A PROPOS L atelier Ursul conçoit des bijoux contemporains, alliant élégance et sobriété. Les collections se révèlent par un jeu de contrastes entre cuir et métal, souplesse et fermeté, mat et brillant. Attachée à préserver un savoir-faire traditionnel, la maison collabore avec des artisans français. Une attention particulière est apportée à la sélection des cuirs, de tannage végétal, travaillés dans la plus haute tradition de la petite maroquinerie de luxe. Bracelets et ceintures se patinent avec le temps, objets intemporels résolument sensuels et urbains. Pour cette nouvelle saison, Ursul renforce sa ligne de bagues et joncs en argent. Toujours à la recherche d équilibres subtils et d associations contrastées, l argent devient multicolore, se mariant au vermeil jaune ou rose. Originellement pensée pour les hommes, la marque a depuis développé une ligne pour les femmes qui s approprient avec féminité un nouveau rituel masculin. Les deux lignes se répondent en écho et s enrichissent mutuellement. Jouant la carte de la mixité, la maison propose aussi une collection sport aux couleurs pop, qui réinterprète avec finesse les codes du sportswear urbain. Ursul est distribuée dans une sélection de concepts stores et multimarques à Paris, New York, Tokyo. The Ursul workshop has been designing modern jewellery, combining elegance and simplicity, since 2006. The uniqueness of these collections is revealed in the contrasts between leather and metal, suppleness and firmness, matt and brilliance. Committed to preserving traditional savoir-faire, Ursul works in partnership with French craftspeople. Special care is taken over the choice of leathers, which are vegetable-tanned and worked in the highest tradition of luxury leather goods. Bracelets and belts become burnished with use, timeless objects that are resolutely sensual and urban. For this new season, Ursul has strengthened its line of silver rings and bangles. Constantly seeking subtle balances and contrasting associations, silver becomes many-hued, harmonizing with yellow or pink vermeil. Originally conceived for men, the brand has since developed a line for women who are adopting, in their own feminine way, a new male ritual. The two lines reflect and enhance each other. Playing the gender-free card, Ursul also proposes a sport collection in pop colours, reinterpreting with finesse the conventions of urban sportswear. Ursul is distributed in a selection of concept and multi-brand stores in Paris, New York, Tokyo.
