CUSTOMER SUPPORT \ PORTAL UPDATE Congratulations to David Pine and Gilbert Déziel who recently completed an update to the Customer Support Portal. As you know, the Customer Support Portal is a convenient online location for our users to download our software and related documentation, search our knowledge base, as well as to track and enter their support cases. In response to customer feedback, the team executed on a plan that greatly improves the user interface and the portal s ease of use for our clients. DEVELOPMENT \ RELEASES A number of products were released over the last few months that continue to provide our customers with new features and functionality. FACILITIES \ MONTREAL RENO Myra Reboh, Serop Karayan, and their teams have been extremely busy overseeing the phase 1 construction, and move, in the Montreal office. In early April phase 2 will be completed and all of the Montreal team will be settled in the new, open concept office. Many thanks to the team for successful completion of this first step in this major construction effort! SALES \ RECENT WINS Our Sales Team has been busy closing business and we wanted to share a few examples of some strategic deals that were finalized last quarter. Congratulations to our Sales Managers, Application Engineers, and the Sales Operations team! Europe Helmut Pohl and Dan Oller worked to close a large deal of more than $100K for Vega Prime (Base, Effects, Marine) and RTL, plus training. STC Group specializes in training for port activities, including handling containers, large ship navigation, and mission bridge simulators. STC Group is upgrading from Vega to Vega Prime for its next generation bridge simulators. The next step is to sell Terra Vista for its content creation activities. $700K+ deal for STAGE, AI.implant, Terra Vista and Vega Prime closed by Sergio Re and Paolo D andria for a number of Presagis tool. SELEX Systemi Integrati is using Presagis tools in the Forza NEC program which is focused on modernizing the armed forces use of technology across the full range of national, multinational, NATO and EU operations. Simon Leng worked closely with the Embedded Graphics team to close a deal of more than $200K for VAPS XT (including the VAPS XT 661 module). GE Aviation is based in Cheltenham, England and is developing the cockpit equipment for future Chinese narrowbody aircraft, COMAC C919 program. Future opportunities exist in this account to secure the certification component of the program! North America Greg Skaggs, Jeff Bott and Dale Sexton, have been working with Boeing AEW&C to close a $489K sale of STAGE and FlightSim in support of Boeing s work with Korea. In addition, David Carpus has provided on site support to help with their migration from STAGE 4.2 to STAGE 6.x. The Boeing 737 Airborne Early Warning and Control (AEW&C) is a system providing powerful airborne surveillance, communications and battle management. We've now supported programs for Australia, Turkey and Korea, and look forward to further opportunities with them as they bid on programs with India and the UAE. Paige Cutland recently finalized a $126K sale of Lyra to the Canadian Department of National Defence (DND) CASE program. The DND Canadian Advanced Synthetic Environment (CASE) program is building a family of re-configurable mission training simulators for various fixed- and rotary-wing platforms. This 6-channel Lyra application is for a Bell 412 military helicopter incorporating side and chin displays. Successful implementation should result in considerable recurring business. Chip Kendrick and Lamar Harrell pursued and closed an IITSEC 2009 lead that has resulted in an important win for Creator and Vega Prime. Imagine One Technology provides various IT management capabilities to US Navy Space and Naval Warfare Systems (SPAWAR). They are using Creator and Vega Prime to develop a 3D virtual walk through that is used to familiarize personnel with Mobile Command Units. Scott Hooper recently closed a deal with Honeywell Defense in Albuquerque for the purchase of STAGE, Creator Building Wizard & Creator Airports to support a UAS simulation. We are also expecting a follow-on sale for FlightSIM & HeliSIM from this account. Scott also finalized another deal for the purchase of Visualization Services to enhance SAIC s demonstration of their OLIVE Serious Gaming solution. A number of follow up deals are also in the works with SAIC including enhancing the modeling & terrain for OLIVE with Creator and Terra Vista.

Les équipes d assurance qualité, de développement ainsi que celle de gestion de produits ont fourni un effort considérable et apprécié. Au début du moins d avril, la phase 2 sera complétée et tous les employés de Montréal seront installés dans le bureau au concept ouvert. Félicitations à nos gérants des ventes, ingénieurs d applications, et à l équipe de Sales Operations! Europe Helmut Pohl et Dan Oller sont parvenus à concrétiser une vente de 100 000 $ pour Vega Prime (Base, Effects et Marine) et RTL, incluant de la formation. Le STC Group se spécialise dans la formation pour les activités portuaires, comme la manutention de conteneurs, la navigation de gros navires et la simulation de missions. STC Group passe de Vega à Vega Prime. La prochaine étape sera de leur vendre Terra Vista pour combler leurs besoins en création de contenu. Sergio Re et Paolo D andria sont parvenus à vendre les logiciels suivants pour une somme totale de700 000 $ : STAGE, AI.implant, Terra Vista et Vega Prime.
