Le chargement des produits dans le magasin se fait à travers la porte qui se trouve à l arrière du distributeur. L habilitation se fait à travers l introduction d une " clé USB " qui aura la double fonction d être à la fois un dispositif de reconnaissance et un système de prélèvement des données de vente. Un lecteur optique amovible sera l outil de commande pour le déchargement et le chargement du produit. Le produit est identifié de manière univoque à travers un code à barres (il pourrait même s agir du code à barres prédéfini par le producteur).
