5 VOLTA 100 / VOLTA 133 Eclairage de remplacement Système automatique de test : descriptif et comportement Les luminaires de la gamme VOLTA sont équipés d une unité de secours qui gère automatiquement des tests pour vérifier le bon fonctionnement du système de sécurité : - Test de fonctionnement de 30 secondes : chaque semaine, il s assure du bon fonctionnement des composants. - Test d autonomie de 1h ou 3h : annuel, il vérifie également l autonomie des batteries. Dans la mesure du possible, ces tests seront lancés en l absence des utilisateurs, de façon à limiter les nuisances. Le résultat de ces tests est indiqué par l état d un témoin LED dans le luminaire, dont la signification est expliquée dans le tableau ci-dessous : Couleur du témoin LED Signification Que faut-il faire? N.B. : Après installation, le luminaire est conçu pour lancer un test de mise en service visant à s assurer du bon fonctionnement des composants et de l autonomie des batteries. 6 VOLTA 100 / VOLTA 133 Replacement lighting Automatic Testing System: description and instruction notes VOLTA light fittings are provided with an emergency unit able to run tests automatically, in order to check the working order of the emergency system: - Function test (30 seconds): Once a week, it checks the good working order of components, including lamps. - Duration test (1 or 3 hours): Once a year, it determines whether the batteries are able to fulfill the requirements. When possible, these tests are designed to happen during a period of non-occupancy, in order to avoid annoyance. The test result is indicated by the colour of the LED inside the luminaire: LED colour Status What must be done? permanent green Everything is OK Nothing fast blinking green (0,1s on / 0,1s off) Function test in progress Nothing slow blinking green (1s on / 1s off) Duration test in progress Nothing permanent red slow blinking red (1s on / 1s off) fast blinking red (0,1s on / 0,1s off) Lamp failure Open circuit, or lamp default Battery failure Battery failed the duration test or the function test Incorrect charging current Batteries cannot charge Change the lamp if needed, or check the position of the lamp If batteries are new, the connection poles may have been inverted. If not, batteries need to be changed. Batteries need to be changed. N.B.: After commissioning, the luminaire is designed to launch a commissioning test in order to check the good working order of components and the emergency duration. This test will run from 5 to 30 days after the commissioning of luminaires. - WARNING: AFTER COMMISSIONING, DO NOT FORGET TO RECONNECT THE BATTERY. - AFTER EACH RELAMPING, RECONNECT THE CONNECTOR AND PUSH THE RED BUTTON TO LAUNCH A 30 SECONDS AUTO-TEST. LA COMMANDE D EXTINCTION PAR COUPURE TOTALE DE L ALIMENTATION ENTRAINERAIT LE PASSAGE EN MODE SECOURU, ET A TERME LA DECHARGE DES BATTERIES. WARNING: Lswitch LINE ENABLES TO SWITCH THE LIGHT OFF WITHOUT STOPPING THE SUPPLY OF THE EMERGENCY SYSTEM. SWICHTING OFF BY STOPPING THE PERMANENT SUPPLY WOULD COMMUTE THE LUMINAIRE TO EMERGENCY MODE, AND WOULD EVENTUALLY DISCHARGE THE BATTERIES. 8 FAQ Si vous constatez un dysfonctionnement dans la commande d allumage et d extinction des luminaires, vérifiez que le câblage a été réalisé conformément au schéma de câblage. Si le témoin LED reste rouge après installation du luminaire, vérifiez que vous avez bien rebranché la batterie à l intérieur du luminaire. FAQ - J ai un VOLTA100. Son niveau d éclairement est très faible : J ai un VOLTA133. Seul un des deux tubes est allumé : > Si la LED clignote vert, c est qu un test automatique est en cours. Il vise à vérifier le bon fonctionnement du système de secours. Il faut patienter, l éclairage reviendra à son niveau habituel automatiquement en fin de test. > Si la LED est éteinte, alors le luminaire est en mode secouru, alimenté par ses batteries, suite à un dysfonctionnement du réseau d alimentation. - J ai effectué un relamping, mais le témoin LED reste rouge : Lancer systématiquement un test fonctionnel après relamping pour que la LED repasse au vert, confirmant ainsi le bon fonctionnement du système. Appuyer 1 seconde sur le bouton rouge de test qui se trouve dans le luminaire au niveau du connecteur, préalablement branché. - Le clignotement vert du témoin LED ne s arrête pas après 30 secondes de test fonctionnel : Si le clignotement se prolonge, c est que le test n a pas pu se terminer. Les batteries n étaient peutêtre pas assez chargées. Il sera relancé automatiquement dans les 24h, et en cas de nouvel échec, l état de la LED vous l indiquera, selon le code couleur décrit page 1. - J ai changé les batteries de mon luminaire, mais le témoin LED reste rouge : Les batteries sont probablement montées à l envers. Le fil rouge doit être sur le «+». In case of switch on-off malfunction, check first your connections according to the wiring instructions. If the LED indicator keeps permanent red after commissioning, check battery connections inside the luminaire. - I have a VOLTA100. Lighting level is low: I have a VOLTA133. Only one of the tubes is on: > If the LED indicator blinks green, an automatic duration test is in progress. It is important to ensure the good working order of the emergency system. Please wait, lighting will automatically recover its usual level when the test is finished. > If the LED indicator is off, the luminaire is in emergency mode, supplied by batteries, consequently to a permanent supply failure. - I made a relamping, but the LED indicator keeps red: A manual function test must be systematically launched after relamping so that the LED indicator can go green, confirming the good working order of the system. Press 1 second on the red button inside the luminaire, next to the connector that must be connected beforehand. - The green blinking of the LED does not stop after a 30 seconds function test: This might be caused by a function test that could not go till its end; batteries were probably discharged. The function test will be delayed and run automatically in the next 24 hours. If the unit fails the second test, a battery fault will be indicated, according to the table page 4. - I changed the batteries, but the LED indicator inside the luminaire keeps red: Batteries connection poles may be inverted.
