2 Introduction Le secteur des soins de santé est un secteur-clé pour IBM CPO = Solution stratégique dans le portefeuille d'ibm HealthCare Le marché aujourd hui : - La part de marché de CPO/E est de 20% - La haute qualité de l offre de services CPO/e est reconnue Cependant - Des rumeurs persistent quant aux intentions d IBM vis à vis de CPO/e - L interface 5250 reste un frein pour attirer de nouveaux clients AUJOURD HUI, nous voulons vous : - confimer la pérennité de CPO/e et de ses services associés sur le long terme - annoncer officiellement le lancement d'une nouvelle version de CPO/e qui sera disponible en
