Virginie Boulot Audit Virginie (Mauritian, 39 years old) has over 15 years' professional experience. She is specialised in the auditing of investment funds and hedge funds. Virginie is a Chartered Accountant (Expert comptable) of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England and Wales, the South African Institute of Chartered Accountants and is also a Luxembourg Réviseur d Entreprises. She worked in the fund industry for five years, before returning to Deloitte in 2008. Eric Centi Tax Eric (French, 35 years old) gained a wide international tax expertise of more than 10 years in Luxembourg and London in supporting financial institutions in the management of their own corporate tax position and the tax position of their investors/clients. Pierre-Jean Estagerie Tax Pierre-Jean (French, 33 years old) is specialised in personal income taxation and in estate planning for high net worth individuals. Pierre-Jean started his career within a French law firm and then gained a wide international tax experience with Luxembourg accountancy and law firms over the past 9 years before joining Deloitte in 2012. Raphaël Louage Tax Raphaël (French, 38 years old) has over 10 years' experience in international tax planning for both regulated and non-regulated companies. He is focused on the private equity practice, as well as on funds and carried interest structuring on an international basis.
Pascal Martino ACG Pascal (Italian, 35 years old) has 14 years' experience in business consulting and advisory services. Pascal is specialised in the definition of strategy of financial institutions and its implementation into target operating models from an organisational, operational and technical perspective. Pascal is a certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt. Nilgün Okur National Office Nilgün (Turkish, 46 years old) has over 20 years' professional experience in audit and regulatory compliance. She is currently working in the National Office with a focus on relationships with regulators, regulatory compliance and practice protection. She is also leading the activities of Deloitte s Turkish desk in Luxembourg. Jean-Philippe Peters ACG Over the last decade, Jean-Philippe (Belgian, 36 years old) has specialised in various risk management aspects for financial institutions, with a focus on risk governance, regulatory capital requirements and operational risk management and measurement. Before joining Deloitte, Jean-Philippe spent two years at the Université de Liège as a researcher. Jean- Philippe completed a Ph.D. programme on advanced modelling techniques for operational risk in financial institutions. He is also a certified Financial Risk Manager (FRM) from the Global Association of Risk Professionals. Simon Ramos ACG Simon (Luxembourger, 39 years old) has more than 19 years' experience in the asset management industry. He covers the whole investment management servicing value chain, from both operational and regulatory perspectives. He started his career in the asset servicing industry prior to joining Deloitte in 2005. Dany Teillant Tax Dany (French, 33 years old) has over 9 years experience in the alternative investment funds industry with a focus on private equity. Dany advises first tier and second tier alternative investment funds managers (mainly U.S. and UK) on a wide variety of international tax issues, including mergers and acquisitions, exit planning and tax structuring. Dany spent 3 years with Deloitte Tax LLP in New York as member of the Luxembourg desk and was in charge of serving U.S. based asset managers in identifying and addressing the impact of foreign tax rules at each stage of a fund's lifecycle. Valérie Tollet Tax Valérie (Belgian, 38 years old) has over 13 years of professional experience in international tax with a specific focus on the real estate and infrastructure market. She is experienced in structuring deals for both listed and private clients and particularly for international and pan- European real estate and infrastructure funds.

Pierre-Jean Estagerie Tax Spécialiste de l'impôt sur le revenu personnel et de la gestion de patrimoine pour les particuliers fortunés, Pierre-Jean (français, 33 ans) a débuté sa carrière au sein d'un cabinet d'avocats français avant d'acquérir ces 9 dernières années une solide expertise en matière de fiscalité internationale auprès de cabinets comptables et juridiques au Luxembourg. Il a rejoint Deloitte en 2012. Raphaël Louage Tax Raphaël (français, 38 ans) comptabilise plus de 10 années d'expérience en matière de planification fiscale internationale pour les sociétés réglementées et non réglementées.
