Les Trophées de l'innovation EIFFAGE, organisés tous les deux ans depuis 2007, veulent saluer et promouvoir l esprit d innovation et ses manifestations concrètes dans l ensemble des branches. Pleinement inscrits dans la stratégie du Groupe, les Trophées s attachent à récompenser aujourd'hui les solutions constructives de demain, qui tiennent aussi bien compte des contraintes réglementaires présentes et à venir que du respect des principes d équité sociale et de précaution environnementale auxquels le Groupe adhère. The EIFFAGE innovation Trophies, organized every two years since 2007, aim to acknowledge and promote the spirit of innovation and its concrete manifestations in all of the branches. The Trophies, an integral part of the Group s strategy, aim to recognize tomorrow s construction solutions today, taking into account present and future regulatory constraints and observance of the principles of employee equity and environmental protection to which the Group adheres. The Trophies are open to all employees, journeymen and executives of the group, and are a catalyst for emerging knowledge. This is a unique opportunity to share knowledge, to enhance the spirit of initiative and to encourage exchanges of good practices. The vitality of this third edition of the Trophies demonstrates a creative dynamic which is promising for all of Eiffage s activities. In all, 40 initiatives were nominated, all representing invitations to stimulate your curiosity and your imagination, and, I hope, your participation in the next edition of the Trophies. 3

4 La 3 e édition des DE TROPHÉES L'INNOVATION EIFFAGE En juin 2011, les initiatives les plus innovantes du Groupe ont été récompensées. Elles étaient réparties dans cinq domaines - non exclusivement techniques - touchant toutes les activités d Eiffage : Cœur de métier, Environnement, Initiative sociale/sociétale, Fonction support et Amélioration Technique Terrain. Un Prix spécial Biodiversité et un Grand Prix ont complété le palmarès de cette troisième édition. La remise des récompenses, dans le cadre du Carrefour des Jeunes de novembre 2011 offre une occasion supplémentaire de mettre en avant le talent créateur du Groupe et le dynamisme des collaborateurs toujours prêts à innover et à propulser ses activités vers l avenir. The 3 rd edition In June 2011, awards were given to the most innovative initiatives of the Group. They were divided into five areas - not exclusively technical - covering all of Eiffage s activities: Core business, Environment, Employee/social initiative, Support Function and Technical Improvement in the Field. The awards of this third edition included a special Biodiversity prize and a Grand Prize. The awarding of the prizes, within the framework of the Carrefour des Jeunes of November 2011, offers an additional opportunity to highlight the creative talent of the Group and the dynamism of employees who are always ready to innovate and to carry its activities into the future. e La Ruche de Phosphore III Phosphore III : The Hive 4

C est avec cette ambition qu a été conçu, dans un contexte post-carbone à l horizon 2030, l un des bâtiments strasbourgeois de la 3 e session de Phosphore, fruit d une collaboration étroite entre l architecte Pierre Gautier et les équipes d EIFFAGE. Son nom de baptême, «La ruche», illustre bien l éventail des possibilités qu il intègre dès sa conception. Vous pourrez découvrir sur le site internet Eiffage ( sa modularité, son caractère hybride ainsi que son évolutivité. Accompagner et préparer l avenir nous aident à repousser les limites du possible. The Trophy We must always know the limits of the possible. Not in order to stop, but to attempt the impossible in the best conditions (Romain Gary). It was this ambition that led to the designing, in a post-carbon context and looking ahead to 2030, of one of the buildings in Strasbourg for the 3 rd session of Phosphore, the fruit of close collaboration between the architect Pierre Gautier and the teams of EIFFAGE. Le jury a souhaité mettre en avant les initiatives particulières en faveur de la préservation de la biodiversité en décernant un Prix Spécial Biodiversité. The jury wanted to highlight the particular initiatives in favor of the preservation of biodiversity by awarding a Special Biodiversity Prize. This jury was composed of: Adélaïde Feraille, Researcher at the Navier Research Unit of the Ecole Nationale des Ponts et Chaussées, Youssef Diab, of Engineers, Alain Maugard, Former President of the Scientific and Technical Council for Construction, President of Qualibat, Jean Studer, Expert in Human Resources and Labor Relations, Valérie David, Director of Sustainable Development, Pierre Berger, Managing Director, François Massé, Deputy Managing Director, And chaired by: Jean-François Roverato, President The Technical Improvement in the Field prizes were awarded by the executive management units of each branch. 6 GRAND PRIX EIFFAGE DE L INNOVATION EIFFAGE INNOVATION GRAND PRIZE Dalles lumineuses innovantes Comment concilier la réduction des consommations énergétiques induites par la RT2012 et les exigences de la norme EN en matière de différenciation des niveaux d éclairement? Les dalles à LED apportent une partie de la réponse. Connectées entre elles en très basse tension de sécurité, elles offrent des fonctionnalités évoluées : gradation de l éclairage avec un simple interrupteur ou bouton poussoir, possibilité d ajouter un détecteur de présence... Cette solution propose un éclairage performant, sobre énergétiquement, facile à mettre en place en rénovation et capable de s adapter aux évolutions des espaces de travail de chacun. Innovative luminous panels How can we reconcile the reduction of energy consumption brought on by RT2012 and the requirements of standard EN in terms of the differentiation of levels of lighting? LED panels provide a partial answer. They are connected to each other at a very low safety voltage, and they offer sophisticated functions: gradation of the lighting with a simple switch or push button, the possibility of adding a presence detector, etc. This solution offers efficient lighting, modest energy consumption, ease of installation in renovations and the capacity to adapt to changes in all types of work spaces. 6

8 PRIX DE L INNOVATION CŒUR DE MÉTIER CORE BUSINESS INNOVATION PRIZE Système de détubage tube à tube La machine à détuber monotube (DTT) portative vient considérablement changer la donne en matière de rénovation des condenseurs de centrales de production d énergie. Manipulable par un seul opérateur, elle permet de réduire les délais d intervention et de traiter les zones les plus difficilement accessibles, contrairement aux équipements actuellement disponibles. Son système de pignons crantés rotatifs à entraxe réglable peut extraire des tubes de 16 à 25 mm de diamètre à une vitesse de 1 m/s avec une force de traction de 1 tonne. Tube to tube detubing system The portable single-tube detubing machine (DTT) has considerably changed the situation for the renovation of the capacitors of energy production plants. It can be used by a single operator, it reduces work times and it can be used for the areas that are hardest to access, unlike the currently available equipment. Its rotating notched pinion gear system with an adjustable distance between centers can extract tubes of 16 to 25 mm diameter at a speed of 1 m/s with a traction force of 1 ton. 8

10 PRIX SPÉCIAL BIODIVERSITÉ SPECIAL PRIZE BIODIVERSITY Dégrilleur et dévalaison La centrale hydroélectrique des Sanctuaires de Lourdes est désormais équipée d'un dégrilleur unique en France. Très novateur, ce dispositif permet de capter automatiquement et régulièrement tous les déchets qui se trouvent dans l'eau tout en sécurisant et facilitant le cheminement des anguilles qui dévalent le Gave pendant leur migration. Pour ce faire, l'espace entre les barreaux des plans de grilles a été considérablement réduit et des bassins de dévalaisons ont été installés. 12 PRIX DE L INNOVATION ENVIRONNEMENTALE ENVIRONMENTAL INNOVATION PRIZE Pac.R², pompe à chaleur air/ air multifonction Pac.R² est une solution tout électrique qui exploite les propriétés des pompes à chaleur air/air. Facile à mettre en œuvre, facile à maintenir et peu encombrant, cet appareil polyvalent destiné à l immobilier neuf assure à la fois la ventilation double-flux, la production d eau chaude sanitaire et le chauffage, par récupération des calories de l air extérieur et de l air vicié du logement. Le plus de cet équipement? Produisant plus d énergie qu il n en consomme, il permet de répondre aux conditions des moteurs de calcul de la RT2012, et ainsi d obtenir le label BBC dans des appartements de type 2 à 5. Pac.R², air/air multi-function heat pump Pac.R² is an all-electrical solution that uses the properties of air/air heat pumps. This unit is easily to install, easy to handle and takes up little space. It is multi-purpose and intended for new housing units, handling double-flow ventilation, the production of domestic hot water and heating, by recovering heat from the outside air and from the foul air of the dwelling. The advantage of this equipment? As it produces more energy that is consumes, it makes it possible to meet the conditions of the calculation engine of the RT2012, and to thereby obtain the BBC label in 2 to 5-type apartments. 12

14 PRIX DE L INNOVATION SOCIÉTALE EMPLOYEE/SOCIAL INNOVATION PRIZE Formation Passerelles La maîtrise des savoirs de base (calcul, expression orale, lecture, écriture) peut représenter un obstacle de taille dans l évolution professionnelle des collaborateurs. Pour pallier ces difficultés, un projet interbranche a été monté afin de mettre en place un dispositif de formation adapté aux besoins des compagnons. L accent a été mis sur la communication afin d inciter un maximum de collaborateurs à vaincre leur timidité et à s engager dans une démarche d apprentissage ou de réapprentissage. Ainsi, suite à la première formation, un film de promotion de la démarche a été réalisé, puis diffusé au niveau national. Study programs The lack of mastery of basic knowledge (calculation, oral expression, reading, and writing) can represent a major obstacle in employees career development. To overcome these difficulties, an inter-branch project was launched to establish a training system adapted to the needs of journeymen. The focus was on communication in order to encourage as many employees as possible to overcome their shyness and to take steps for learning or relearning. Following an initial training program, a film promoting this approach was made and disseminated throughout the country. 14

16 PRIX DE L INNOVATION FONCTION SUPPORT SUPPORT FUNCTION INNOVATION PRIZE BARACA : une donnée clé pour les processus achats Pour un groupe comme Clemessy, l harmonisation des processus d achats et de production est un enjeu d avenir. Un chantier de définition d un langage commun a été mis en place pour surmonter les difficultés liées à la diversité des pratiques, des outils et des documents traitant des matières. Il a abouti à une nouvelle articulation de l ensemble des process autour d une donnée clé, pérenne et partageable : la «référence du constructeur». Aujourd hui, le système d information comporte plus de 1,6 million de références pour plus de 350 fournisseurs. BARACA: key data for the purchasing process For a group like Clemessy, harmonization of the purchasing and production processes is an important factor for the future. A project for the definition of a common language was undertaken to overcome the difficulties linked to the diversity of the practices, tools and documents dealing with the subjects. It led to a new organization of all of the processes around a key factor which is on-going and can be shared: the manufacturer reference. Today, the information system has more than 1.6 million references for more than 350 suppliers. 16

18 PRIX DE L INNOVATION AMÉLIORATION TECHNIQUE TERRAIN CLEMESSY INNOVATION PRIZE TECHNICAL IMPROVEMENT IN THE FIELD CLEMESSY TestInView : une solution de l ingénierie de validation des systèmes électriques et électroniques TestInView est un nouveau logiciel de pilotage de tests de validation pour les systèmes électroniques embarqués des industries de l'aéronautique, du spatial et de l'automobile. Il propose notamment la description des scénarii, le pilotage et le contrôle des tests sous contrainte temps réel et l exploitation des résultats sous forme de textes et de graphiques. Il autorise de plus l'interfaçage avec les outils de tests propres au client. Il compte déjà Renault, PSA, Snecma et Alstom parmi ses utilisateurs. TestInView: a validation engineering solution for electrical and electronic systems TestInView is a new validation test management computer program for the on-board electronics systems of the aeronautics, aerospace and automobile industries. It offers in particular the description of scenarios, the supervision and control of the tests with real time constraints and the use of the results in the form of texts and graphics. It also allows for interfacing with the client s own testing tools. Its users include Renault, PSA, Snecma and Alstom. 18

Une nouvelle génération de tampons autobloquants remédie à cette situation en éliminant les risques de décollement. Fiable et durable, il est équipé d'un système de blocage par basculement et se verrouille par simple vissage. Un outil de manutention adapté a également été conçu pour l ouverture ou la fermeture du tampon. Plus de 200 unités ont été fabriquées et sont désormais utilisées dans les tunnels de l A40. A new system of self-locking manhole covers for tunnels In tunnels, the lifting of manhole covers as vehicles pass by represents a major source of danger for road users. A new generation of self-locking manhole covers remedies this situation by eliminating the risk of their coming off. It is reliable and sturdy and equipped with a system of locking by tilting and can be locked simply by screwing it on. An adapted handling tool was also designed for the opening and closing of the manhole covers. More than 200 units were manufactured and are now in use in the tunnels of the A40. 20

Ce nouveau moule de poutres préfabriquées permet de contourner cette contrainte : il autorise l'installation manuelle des panneaux à l'aide de roues auto-stables ajustées sur les rails du moule. L installation de garde-corps intégré assure un travail en sécurité. La qualité de la finition est optimisée grâce aux peaux métalliques habillées en contreplaqué, aisément modifiables. Optimized mold for prefabricated beams The fabrication of beams at work sites usually requires heavy equipment and the use of a crane for the placement of the panels (or cheeks), the reinforcing and the pouring of the concrete. Face à cette situation, une clé à frapper sécurisée a été imaginée. Facile à mettre en œuvre il suffit d'un bout de tuyau de PVC et d'un morceau de corde cette innovation permet de réduire considérablement les risques tout en améliorant les conditions de travail et de bien-être des ouvriers à leur poste. Secured striking wrench Standard striking wrenches, which are indispensable for the tightening and removal of bolts, are the source of too many work accidents, with frequent harm to hands. Pour prévenir l'accident, un outil d'inspection original a fait son apparition : l'endoscope. Il permet un contrôle interne de la vétusté des mâts (raccordement, corrosion) afin de garantir la sécurité des ouvrages du patrimoine mâts ont déjà été contrôlés par ce système dans plusieurs villes de l'ouest parisien (Issy-les-Moulineaux, Vanves, Meudon, Chaville, Ville-d Avray). Un dispositif d'alerte a été élaboré pour prévenir ces accidents. Il s'agit d'un «gabarit» aux mêmes dimensions que l'ouvrage d'art positionné à une cinquantaine de mètres avant l'obstacle réel. Un mécanisme à goupille le relie à une barrière qui se met en place en cas de choc, et ce, quarante mètres après l'impact pour laisser au conducteur de l'engin le temps de s'arrêter. An active template On linear work sites, the height of certain machinery left in place (hoppers, auxiliary cranes, etc.) leads to risks of collisions with the decks of engineering structures or aerial lines. An alert system was developed to avoid these accidents. This involves a template with the same dimensions as the engineering structures positioned about fifty meters in front of the real obstacle. Sa vocation : externaliser des charges de travail des chantiers pour les transférer dans une usine avec, à la clé, l amélioration de la qualité et l optimisation des délais de chantier. Une fois sur site, deux raccordements suffisent pour compléter l installation. Ce concept anticipe les mouvements de fond du métier et apporte une réponse concrète aux difficultés émergentes du secteur (raréfaction de la main d œuvre qualifiée, érosion des plannings, augmentation du nombre de réserves...). HVA Concept Module HVA Concept is a bathroom module prefabricated in a workshop. Its purpose: to externalize the work loads of work sites and to transfer them to a factory in order to improve quality and to optimize the work site scheduling. Le projet Orthoplus et son application Orthodalle Retenu par l Agence Nationale de la Recherche (ANR) dans le cadre de l appel à propositions du RGC&U (Réseau génie civil et urbain), le projet Orthoplus a réuni sept partenaires publics et privés. Son objectif était de favoriser l émergence d'outils de calcul de la durée de vie d une dalle orthotrope et de son revêtement. Orthoplus a débouché sur la création d une solution innovante de réparation des ouvrages d'art qui utilise les propriétés de résistance et de durabilité des bétons fibrés à ultra haute performance (BSI ). Baptisé Orthodalle, ce procédé va être testé sur un pont en Alsace. Avec, à la clé, un budget inférieur à 20% du coût de remplacement de l'ouvrage. The Orthoplus project and its application Orthodalle The Orthoplus project, chosen by the National Agency for Research (ANR) within the framework of a request for proposals from the RGC&U (civil and urban engineering network), brought together seven public and private partners. Its objective was to promote the emergence of tools for calculation of the working life of an orthotropic slab and its surfacing. Orthoplus led to the creation of an innovative solution for the repair of civil engineering structures using the resistance and durability properties of ultra high performance fiber-reinforced concrete (BSI ). 31 Nanophone : un enrobé à faible impact sonore et environnemental La réduction des nuisances sonores est un axe fort de la stratégie de développement durable du Groupe. Le nouvel enrobé Nanophone représente une avancée significative dans ce domaine. Elaboré à base de bitumes modifiés aux polymères de la gamme Biprène, ce béton bitumineux très mince exploite les propriétés découlant de l utilisation d une granulométrie fine associée à un taux de vides optimisé. Sa mise en œuvre entraîne une réduction du bruit de roulement des véhicules de l'ordre de 3 db(a), soit 50% de moins que les enrobés «antibruit» les plus performants et une division par 6 des nuisances sonores par rapport aux enrobés classiques. Nanophone : an asphalt mix with a low noise and environmental impact Noise reduction is a major orientation of the Group s sustainable development strategy. The new Nanophone asphalt mix is a significant step forward in this area. This very thin asphalt concrete, made with asphalt modified with polymers of the Biprène line, makes use of the properties stemming from a fine grading along with an optimized voids ratio. Its use leads to a reduction of vehicle traffic noise on the order of 3 db(a), or 50% less than the most effective anti-noise asphalt mixes and the dividing by 6 of the noise nuisances compared with standard asphalt mixes. Mais, si certaines dégradations peuvent s apprécier visuellement depuis le sol, nombreuses sont celles qui restent masquées ou hors de portée des instruments optiques (téléobjectif, jumelles). Pour pallier cette difficulté, un drone a été intégré au processus d expertise. Il permet de prendre des photographies ou des vidéos en HD sur des ouvrages d accès difficile ou impossible. Cette solution supprime beaucoup de contraintes, réduit le nombre de personnes sur site et génère un gain de temps important. A drone for appraisal of pylon safety At the end of 2010, RTE wanted to test the degree of wear of its 250,000 pylons. While some degradation could be observed visually from the ground, many parts remain masked or out of range of optical instruments (telephoto lens, binoculars). To overcome this difficulty, a drone was included in the appraisal process. It allows for the taking of HD photographs or videos of structures that are difficult or impossible to access. Depuis 2010, le gros sel est remplacé par la «fine de sel», un résidu naturel d un process industriel. Les bénéfices de cette opération : un budget «sel» considérablement réduit (-75%) et une baisse significative des émissions de CO 2 liées au transport car l usine qui génère ce résidu se situe à proximité du site de fabrication de saumure. Par ailleurs, l accent a été mis sur la qualité d'usage pour les riverains avec une protection phonique renforcée, une optimisation de l intégration au paysage et l intégration de circulations douces (réseaux de chemins pour piétons et deux-roues). Route HQE The Cantin Bypass The Cantin Bypass is the first Eiffage project under the label HQE sustainable road, initiated by the General Council of the Nord. This project includes: Responsible management of materials, substantial use of recycling and the implementation of a system for the removal of water by partitioned infiltration water meadows. 33 Conception d un passage supérieur pour les chauves-souris : le Chiroptoduc Après les gites pour chauves-souris, voici désormais le chiroptoduc. Ce nouvel ouvrage faunistique a permis de rétablir un corridor de vol de chiroptères qui passait dans une zone en déblai de l'autoroute A65. Une synergie entre environnementalistes, techniciens et exploitants a permis d esquisser les grands principes de cet aménagement complété par des plantations aux abords de l ouvrage et deux rampes d envol. Les futurs suivis évalueront la fonctionnalité de ce corridor et sa reproductibilité au droit de tous types de voie circulée (route, voie ferrée, ). Design of an overpass for bats: the Chiroptoduc After the shelters for bats, we now have the chiroptoduc. This fantastic new structure re-established a flight corridor for bats that fly into a cleared area of the A65 highway. Synergy between environmentalists, technicians and operators allowed for the drafting of the main principles of this development supplemented by plantations near the structure and two flight ramps. Pour limiter ce phénomène, la cabine de ressuage est désormais équipée d'un circuit d'eau fermé, dont la charge changée annuellement n'est que de 450 litres. De plus, la cabine intègre une nouvelle table sur rail qui permet de limiter la pénibilité liée à la manutention des pièces et de gagner du temps sur l'ensemble de l opération. Le futur stade de Lille contourne le problème : il sera équipé d onduleurs dynamiques destinés à assister l alimentation électrique standard en lieu et place des traditionnels groupes électrogènes. Cette solution devrait permettre d éviter l émission d environ 200 teqco 2 par an. Dynamic back-up power supplies for the Lille Stadium During sports events, the lighting systems of major stadiums must work in reverse back-up mode to guarantee the continuity of the television broadcasting service. The main power supply is thus the generator sets backed up by power from the EDF utility. But these diesel generators produce particularly high gas emissions. Auparavant, la communication reposait sur le point de vue de l entreprise et mettait en avant la chaîne de circonstances aboutissant à l'accident. Désormais, le risque électrique est présenté du point de vue du compagnon qui y est confronté. Ils sont embauchés sans poste prédéterminé mais sur la base de leur potentiel managérial. Après un parcours nouvel entrant de 15 mois (parrainage, missions en tutorat, formations, conférences...) ils occupent tous les quatre un poste de manager. Au-delà de son originalité, cette démarche fait également évoluer les mentalités en montrant qu on peut être à la tête d une unité opérationnelle sans attendre «15 ans de pratique professionnelle». Une 2 e promotion a été lancée avec trois jeunes diplômés. An incubator for young graduates A different type of recruiting... Plusieurs articles y sont publiés chaque semaine rapportant les informations clés de la vie de l entreprise et les messages de la Direction Générale. Les bornes permettent également de réaliser des sondages. Une évolution de leur contenu est prévue pour s ouvrir à une utilisation interactive et à la visualisation de la vidéo. Élaboré sur la base des travaux du Groupe TFE SAV 2010, ses contenus s appuient sur l observation et l analyse de la sinistralité, des pratiques en cours sur les chantiers ainsi que sur des interviews d intervenants. Cet outil ludique et convivial permet à tous les acteurs de progresser grâce à des préconisations simples et accessibles. À terme, il devrait déboucher sur la mise en place de solutions destinées à réduire les pathologies sur les ouvrages d Eiffage. After-Sale Service Browser: Aid for reducing the pathologies of structures The After-Sale Service Browser is a tool for the management of accident records for work sites regardless of their phase of realization. 37 Outil de Gestion des réserves Étape clé de la relation avec le maître d ouvrage, les Opérations Préalables à la Réception bénéficient désormais d'un outil spécifique destiné à permettre le contrôle, le suivi et la levée des réserves dans des délais courts et sans surcoût de traitement. L établissement des listes de réserves se fait automatiquement à l émission au format désiré (Word, Excel, PDF..), en même temps qu un repérage graphique sur les plans insérés au préalable. Le contrôle s effectue avec une tablette tactile à stylet. Lors de la levée de réserves l outil génère des statistiques de suivi. Il a également concrètement permis de réduire les sous-charges des usines, limitant ainsi les impacts sociaux de la crise. Ce guide se décline aujourd hui en direction des entités du Groupe, de nos clients et chaque Branche peut en dupliquer les atouts. Mise sur pieds dans le cadre d un contrat de fibre optique en délégation de service public, cette innovation permet de réduire les délais d intervention des collaborateurs. Le NOC est prolongé par une valise d astreinte qui contient tous les éléments utiles aux équipes en intervention (GPS, jeux de plans, PC équipé d'un SIG du réseau, logiciel de supervision de fibre, appareil photo numérique...). Désormais, les étais peuvent s emboîter dans des tubes intégrés au panier, ce qui évite un stockage contre le mur (risque de chute) ou au sol (pénibilité du travail). L espace entre les tubes est assez large afin de pouvoir les déposer pour le transport. Muni de roulettes, ce panier est facilement déplaçable au fil de l avancement du chantier. This element covers the total height of the form panel and closes at the three levels of the edges of the form panel, making the work of the journeymen safer. «Emul bijet» : une lance à émulsion double-jet L embout de lance à émulsion double jet «Emul bi-jet», a été conçu pour améliorer le rendement et la sécurité d un chantier de revêtement de tranchées. Grâce à ce système de conception simple, compatible avec les toutes les lances à émulsion, il a été possible d émulsionner simultanément les deux côtés d une tranchée de fibres optiques sur 15 km à la vitesse de 1.5 km par jour. Le gain en sécurité est à souligner : le double jet supprime les allers-retours le long de la tranchée, le balisage et la mise en sécurité de l équipe en sont facilités. Le problème : ces filtres étaient jusqu à présent difficiles à nettoyer sans polluer ou sans exposer les opérateurs à un contact avec des solvants. Pour remédier à cette difficulté, une étuve à filtres a été conçue : chauffée à la température de fusion du bitume, elle permet l évacuation du bitume résiduel chargé d impuretés traité ensuite comme un déchet de bitume classique. 41 Table de retournement des châssis et des blocs Au cours des différentes étapes de leur fabrication, certains éléments de façades chassis et blocs doivent être retournés une ou deux fois pour pouvoir travailler sur leurs deux faces. Ces retournements étaient jusqu à présent réalisés manuellement par deux opérateurs. Une table de retournement a été récemment mise au point. Elle permet à une seule personne de mener à bien l opération en éliminant tout risque d'accident lié à la manipulation. À noter, cette table représente également une avancée en termes de délais : le temps élémentaire pour l opération est divisé par quatre. Désormais, pour assurer au client une traçabilité et une inviolabilité des données recueillies lors des interventions, chaque équipement est repéré par une étiquette à code à barres. Lue à l aide d un PDA, elle donne accès à la fiche de maintenance de l équipement. Dans le cas d une intervention curative, un principe similaire de lecture du code à barres permet d enregistrer les opérations effectuées. Le PDA offre également un gain de temps aux équipes de maintenance puisqu il automatise le relevé d opération. To guarantee clients traceability and the inviolability of the data gathered during the work, each piece of equipment is identified with a label with a bar code. It is read with a PDA and it gives access to the maintenance sheet for the equipment. In the case of a curative intervention, a similar principle of reading of the bar code is used to record the operations carried out. The PDA also saves time for the maintenance teams because it makes the operation report automatic. Lors d une demande d intervention, il permet de repérer le véhicule le plus proche et de lui transmettre les données nécessaires. Ces dernières sont stockées dans un serveur sécurisé et peuvent être consultées et traitées en temps réel à partir d une plate-forme web depuis n importe quel ordinateur. En optimisant les tournées, l outil permet également de réduire les consommations de carburant. À noter : un capteur de choc a été ajouté pour localiser les éventuels accidents de la route. Geolocalized and preventive maintenance In order to improve responsiveness and to optimize interventions at client sites during on-call periods, a geolocalisation system was integrated in the fleet of maintenance vehicles. When there is a work request, it can locate the nearest vehicle and send it the necessary data.
