9 SAP SNC How to work on SNC? (English) Two operational modes on Sagemcom SNC 1.Regular mode (Web access) : Acces by operator In this case, Supplier employees enter PO Confirmation on new order items on SNC The supplier must confirm orders items within a few days. SNC becomes the only way of transmitting orders (no paper or fax anymore) Optionally, supplier can export in an EXCEL file the PO overview or can activate automatic PO Confirmation csv file generation Forecasts are available (with Sagemcom Master data ready) For further details, please refer to Sagemcom Training materials 9

10 SAP SNC Quel usage de SNC? (Français) Deux modes opérationnels avec SNC 1. Accès par une opérateur sur SNC Accés Web simple Le gestionnaire des commandes Sagemcom chez le fournisseur entre les confirmations de commandes sur SNC Le fournisseur doit confirmer ses commandes sous 48h. SNC devient le seul mode d échanges des commandes (plus de papier ni de mail ou de fax) S il le désire, le fournisseur peut obtenir ses commandes dans un fichier EXCEL (soit par un export régulier, soit par un fichier au format csv) Les prévisions sont disponibles (avec des données de base initialisées) Voir les détails dans les documents de training 10

11 SAP SNC Prerequisites to run SNC Web access (English) Few prerequisites are required Interchange template agreed between Sagemcom and Supplier It states the orders are transmitted by an electronic means List of Products and associated information has to be available IMM, PART Number list, MOQ, Packaging, Incoterm, and so on List of Suppliers persons for login/pwd Type of process to use Schedule agreement or not ASN or not (manually or by Upload center) Shortage_Display or not, and so on..
