Conclusions High level transduction of human T lymphocytes by recombinant defective retroviral vector carrying the nls-lacz reporter gene can be achieved using clinical grade reagents! Long-term cultures (> 2-3 weeks) of T-cells might alter some T cell functions (T-cell repertoire)!
