the evening upon selling drinks and collecting the corresponding deposit from individual customers. During the evening, the individual customer will then visit other stands but the CHF 2.00 deposit from their cup purchased at the first stand remains in that own stand s till. Vivapoly Committee
