ARTICLE II ITEM II EFFETS PURPOSE La présente convention est conclue afin de permettre à un apprenti lié au maître d apprentissage par un contrat d apprentissage, de recevoir un complément de formation dans l entreprise d accueil, ayant recours à des techniques, des méthodes ou des organisations différentes de celles utilisées dans l entreprise qui l emploie. This agreement is made in order to enable the apprentice to widen his/her experience and training in a foreign company and to benefit from knowledge of techniques, methods and organisation different from those used in his/her own company. 4 It s the responsibility of the host company to have adequate public liability insurance. The host agrees to respect the terms and conditions of employment set down under French labour law. Lorsque l activité exercée par l apprenti dans l entreprise d accueil nécessite une surveillance médicale spéciale au sens de la réglementation relative à la médecine du travail, les obligations correspondantes sont à la charge de cette entreprise. Should the work carried out by the trainee involve specific medical supervision or surveillance, the host company will be responsible for ensuring this. ARTICLE VI ITEM VI SUIVI DE LA FORMATION SUPERVISION Dans l entreprise d accueil, le suivi de la formation sera assuré par / In the host company, the supervisor will be : Mr/Mrs/Ms : Fonction/job title : Les travaux confiés à l apprenti seront de nature à permettre l application de l article VIII cidessous, concernant les objectifs de formation. ARTICLE VII ITEM VII DEVOIRS DE L APPRENTI RESPONSABILITIES OF THE APPRENTICE Il doit se conformer au règlement intérieur de l entreprise et respecter les règles de sécurité répondant à la réglementation générale ainsi qu au mesures propres à l entreprise, le cas échéant.
