6 Verbindung zum PC herstellen Hinweis: Vor dem Verbindungsaufbau muss die PC-Software CombiComm gestartet sein und die richtige Kommunikationsschnittstelle gewählt sein. CombiStar pro Tastaturklappe öffnen, Adapterkabel RS232-CombiControl (im Lieferumfang der PC-Software enthalten) mit der seriellen Schnittstelle des PCs verbinden Adapterkabel RS232-CombiControl in die 3pol. Buchse der CombiControl stecken, Adapterkabel RS232-CombiControl Version

7 EloStar time Adapterkabel RS232-EloStar (im Lieferumfang des Parametriersets enthalten) mit der seriellen Schnittstelle des PCs verbinden Adapterkabel RS232-EloStar in die 6pol. Buchse 1 des EloStar Schlosses stecken Kommunikationstest mittels des Buttons Versionsabfrage durchführen. Hinweis: Wenn länger als 240 Sekunden keine Kommunikation zwischen der PC- Software und dem Schloss stattfindet wird die Programmierung automatisch beendet. Version

8 3 Programmierung über PC-Software CombiComm 3.1 Einstellungen CombiStar pro Daten senden Die eingestellten Konfigurationsdaten werden von dem PC an das Schloss gesendet. Daten lesen Die im Schloss gespeicherten Konfigurationsdaten werden aus dem Schloss gelesen. Verbindung beenden Die Parametrierung wird beendet Version

9 IO-Funktionen Bei Aktivierung der Funktion Extern Sperrelement CombiXT werden die Ein- und Ausgänge des Sperrelements gesteuert bzw. abgefragt. Das System wird somit zur Sperreinrichtung. Das Schloss kann von einer angeschlossenen Einbruchmeldeanlage gesperrt bzw. freigegeben werden und signalisiert einen stillen Alarm bzw. den Riegelzustand des Schlosses an die EMA. Wird das CombiStar pro nicht an einer Einbruchmeldeanlage betrieben können auch der interne Ein-und Ausgang verwendet werden. Es ist aber noch eine entsprechende Adapterplatine (optionales Zubehör EloAdapt) zum Anschluss notwendig. Diese Funktion wird mit Intern aktiviert. Ext. Sperre / Freigabe Bei Aktivierung dieser Funktion kann über den Eingang des Schlosses das System gesperrt werden, d.h. es ist kein Öffnungsvorgang möglich. Es ist zu beachten, dass bei Aktivierung dieser Funktion ein entsprechendes Freigabesignal angeschlossen sein muss! Stiller Alarm Bei Aktivierung der Funktion Stiller Alarm kann über die Tastatur durch Eingabe des Alarmcodes (letzte Codeziffer +1) ein Stiller Alarm ausgelöst werden und an eine Einbruchmeldeanlage über den entsprechenden Ausgang am Schloss weitergeleitet werden. In diesem Zusammenhang kann auch eine separate Öffnungsverzögerung, die Alarmöffnungsverzögerung programmiert werden. Alarmöffnungsverzögerung Eine Alarmverzögerung von Minuten kann programmiert werden. Die Alarmverzögerung ist eine Öffnungsverzögerung. Diese Öffnungsverzögerung läuft, nachdem ein stiller Alarm ausgelöst wurde. Die entsprechende Freigabezeit beträgt 5 Minuten. Die Freigabezeit ist fest und kann nicht umprogrammiert werden. Zustandsanzeige Bei Aktivierung der Funktion Zustandsanzeige wird am Ausgang des Schlosses der aktuelle Zustand des Schlossriegels angezeigt. Ende der Öffnnungsverzögerung Bei Aktivierung dieser Funktion wird das Ende einer Öffnungsverzögerung am Ausgang des Schloss signalisiert. Der Ausgang wird für ca. 1 Sekunde angesteuert. Version

10 4-Augen-Prinzip Bei aktiviertem 4-Augen-Prinzip kann das Schloss nur durch die Eingabe von 2 Öffnungscodes geöffnet werden. Es ist zu beachten, dass bei Aktivierung dieser Funktion bereits die entsprechenden Usercodes programmiert sein müssen! Externes Display Durch aktivieren dieser Funktion wird bei laufender Öffnungsverzögerung bzw. Freigabezeit die Restzeit in dem extern Display LCDXT angezeigt. Öffnungsverzögerung Eine Öffnungsverzögerung von Minuten kann programmiert werden. Diese Öffnungsverzögerung kann durch den Schnellöffnungscode, der im Menü Benutzerverwaltung zugewiesen wird, umgangen werden. Freigabezeit Wird eine Freigabezeit (00-15 Minuten), anschließend zur Öffnungsverzögerung programmiert, so ist nach Ablauf der Öffnungsverzögerung eine weitere Codeeingabe zum endgültigen Öffnen des Schlosses, innerhalb der programmierten Freigabezeit, erforderlich. Wird eine Freigabezeit von 00 programmiert, so öffnet das Schloss sofort nach Ablauf der Öffnungsverzögerung. Datum / Uhrzeit Mittels des Feldes Datum / Uhrzeit kann die aktuelle Uhrzeit des Schlosses angezeigt werden. Der Button Systemzeit übernimmt die aktuelle Systemzeit des PCs. Das eingestellte Datum bzw. die eingestellte Uhrzeit werden mittels des Button Daten senden an das Schloss übertragen. Automatische Sommer/Winterzeitumstellung Bei Aktivierung dieser Funktion erfolgt die Umstellung von Winterzeit auf Sommerzeit bzw. umgekehrt automatisch. Die Umstellung erfolgt bei der ersten Eingabe bzw. Betätigung der Tastatur nach dem eigentlichen Umschaltzeitpunkt. Wurde die allgemeine Uhrzeit am Sonntag von 02:00 Uhr auf 03:00 Uhr umgestellt, bzw. umgekehrt, so wird die Zeit im Schloss erst beim nächsten Öffnungsvorgang umgestellt. Version

11 Freigabe mit RFID (nur CombiStar pro RFID) Durch aktivieren dieser Funktion wird zusätzlich zur Benutzernummer und der PIN eine RFID-Abfrage durchgeführt. Diese Abfrage betrifft nur User und nicht den Master. Hinweis: Vor jedem Daten senden sollte die Systemzeit übernommen werden. Die richtige Einstellung des Datums / Uhrzeit ist die Grundlage der Zeitprogramme sowie der richtigen Ereignisprotokollierung. Version

12 3.2 Einstellungen EloStar time Daten senden Die eingestellten Konfigurationsdaten werden von dem PC an das Schloss gesendet. Daten lesen Die im Schloss gespeicherten Konfigurationsdaten werden aus dem Schloss gelesen. Verbindung beenden Die Parametrierung wird beendet Version

13 IO-Funktionen Bei Aktivierung der I/O - Funktion werden die Ein- und Ausgänge des Schlosses mittels EloXT oder EloAdapt gesteuert bzw. abgefragt. Das System wird somit zur Sperreinrichtung. Das Schloss kann von einer angeschlossenen Einbruchmeldeanlage gesperrt bzw. freigegeben werden und signalisiert einen stillen Alarm bzw. den Riegelzustand des Schlosses an die EMA. Türschalter Bei Aktivierung dieser Funktion schließt das Schloss automatisch, sobald ein am Eingang angeschlossener Türschalter betätigt wird Es ist zu beachten, dass bei Aktivierung dieser Funktion ein entsprechender Türschalter angeschlossen sein muss! Ext. Sperre / Freigabe Bei Aktivierung dieser Funktion kann über den Eingang des Schlosses das System gesperrt werden, d.h. es ist kein Öffnungsvorgang möglich. Es ist zu beachten, dass bei Aktivierung dieser Funktion ein entsprechendes Freigabesignal angeschlossen sein muss! 15 Automatische Sommer/Winterzeitumstellung Bei Aktivierung dieser Funktion erfolgt die Umstellung von Winterzeit auf Sommerzeit bzw. umgekehrt automatisch. Die Umstellung erfolgt bei der ersten Eingabe bzw. Betätigung der Tastatur nach dem eigentlichen Umschaltzeitpunkt. Wurde die allgemeine Uhrzeit am Sonntag von 02:00 Uhr auf 03:00 Uhr umgestellt, bzw. umgekehrt, so wird die Zeit im Schloss erst beim nächsten Öffnungsvorgang umgestellt. Automatisches Schließen Durch aktivieren dieser Funktion verschließt sich das geöffnete EloStar time nach 10 Sekunden selbstständig. Hinweis: Vor jedem Daten senden sollte die Systemzeit übernommen werden. Die richtige Einstellung des Datums / Uhrzeit ist die Grundlage der Zeitprogramme sowie der richtigen Ereignisprotokollierung. Version

16 3.3 Ereignisprotokoll Es werden die letzten 256 Ereignisse in chronologischer Reihenfolge gespeichert, und mit dem Button Protokoll lesen aus dem Schloss ausgelesen. Ereignisnummer 001 ist immer das aktuellste Ereignis. Die Ereignisse werden mit Datum und Uhrzeit protokolliert. Mit dem Button Protokoll exportieren kann das gesamte Ereignisprotokoll als Textdatei exportiert werden und in anderen Softwaretools (z.b. Excel) zur Weiterverarbeitung wieder importiert werden. Mit dem Button Protokoll drucken kann das gesamte Ereignisprotokoll über den installierten Standarddrucker ausgedruckt werden. Version

Sind in der Benutzerverwaltung Namen für die entsprechenden Benutzer hinterlegt, so erscheinen diese Namen auch im Ereignisprotokoll. Ansonsten wird der Benutzer z.b. als User 01 angezeigt. 1) Diese Funktion wird erst ab Schlossversion 02 unterstützt. 2) Nur bei CombiStar pro RFID Version

18 3.4 Zeitprogramme Es existieren 3 unabhängige Zeitprogramme. In den Zeitprogrammen wird der Zeitraum definiert, in dem ein Benutzer das Schloss-System mit seinem Öffnungscode öffnen kann. Jedem Benutzer kann eines der drei Zeitprogramme zugeordnet werden. Das Zeitprogramm wird mittels des Kontrollkästchen neben dem Wochentag aktiviert. Ist dies nicht der Fall, so ist der gesamte Wochentag gesperrt. Soll ein kompletter Wochentag freigegeben werden, so muss das Kontrollkästchen aktiviert werden und der Zeitraum auf 00:00 00:00 gesetzt werden. Version

19 3.5 Benutzerverwaltung Im Feld Kundendaten können alle relevanten Daten des Kunden eingetragen und abgespeichert werden. Jedem Benutzer kann ein Name zugeordnet werden. Dieser Name wird im Ereignisprotokoll hinterlegt. Der Schnellöffnungscode kann einem beliebigen Benutzer zugeordnet werden. Der entsprechende Benutzer kann somit mit seinem Öffnungscode eine Öffnungsverzögerung umgehen. Die RFID-Freigabe zeigt an, ob bei einem Benutzer die RFID Abfrage erfolgt (nur bei CombiStar pro RFID) Version

20 3.6 Übersicht In der Übersicht werden alle im Schloss programmierten und in der PC-Software eingestellten Daten zusammengefasst und angezeigt. Die Übersichtsblätter können auch auf dem installierten Standarddrucker ausgedruckt werden. Version

24 1 Installation of the PC software CombiComm Insert the program CD into the DVD/CD-ROM drive and start the installation file setup.exe. The installation program will direct you through the installation in a selfexplanatory manner. Version

25 2 Preparing for PC programming Select the lock. Select the communication interface via the "Interface" menu. Select the desired language. Currently only available in German! Version

26 Start the programming of the PC at the lock. Open the electronic lock. Enter the user number. 1 Enter an unlocking code. Start programming. Enter the program number 7. 1 Enter the master code. Version

27 Establish a connection to the PC. Note: The PC software CombiComm must be started and the correct communication interface must be selected prior to setting up the connection. CombiStar pro Open the keyboard cover. Connect the adapter cable RS232 CombiControl (supplied with the PC software) to the serial interface of the PC. Plug the adapter cable RS232 CombiControl into the 3-pin jack of the CombiControl device. Adapter cable RS232 CombiControl Version

28 EloStar time Connect the adapter cable S232 EloStar (supplied with the parameterization set) with the serial interface of the PC. Plug the adapter cable S232 EloStar into the 6-pin jack 1 of the EloStar lock. Run a communication test using the "Version Query" button. Note: The programming procedure is automatically terminated if there is no communication between the PC software and the lock for more than 240 seconds. Version

29 3 Programming via the PC software CombiComm 3.1 CombiStar pro settings Send data. The set configuration data is sent from the PC to the lock. Read data. The configuration data saved in the lock is read from the lock. Terminate connection. The configuration is completed. Version

30 IO functions When the function External blocking element CombiXT is activated, the inputs and outputs of the blocking element are controlled or queried. The system will then act as a blocking device. The lock can be blocked or released via a connected BAS and communicates a silent alarm or the bolt condition of the lock to the BAS. If the CombiStar pro device is not operated at a BAS, the internal inputs and outputs may also be used. A corresponding adapter board (optional accessory EloAdapt) will then be required for the connection. This function is activated using the option Internal. External blocking/release When this function is activated, the system may be blocked via the lock input, i.e. no unlocking procedure is possible. Please note that a corresponding release signal must be connected to activate this function. Silent alarm When the "silent alarm" function is activated, a silent alarm can be triggered via the keyboard by entering the alarm code (last code digit +1). The silent alarm may then be forwarded to a BAS via the corresponding lock output. In this context, you can also program a separate unlocking delay, the so-called alarm unlocking delay. Alarm unlocking delay An alarm delay of 01 to 99 minutes can be programmed. The alarm delay is an unlocking delay. This unlocking delay runs after a silent alarm has been released. The corresponding release time is 5 minutes. The release time is fixed and cannot be reprogrammed. Status display When the "status display" function is activated, the current state of the lock bolt is displayed at the lock output. End of unlocking delay When this function is activated, the end of an unlocking delay is indicated at the lock output. The output is triggered for approximately 1 second. Version

31 Four-eye principle If the four-eye principle is activated, the lock can only be unlocked by entering 2 unlocking codes. Please note that if this function is activated, the corresponding user codes must already be programmed! External display When this function is activated, the remaining time is shown in the external display LCDXT while an opening delay or a release period is active. Unlocking delay An unlocking delay of 00 to 99 minutes can be programmed. This unlocking delay can be bypassed using the quick unlocking code, which is allocated in the user administration menu. Release time If a release time (00 to 15 minutes) is programmed after the unlocking delay, another code must be entered within the programmed release time to finally open the lock after the unlocking delay has expired. If a release time of 00 is programmed, the lock will be unlocked immediately after the unlocking delay has expired. Date/time The Date/time field will display the current time for the lock. The System time button uses the current system time of the PC. The set date or time is transmitted to the lock using the Send data button. Automatic switching to daylight saving time When this function is activated, the system automatically switches to daylight saving time. The clock is changed when the keyboard is used for the first time after actual DST has begun. If the general time is switched from 2 am to 3 am on Sunday, or vice versa, the time in the lock will not be changed until the next unlocking procedure. Version

32 Release with RFID (only CombiStar pro RFID) When this function is activated, the RFID is queried in addition to the user number and the PIN. This query only affects users and not the master. Note: Before Send data is used, the system time should be accepted. The correct setting of the time and date is the basis for the timer programs and correct event logging. Version

33 3.2 EloStar time settings Send data. The set configuration data is sent from the PC to the lock. Read data. The configuration data saved in the lock is read from the lock. Terminate connection. The configuration is completed. Version

34 IO functions When the I/O function is activated, the inputs and outputs of the lock are controlled or queried via EloXT or EloAdapt. The system will then act as a blocking device. The lock can be blocked or released via a connected BAS and communicates a silent alarm or the bolt condition of the lock to the BAS. Door switch When this function is activated, the lock automatically closes as soon as a door switch connected to the input is actuated. Please note that a corresponding door switch must be connected when this function is activated! External blocking/release When this function is activated, the system may be blocked via the lock input, i.e. no unlocking procedure is possible. Please note that a corresponding release signal must be connected to activate this function. Silent alarm When the "silent alarm" function is activated, a silent alarm can be triggered via the keyboard by entering the alarm code (last code digit +1). The silent alarm may then be forwarded to a BAS via the corresponding lock output. In this context, you can also program a separate unlocking delay, the so-called alarm unlocking delay. Alarm unlocking delay An alarm delay of 01 to 99 minutes can be programmed. The alarm delay is an unlocking delay. This unlocking delay runs after a silent alarm has been released. The corresponding release time is 5 minutes. The release time is fixed and cannot be reprogrammed. Status display When the "status display" function is activated, the current state of the lock bolt is displayed at the lock output. End of unlocking delay When this function is activated, the end of an unlocking delay is indicated at the lock output. The output is triggered for approximately 1 second. Version

35 Four-eye principle If the four-eye principle is activated, the lock can only be unlocked by entering 2 unlocking codes. Please note that if this function is activated, the corresponding user codes must already be programmed! External display When this function is activated, the remaining time is shown in the external display LCDXT while an opening delay or a release period is active. Unlocking delay An unlocking delay of 00 to 99 minutes can be programmed. This unlocking delay can be bypassed using the quick unlocking code, which is allocated in the user administration menu. Release time If a release time (00 to 15 minutes) is programmed after the unlocking delay, another code must be entered within the programmed release time to finally open the lock after the unlocking delay has expired. If a release time of 00 is programmed, the lock is unlocked immediately after the unlocking delay has expired. Date/time The Date/time field will display the current time for the lock. The System time button uses the current system time of the PC. The set date or time is transmitted to the lock using the Send data button. Automatic switching to daylight saving time When this function is activated, the system automatically switches to daylight saving time. The clock is changed when the keyboard is used for the first time after actual DST has begun. If the general time is switched from 2 am to 3 am on Sunday, or vice versa, the time in the lock will not be changed until the next unlocking procedure. Version

36 Automatic locking When this function is activated, the opened EloStar time will independently lock after 10 seconds. Note: Before Send data is used, the system time should be accepted. The correct setting of the time and date is the basis for the timer programs and correct event logging. Version

37 3.3 Event log The last 256 events are saved in chronological order and read from the lock using the Read log button. The event number 001 is always the most current event. The events are logged together with the date and time. Use the Export log button to export the entire event log as a text file and to import this file to other software tools (e.g. Excel) for further processing. Use the Print log button to print the entire event log to the installed standard printer. Version

39 3.4 Timer programs Three independent timer programs are available. The timer programs define the time period during which a user can unlock the locking system with his or her unlocking code. Each user can be allocated one of the three timer programs. The timer program is activated using the check box next to the weekday. If the check box is not marked, the entire day of the week is blocked. If an entire weekday is to be released, the check box must be activated and the time period must be set to 00:00-00:00. Version

40 3.5 User administration The Customer data field is used to enter and save all relevant customer data. Each user can be allocated a name. This name is stored in the event log. The quick unlocking code can be allocated to one user. The corresponding user can then bypass an unlocking delay by using his or unlocking code.
