TERMS & CONDITIONS* The POWER point system is a simple way for PhytoDERM to reinvest in your clinic. The more you purchase, the more you benefit from the program. These points will be allocated at the end of each quarter according to the volume of your purchases (before taxes). Your points can then be exchanged at any time for various items that will enhance the growth and profitability of your institute. Please refer to the Power Point Reference Chart, now online at phytoderm.com, to see the way points will be allocated. 1) ELIGIBILITY: POWER MARKETING PROGRAM The current Power purchase guide is subject to conditions of the agreement between you and PhytoDERM regarding the Power Marketing Program. Only the members who meet the admissibility conditions to the Power Marketing Program offered by PhytoDERM are entitled to use the present guide. Should you need further information, please do not hesitate to call at (514) 735-1531 or 1-800-361-1263. 2) LAST QUARTERLY ORDER In order to guarantee your Power points within any quarter of the year; orders must be placed according to the following schedule: March 31, before noon (Montreal time) June 30, before noon (Montreal time) September 30, before noon (Montreal time) last day of the year to place orders, before noon (Montreal time) All points accumulated through a year that will not have been used by January 31 will be automatically deleted. 3) POWER POINTS The Power point value of each item featured in the catalogue could be subject to change without notice. Should the value in the catalogue and the actual value when ordering be different, the value declared by the customer service department will take precedence. 4) LIMITED QUANTITY Quantities are limited and stock shortages may occur. PhytoDERM cannot guarantee the availability of items listed in this guide. 5) DELIVERY COST No delivery charge will be applied to orders of Power items if placed with a regular product order of at least $500 (not applicable to equipment orders). For all other orders of Power items, 200 Power points will be deducted from your account. 6) AESTHETIC EQUIPMENT Extra transportation fees will be applied to these orders. The manufacturer of the equipment is responsible for honouring the guarantee on the aesthetic equipment featured in this guide. For any claims, please contact directly the manufacturer in Montreal. PhytoDERM does not act as an intermediary in case of equipment problems. * These terms and conditions can be modified at any time without notice. PhytoDERM reserves the right to modify or cancel the Power Marketing Program with a 30-day notice or following an announcement on www.phytoderm.com. Conditions: It is possible to accumulate points from one quarter to another. However, your account of acccumulated points for the calendar year will have to be brought back to zero by January 31 st of the following year. You can exchange your points through our customer service. Please contact your Business Development Consultant in order to get the most out of the system or for any questions related to the program. Failure to respect PhytoDERM s purchase policies can result in an immediate withdrawal of all privileges linked to the Power Marketing Program.
