Méthode EXAO Variateur microfour Ce module permet de varier la puissance délivrée par une alimentation fixe 12 V pour le Microfour. 1 Principe et fonctionnement Le variateur reçoit une tension alternative à son entrée, et délivre au Microfour un train d impulsions plus ou moins long. Ce train d impulsions dépend de la position du potentiomètre rotatif, et conditionne la température du Microfour. 2 Mise en service 2.1 Matériels nécessaires Alimentation Evolution F6 F12 Réf. 281 083 Microfour Réf. 701 105 2.2 Mise en place Mettez l alimentation F6 F12 sur la position 12 V. Connectez la sortie alternative de l alimentation à l entrée (12 V ) du variateur Microfour par l intermédiaire de deux cordons type fiche banane. Connectez la sortie du variateur Microfour (sortie désignée par : ) au microfour. Mettez l alimentation an marche. Réglez la température du Microfour à l aide du potentiomètre rotatif. Remarques : Le potentiomètre rotatif balaye, en continu, 9 plages sérigraphiées. A l extrémité de chaque plage la température du Microfour est approximativement : 40, 155, 265, 305, 370, 410, 440, 450 C. Ce module est protégé contre les surintensités par un bilame (disjoncteur thermique) qui se réarme automatiquement. Pour limiter les pertes dans le transport d énergie, utilisez des cordons courts. 3 Service après vente La garantie est de 2 ans, le matériel doit être retourné dans nos ateliers. EXAO method Micro-oven dimmer This module helps vary the power supplied by a fixed 12 V power supply for the Micro-oven. 1 Theory of operation The dimmer receives an AC voltage at its input and provides a more or less long pulse train to the Micro-oven. This pulse train depends on the position of the rotating potentiometer and controls the temperature of the Micro-oven. 2 Commissioning 2.1 Necessary equipment Evolution F6 F12 Power Supply Part no.: 281 083 Micro-oven Part no.: 701 105 2.2 Set-up Adjust the F6 F12 power supply to the 12 V position. Connect the AC output of the power supply to the (12 V ) input of the Micro-oven dimmer using the two banana plug type cords. Connect the Micro-oven dimmer output (output marked by: ) to the Micro-oven. Turn on the power supply. Adjust the temperature of the Micro-oven using the rotating potentiometer. Notes: The rotating potentiometer continuously sweeps 9 screen printed ranges. At the end of each range the temperature of the Micro-oven is approximately: 40, 155, 265, 305, 370, 410, 440, 450 C. This module is protected against over-currents by a thermal switch (thermal circuit breaker), which resets automatically. Use short cords to reduce the losses in power transmission. 3 After-sales service The device is under a 2-year guarantee, it must be sent back to our workshops.
