ANGELS, selon une approche interculturelle, se concentre sur la santé et la sécurité au travail qui sont des sujets d'importance stratégique pour toutes les organisations. L'objectif principal du projet ANGELS est de créer un système de formation, en utilisant la réalité augmentée qui offre une formation sur le tas, un tutorat, un recyclage et une mise à jour des connaissances sur la sécurité et la prévention dans les environnements professionnels et sur les lieux de travail. ANGELS, selon une approche interculturelle, se concentre sur la santé et la sécurité au travail qui sont des sujets d'importance stratégique pour toutes les organisations. En 2006, il y eu 3 715 décès liés au travail dans l'ue (source: Eurostat). Au cours des six années d étude (2002-2007), le taux de blessures mortelles dans les grands pays membres, a montré une image contrastée, tandis que le taux moyen de l'ue a connu une légère tendance à la baisse (source: HSE). Selon la stratégie européenne la plus récente sur la sécurité, cette question de la sécurité au travail, implique un certain nombre de niveaux différents, dans son approche: un niveau individuel comme les comportements d'apprentissage, l intériorisation de valeurs, le développement de la sensibilisation à ces question sur la sécurité au travail, l engagement personnel et la responsabilité. Le projet ANGELS utilise la réalité augmentée, une technique immersive, qui inverse le paradigme de l'enseignement traditionnel en améliorant le processus d'apprentissage. Le projet durera 24 mois. Il commencera par une étude des besoins des utilisateurs - l'analyse des besoins dans le contexte de la santé comme l'hôpital -, suivie par la définition du scénario et de la méthodologie de formation ainsi que la mise en œuvre des composants logiciels et matériels. Une étude pilote permettra d éliminer les problèmes techniques pour garantir la fonctionnalité de la première version du système. Cette étude se déroulera sur quatre sites en Espagne, en France, en Italie, en République tchèque et comprendra 10 utilisateurs par site. Par la suite, c est un test à grande échelle qui sera organisé pour expérimenter et évaluer l'efficacité et la fonctionnalité du système et de la méthodologie. The work will begin with a study of user requirements - needs analysis in health context as hospital, followed by the definition of the scenario and training methodology and the implementation of required software and hardware components. An initial version of the system will be subjected to a pilot study to eliminate technical problems and guarantee usability. This will take place on four sites in Spain, Italy, Czech Republic and France with 10 users/site.
