La missione è promossa nell ambito del progetto italo-francese CLAIRE CLusters Alpini Industria Ricerca Energia, nell ambito del programma transfrontaliero di cooperazione INTERREG-ALCOTRA. Il progetto CLAIRE è finalizzato a stimolare lo sviluppo sostenibile del territorio attraverso lo sfruttamento del potenziale delle imprese della regione transalpina e la valorizzazione delle sinergie tra i territori transfrontalieri, con scambi che incoraggino lo sviluppo della conoscenza e dell innovazione dei sistemi produttivi. L obiettivo è creare uno spazio comune transfrontaliero all interno del quale far crescere risorse e competenze da mettere a disposizione del sistema produttivo locale. La missione è organizzata dai partner piemontesi del progetto: l Environment Park, la Confindustria Piemonte e la Regione Piemonte, in collaborazione con POLIGHT - Polo di Innovazione Green-building & Hydrogen Technologies e BioENERGY LAB nell ambito della rete europea Enterprise Europe Network, la più grande rete europea co-finanziata dalla Commissione Europea per favorire l innovazione e la competitività delle imprese europee. La missione è realizzata in partenariato con la regione Rhône-Alpes con la sua agenzia per lo sviluppo e l innovazione ARDI (Agence Régionale du Developpement et de l Innovation) e il cluster TENERRDIS (Technologies Energies Nouvelles, Energies Renouvelables Rhône-Alpes, Drome, Isère, Savoie pour le développement des nouvelles Technologies de l'énergie). La mission est organisée au sein du projet franco-italien CLAIRE - CLusters Alpins Industrie Recherche Energie, financé par le programme transfrontalier de coopération INTERREG-ALCOTRA. Le projet CLAIRE a pour finalité de stimuler le développement durable du territoire à travers l exploitation du potentiel des entreprises de la région transalpine et la valorisation des synergies entre territoires transfrontaliers, par des échanges qui encouragent le développement de la connaissance et de l innovation des systèmes productifs. L objectif est de créer un espace commun transfrontalier permettant la croissance des ressources et des compétences à mettre à disposition du système productif local.
