En cas de retard, nous nous verrons obligés de réduire la durée de votre soin du temps équivalent à votre retard. En cas d empêchement, nous vous demandons d avoir l amabilité de décommander votre rendez-vous au moins 48 heures à l avance. Si vous souffrez de problèmes de santé (troubles circulatoires, allergies, asthme...) ou si vous êtes enceinte, nous vous remercions de bien vouloir en informer notre personnel, certains de nos soins pourraient ne pas vous être conseillés. Si vous êtes enceinte, veuillez vous munir d une autorisation médicale lors de la prise de rendezvous pour les soins du corps. Messieurs, nous vous recommandons de vous raser au minimum une heure avant votre soin du visage. L achat d un soin ou d une Escapade est personnel, non cessible et non remboursable. Les durées indiquées sont estimatives. Pour toutes les Escapades de 2 heures ou plus, 30% d arrhes seront demandées à la prise de rendez-vous.
