Les structures internes en 316L Saito et al. JNM 343 (2005) 253 Peu ou pas d irradiation pour ces structures (2,5 dpa max pour une charge totale 3Ah) : compte tenu de ces conditions d irradiation et de la gamme de températures de fonctionnement, le 316 doit conserver de bonnes proprités de ductilité/ténacité/fatigue faible vitesse de corrosion, évaluée (faible teneur en oxygène, circulation du Pb-Bi, T) à environ ~0,1 mm/an propriétés de fatigue oligocycliqe du T91 dans le Pb-Bi liquide peu différentes de celles mesurées à l air Contraintes maximales dans les composants irradiés relativement faibles (contraintes éq. De Von Mises environ 60-70 MPa) Pas de problèmes attendus pour les composants en 316L jusqu à la charge max envisagée Kalkhof et al. JNM 318 (2003) 143

MA957: a Nanostructured MA ODS Does such an alloy exhibit good resistance to irradiation, in particular in a radiation environment with high He/dpa? Microstructural investigations (Tomographic Atom Probe) have shown that Mechanically Alloyed ODS ferriticalloyssuchasma957contain high number densities of nanoclusters. MA957 ODS: tensile properties after irradiation in a spallation environment In contrast to the behaviour of T91 and EM10 steels, MA957 exhibited some irradiation-induced hardening, however, all specimens, including those irradiated to the highest doses (and He content), retained a ductile fracture behaviour

ACIERS FERRITIQUES MARTENSITIQUES ODS Matériaux à la métallurgie très différente des aciers conventionnels et dont le comportement sous irradiation n est pas encore bien connu surtout en fonction des différents états métallurgiques possibles / spectres / doses / températures considérés. En ce qui concerne les irradiations à basse température (~ 300 C), il existe des éléments en faveur de l utilisation de tels matériaux mais qui doivent être approfondis, durcissement / fragilisation / choix des types de nuance (ferritique ou martensitique) / piégeage de l hélium ou de l hydrogène. 7 JUIN 2012 PAGE 29
