7 Spa Etiquette Spa Facilities - Services Spa Spa is open from 9h00 to 20h00 on reservation. Applicable spa facilities are free and accessible to guests 16 years and older. Children under 16 years need to be accompanied by a parent for treatments. No nudity in common areas. Le Spa est ouvert de 9 h 00 à 20 h 00 sur réservation. Late Arrival - Retard Arriving late for your treatment will limit the time of your spa service thus lessening its effectiveness and your pleasure. Cancellation - Annulation Any cancellation should be communicated to us before 20h00 on the evening before your scheduled booking. If we are not informed of your cancellation, then 25% of the price of the treatment will be charged to your account.
