Une révision éventuelle des procédures pour les parents de maternelle est envisagée. Nous vous demandons de suivre la procédure suivante dans l intervalle. Tout changement à la procédure qui suit sera communiqué en temps utile. 1. Badges Parent Les parents pourront bientôt s inscrire via la page principale de notre site internet afin d obtenir un badge Parent. Pour ce faire, il vous sera demandé de compléter un formulaire en ligne. Une fois rempli, un badge plastifié reprenant votre nom sera réalisé via notre photographe scolaire. Nous vous invitons a consulter régulièrement notre site internet. 2. Accès au parking souterrain L école est ouverte à partir de 7h55. Néanmoins, une surveillance est organisée pour les élèves arrivant exceptionnellement entre 7h40 et 7h55. En principe, les parents n ont pas accès au site de l école durant les heures scolaires sauf s ils ont un rendez-vous avec la direction ou avec un professeur. Les parents qui ont rendez-vous sont priés d imprimer l d invitation au rendez-vous et de le donner aux vigiles qui leur remettront en échange un «pass» visiteur. L accès au parking souterrain est sous la responsabilité totale du conducteur. Toutes les voitures qui y entrent doivent disposer d un autocollant renouvelable annuellement qui doit être apposé de manière visible sur le pare-brise. L autocollant est disponible auprès des vigiles en échange d un formulaire à compléter. Un contrôle sera effectué à l entrée. Veuillez-vous munir également de votre badge de la Commission ou de

2 l école ou d une pièce d identité (si vous ne faites pas partie du personnel de la Commission). Il est entendu que la vitesse sur le parking doit être extrêmement réduite (5 km/h) et que la prudence est de mise. Le matin, les parents peuvent déposer leurs enfants mais non stationner - dans la zone KISS AND RIDE du parking en présence du personnel surveillant. Les enfants sont confiés aux surveillants qui attendent les enfants dans le parking souterrain et les conduisent dans la salle commune de maternelle. En aucun cas, les élèves ne peuvent être abandonnés seuls sur le parking. Cependant, une dérogation est prévue pour les personnes à mobilité réduite ou pour d autres raisons médicales. Les personnes qui pourront justifier leur demande auront un accès prioritaire. Pour obtenir l autorisation, il est nécessaire de prendre contact préalablement avec Madame NOSSENT (laure.nossent@eursc.org). Seules les personnes autorisées pourront stationner dans le parking. Le personnel de l école qui arrive en voiture ou en vélo est autorisé à stationner dans le parking souterrain selon les disponibilités. La direction peut retirer l accès au parking à toute personne qui ne respecte pas les règles en vigueur. Après la fin des cours, l accès au parking souterrain n est plus possible. Donc les parents qui souhaitent venir chercher leurs enfants ne peuvent plus entrer en voiture. 3. Accès à pied ou à vélo Le parking souterrain n est pas accessible aux vélos des parents/élèves. Ils devront être déposés uniquement dans les endroits prévus à cet effet (porte-vélo situé à l entrée du site au n 88). Les personnes se déplaçant en vélo devront accéder ou quitter le site de l école en tenant leur vélo à la main et en aucun cas par la rue Médori (sortie des bus scolaires). Personne n est autorisé à circuler en vélo sur le site de l école en dehors des infirmières. 4. Accès pour les élèves du maternelle Les parents peuvent accéder au bâtiment M jusqu à 8h30 via l entrée Drève-Ste-Anne 88 munis soit - du badge de l institution européenne pour laquelle vous travaillez, - ou d une pièce d identité (si vous ne faites pas partie du personnel des institutions européennes). Si vous n êtes pas parent (baby-sitter/proche/ ), vous devez vous munir d une pièce d identité et d une autorisation du parent responsable avec copie de sa carte d identité.

3 L accompagnant dépose l enfant dans une salle d attente du bâtiment M où les élèves sont accueillis par une équipe d enseignants, d assistants et de surveillants avant d être acheminés vers le bâtiment des maternelles. 5. Accès pour les élèves du primaire et secondaire Les élèves peuvent accéder à l école par l entrée Drève-Ste-Anne 88 pour se rendre sous le préau à côté du bâtiment de la cantine jusqu à 7h55, ouverture des bâtiments. 6. Récupérer les élèves après les cours Pour éviter des accidents sur la chaussée, tous les parents ou personnes qui viennent chercher les enfants sont priés d emprunter l entrée située Drève-Ste-Anne 88 afin de se rendre dans les zones délimitées pour attendre leurs enfants. Ils doivent se munir : - du badge de l institution européenne pour laquelle vous travaillez - ou d une pièce d identité (si vous ne faites pas partie du personnel des institutions européennes) - ou d une pièce d identité et une autorisation du parent responsable avec copie de sa carte d identité. Les parents de l école maternelle peuvent se rendre dans la salle d attente du bâtiment M pour récupérer leurs enfants en suivant le parcours indiqué. A review of the procedures for Nursery parents will take place. We ask that you continue to follow the procedures that follow for the mean time. Any changes will be communicated in due course. 1. Parent Badges Parents will have the opportunity to sign up for a parent-badge via the main page of our website shortly. Parents will be requested to fill in a form and will then be issued with a plastified, named badge via our school photographer. Please continue to check our website for more information 2. Instructions for accessing the school site and parking area The school is open from 7h55 onwards. Nevertheless, supervision is organised for pupils arriving exceptionally between 7h40 and 7h55. In principal, parents do not have access to the school site during school hours, except if they have a meeting with the management or with a teacher. In this case parents are requested to bring a print out of the invitation for their meeting, and hand this to the security guard who will give them a visitor s pass. Access to the underground parking area is under the full responsibility of the driver. All cars entering the parking area must have a sticker, annually renewed, which must be visibly stuck on the windshield. The sticker is available from the guards in exchange for a form to complete. Please note that cars will be checked at the entrance. Please also bring

5 your staff card from one of the European Institutions, a school staff card or a valid ID card (if parents do not work for one of the EU Institutions) Drivers should take note that all vehicles must drive at an extremely reduced speed in the parking area (5 km / h) and be very cautious. Parents may drop off their children - but not park - in the KISS AND RIDE zone in the presence of the supervising staff. Supervisors look after the children and accompany them to the common room of the Nursery. Under no circumstance may pupils be left alone in the parking lot. An exemption may be provided for the disabled or for other medical reasons. People who can justify their request will have exceptional priority access to the parking lot. If you require an exemption, please contact Ms. NOSSENT (laure.nossent@eursc.org). Only authorized people will be granted access to the parking lot. School staff arriving by car or bicycle are permitted to park in the underground parking lot subject to availability. The management may withdraw access to the parking lot to anyone who does not follow the rules. At the end of the school day the access to the underground parking lot is no longer possible. Parents who collect their children after school hours may not enter the school by car. 3. Access for Pedestrians and Cyclists The underground parking lot is not accessible for parents and students bicycles. These need to be left only in the allocated areas provided for this purpose (bike-rack situated at the entrance to the site at n 88). Cyclists entering and leaving the school site should dismount their bicycle as soon as on the school premises, and by no means use the Rue Médori (exit for school buses) Nobody is authorised to ride a bicycle on the school site except for the school nurses. 4. Access for Nursery pupils Parents may access the M building until 8h30 via the entrance of Drève-Ste-Anne 88 providing a - Staff card of one of the European Institutions, - Or a valid Identity Card (if you are not part of the EU institutions). If you are not a parent (baby-sitter/close friend or relative/ ), you should provide an identity card and a written authorization for you to collect their child along with a copy of the parents ID card The accompanying adult should leave the child in the main waiting room of the M building where the children are taken care of by a team of teachers, assistants and supervisors who will accompany them to the maternelle.

6 5. Access for primary and secondary pupils. The pupils may enter the school via the entrance of Drève-Ste-Anne 88 to wait under the covered area next to the canteen building until the buildings open at 7h Collecting pupils after school In order to avoid accidents on the road, all parents or adults coming to collect children are kindly asked to use the entrance of the Drève-Ste-Anne 88 in order to wait in the demarcated areas for their children, bringing - Staff card of one of the European Institutions, - Or a valid Identity Card (if you are not part of the EU institutions). - Relatives/babysitters should provide an identity card and a written authorization to collect the child along with a copy of the parents ID card Nursery parents may collect their children from the M building waiting room, following the indicated path.
