Lustre somptueux où la pureté du disque est au service de la délicatesse du cristal de roche. Clin d œil à la galerie des glaces de l illustre château, le plateau en polimiroir dédouble les cristaux précieux taillés en biseau, suspendus et révélés par une lumière intérieure. Pour le modèle horizontal comme pour le modèle vertical, les anneaux peuvent être de largeur différente selon le type de cristaux qui les composent ; 2 tailles de cristal possible : 10 x 10 cm ou 8 x 16 cm. With this opulent chandelier, the purity of each crystal disc highlights its delicacy. Reminiscent of the Hall of Mirrors at its namesake chateau; suspended, double-faceted polished crystal discs are illuminated by an interior light. Two models are available- horizontal, and vertical. For each, the rings can be of differing widths according to the type of crystals used. Two sizes are currently available- 10 x 10 cm, or 18 x 18 cm. 4

The structure itself as well as the lighting system are fabricated from metal. This allows the central ring to be adjusted in different directions, allowing an array of varying looks. 7

Les cristaux sont taillés tels des bijoux, choisis précisément et associés avec finesse. La recherche de l équilibre et de la stabilité des lustres pesant plus de 100 kg nécessite une grande précision pour la mise au point de la structure métallique. Chaque détail de fabrication comme le principe d accroche des cristaux ou le passage de la lumière - qui se doivent de rester invisible est finement étudié. L intégration des technologies nouvelles de LED permet des effets lumineux inédits sur les pierres. La finesse des faisceaux cachés dans le support donnent à voir les structures des cristaux et les offrent à une contemplation infinie. know-how Behind the scenes of working with rock crystal, Atelier Alain Ellouz is inspired by the traditions of chandeliers, as well as by artisans from jewelers to locksmiths. Crystals are carefully selected, shaped like jewels, and delicately integrated into their design. Chandeliers weighing more than 100 kg require a great deal of research factoring in both balance and stability, to ensure the precise dimensions of its metal supporting structure. Every detail of manufacturing, from the fastening of crystals to the placement of lights, is closely studied. The integration of new LED technologies allows for unprecedented effects on our stones. The clever concealment of a ray of light allows one to see the structures of these fascinating crystals, offering endless contemplation.

La disposition directe de la lumière par LED met ainsi en valeur les mouvements intérieurs du cristal. Ce procédé a donné lieu à un dépôt de brevet en 2013. Cet éclairage par LED associe des sources lumineuses de deux températures de couleur différentes. Celles-ci se conjuguent avec de multiples propositions progressives. Elles permettent d adapter la couleur et l intensité selon la nature de la pierre et l effet souhaité dans l environnement de la pièce. led backlighting with control of color temperature ( white warm and cool) and intensity Atelier Alain Ellouz has developed an innovative system to illuminate each crystal. The direct positioning of the LED lights highlights the most minute movement of the crystals- a method patented in 2013. This LED lighting allows for the varying color temperatures. This system makes it possible to adapt both the color as well as the intensity of your lighting, according to nature of the stone and the desired effect on the room.
Cristaux de roche taillés à la main petit Cristal 100 x 100mm 100mm 150 x 80 x 18mm 18mm rock crystal This stone has fascinated numerous cultures for centuries. The Greeks regarded rock crystals as an ice. Others as solidified light, or the perfect combination of water and air. Though difficult to extract, these crystals have remained coveted and precious art objects. Alain Ellouz selects only those stones with the proper balance of transparence and inclusions (minerals trapped within a crystal), allowing each stone to shine brilliantly. He searches for those stones with exceptional dimensions, as each additional centimeter makes the stone more valuable. His forms are based on those often found within the prisms of a forming jewel, and one can see a subtle reminder in his work of the original crystal structure, the popular quartz. The innovations and artistic implementations within our workshop serve to highlight the exceptional brilliance of each stone. le cristal de roche Cette pierre fascine depuis la plus lointaine antiquité et dans de nombreuses cultures, les grecs regardaient les cristaux de roche comme de la glace, d autres comme de la lumière solidifiée ou la parfaite alliance de l eau et de l air. Une longue tradition de taille a vaincu sa dureté et offert à l histoire de l art des objets nobles, fastueux et précieux. Alain Ellouz choisit des pierres avec un juste équilibre de pureté transparente et d inclusions ou de fissures, ainsi la matière transmet et contient simultanément la lumière pour mieux la magnifier. Il cherche des dimensions exceptionnelles, chaque centimètre gagné rend l élément plus précieux. Les formes s inspirent des prismes de joaillerie et rappellent subtilement la structure originelle cristalline de ce quartz très prisé.
