2 ASSEMBLY CONTINUED 3. Secure the back brace, back leg and front leg using two 3¼" carriage bolts, two washers, and two locknuts. Do not overtighten. (See Figure 3) NOTE: Bolts enter through the outside of the unit and are fastened from the inside. 5. Attach one leg brace to a side using two 2¼" carriage bolts, two washers and two wing nuts. Pull the front leg out from the unit as shown. (See Figure 4) Figure 4 6. Repeat step 5 to attach the other leg brace. NOTE: Additional hardware can be used to install eyewash station. Mounting bracket is included with the eyewash station. NOTE: When attaching an eyewash station, refer to the installation instructions included with the unit. Alinee los orificios laterales en el soporte del respaldo con los orificios en la pata trasera. (Vea Diagrama 1) PAGE 3 OF 6 NOTA: El panel plano del soporte del respaldo debe estar hacia la misma dirección que la placa de montaje. 2. Alinee los orificios de la pata delantera con los del soporte del respaldo y la pata trasera. (Vea Diagrama 2)

4 CONTINUACIÓN DE ENSAMBLE 3. Fije el soporte del respaldo, las patas trasera y delantera con dos pernos de 3¼", dos rondanas y dos tuercas de seguridad. No apriete demasiado. (Vea Diagrama 3) NOTA: Los pernos entran a través de la parte de afuera y se aprietan desde el interior. 5. Fije un soporte de la pata de un lado utilizando dos pernos de 2¼", dos rondanas y dos tuercas mariposa. (Vea Diagrama 5) NOTA: El soporte de la pata se fija desde la parte interna de la pata delantera y el exterior de la pata trasera. Repita el paso 5 para fijar el otro soporte de la pata. NOTA: Tornillería adicional puede ser utilizada para instalar la estación lavaojos. Se incluye un soporte de montaje con la estación lavaojos. 6 MONTAGE SUITE 3. Fixez le renfort arrière, le pied arrière et le pied avant à l'aide de deux boulons de carrosserie de 3 ¼ po, deux rondelles et deux écrous freinés. Ne pas trop serrer. (Voir Figure 3) Figure 3 REMARQUE : Les boulons sont insérés à partir de l'extérieur de l'article et sont fixés du côté intérieur. 5. Fixez un renfort de pied à un des côtés à l'aide de deux boulons de carrosserie de 2 ¼ po, deux rondelles et deux écrous à oreilles. (Voir Figure 5) Figure 5 REMARQUE : Le renfort du pied se fixe sur la partie intérieure du pied avant et sur la partie extérieure du pied arrière. Boulon de 8,3 cm (3 ¼ po) Écrou freiné Renfort de pied Rondelle 4. Écartez le pied avant de l'article comme illustré. (Voir Figure 4) Figure 4 6. Répétez l'étape 5 pour fixer l'autre renfort de pied. REMARQUE : Du matériel supplémentaire peut être utilisé afin d'installer la douche oculaire. La plaque de fixation est incluse avec la douche. REMARQUE : Lors de la fixation de la douche oculaire, veuilllez consulter les directives d'installation qui sont incluses avec l'article.
