2 Workshops Prototyping for Mobile (workshop in english) This session looks at the challenges we are facing when prototyping for mobile and gives an overview about the tools and handy helpers that you can use to deliver tappable, sharable and testable prototypes. E03 Memi Memi Beltrame likes magic and enjoys the enchanting smiles of users that experience well designed websites. He works for Liip as an Experience Designer, where his heart beats for User Research, Content Strategy and Prototyping. He runs the Zurich Content Strategy Meetup and is the author of Protostrap, a rapid prototyping framework for designers. He lives, loves and works in Zurich, where he is an active member of the local UX community. Les délivrables : comment moduler leur format pour améliorer leur utilisation K01 Malgré la conviction de certains que toute documentation est superflue, et seul le produit final sous forme de code et de produit livré compte, dans le cadre du développement technique de projets digitaux (sites internet, applications mobiles, interfaces type kiosque, etc), la documentation est essentielle pour beaucoup de partenaires car elle leur permet une vision anticipée de la démarche et du résultat. Les spécialistes de l expérience utilisateur utilisent une gamme de résolutions pour leurs délivrables, du croquis à la documentation de haute-fidélité, afin d appliquer toujours le degré de détail nécessaire. Dans cet atelier, nous parcourrons cette gamme afin de comprendre comment un simple croquis sur un coin de feuille peut s avérer être une forme plus efficace de documentation que 120 pages de spécifications techniques. Cet atelier sera pratique, et vous mettra en jeu afin de vous permettre d apprécier l effort comme le résultat, et de vous aider dans vos projets futurs. Sophie Après une première carrière dans la vente et le marketing digital, Sophie a été formée au métier de Designer de l Expérience Utilisateur dans une filiale du groupe Thomson-Reuters. Elle s est alors spécialisée dans cette discipline au sein de deux agences créatives citées au NMA 100 pour des clients tels que T-Mobile, Orange, Nike, Nokia, Heineken, Fiat. Elle travaille de manière collaborative afin d intégrer les principes du design de l expérience utilisateur au cœur des métiers qu elle côtoie : chef de produit, chef de projet, développeur, etc. Elle a travaillé en agile (scrum) au sein d AKQA, Orange et Nokia et prône une incorporation du design au cœur du processus de développement.

3 Workshops Responsive Design Vous avez sûrement déjà entendu parler de responsive design. Ce que vous ne savez pas est l extrême facilité avec laquelle vous pouvez rendre votre site web responsive. Dans ce workshop nous traiterons brièvement la théorie du responsive design ensuite, nous la manipulerons. Nous ferons un petit site web responsive et une application web responsive. Pierre Pierre est un entrepreneur le jour et un développeur web la nuit... ou inversement. Il aime écrire du code propre et facile à maintenir, développer des idées extravagantes pour ses clients et apprendre constamment de nouvelles choses. Il a créé une société avec un ami quelques années auparavant dans le but d écrire les meilleures applications web adaptées à ses clients. K03 UX Design Principles (workshop in english) There are three responses to a piece of design yes, no, and WOW! Wow is the one to aim for Milton Glaser (Designer) Interaction design is a multi- faceted discipline that links static communications together to form an experience. Understanding the basic UX design principles is core to designing websites that are not only aesthetically pleasing but that actually solve business problems and bring delight to their users.anyone designing web- based projects today requires a basic understanding of interaction design principles. In our workshop we offer some insight into the most important principles in designing a great experience. Valérie Valérie is the managing director of Ginetta Ltd. Her first encounter with the internet in the 1990s was so mesmerizing that she decided to make online communication her career. In the past ten years she s gathered a lot of experience in business management both working as an entrepreneur and as an employee. She assists our clients from the initial establishment of contact to completion of the project. Valérie recognizes the needs of our clients, which allows her to create a basis of trust for our collaborative efforts. Valérie loves to share her experience and knowledge in blogs and social media, and as an instructor at the Swiss Marketing Institute in Bern. Tanya Wüthrich Tanya is a designer, with a great commitment, in all respects. She loves creative stages where she develops easy and useful concepts. It s a delightful challenge for her to design those concepts visually. In the last few years, she was mainly focused on conception and design of websites and apps. Designing of pixels became her passion. Currently, Tanya is completing a Master s degree in Human Computer Interaction Design at the University of Applied Sciences Rapperswil (HSR).

Google Analytics, l outil de statistiques de fréquentation le plus populaire, peut être décourageant avec son interface touffue et la quantité de données et d options disponibles. Simon Farine montrera comment se focaliser sur quelques indicateurs bien précis pour mieux comprendre les besoins des utilisateurs de votre site internet. Simon Simon est le fondateur de : ratio, une agence lausannoise d expérience utilisateur, il a co-créé UX Romandie, des rencontres mensuelles autour de l expérience utilisateur en Suisse Romande. Il est également un ancien étudiant de COMEM + et sociologue des médias. conference People, not process: The craft of being heard Ever had the feeling you re pounding the closed door of common sense? Have you been left crestfallen after stakeholders over-ruled your thoughtful and heavily researched recommendations? Drawing on his 16 years of design experience and the latest research, Ian will spend this session revealing the key secrets to being heard. If you follow his advice, your designs will never be the same again. Ian Fenn (Chopstix Ian Fenn designed his first digital interface in 1988 at the University of Surrey, but it wasn t until eight years later that his formal UX career began with work for the UK s first digital agency, Intervid. There he contributed to the groundbreaking launch of RealVideo, the world s first cross-platform solution for delivering real time video over the Internet. Breakthroughs continued at the BBC a year later, where achievements included a monthlong web outside broadcast from the Edinburgh Fringe Festival and creation of one of the UK s first blogs. His personal site, the Chinese food website Chopstix, was also singled out for praise in the UK s annual Yell web awards. For the past seven years Ian has worked as an independent UX consultant for everyone from startups to major corporates. Clients such as BT, Virgin Media, LexisNexis, and agencies such as M&C Saatchi and Conran Design Group have recognised his ability to consistently exceed project targets through intelligent and thoughtful interaction design.
