21 MISCELLANEOUS NOTICES/AVIS DIVERS NOTICE PUBLIC SERVICE ACT The Deputy Minister for Human Resources, Ms. Bronwyn Watters, has approved leave for Mr. Christopher Clarke from his position of Facility Planning Consultant, with the Department of Health and Social Services, Yellowknife. This leave is approved under section 34 of the Public Service Act so that Mr. Clarke can run as a candidate in the upcoming Territorial election. Mr. Clarke s leave will commence on October 30, 2015 and will end at 5:00 p.m. on November 23, If Mr. Clarke is elected to the Legislature of the Northwest Territories, he will cease to be an employee of the Government of the Northwest Territories.
