The applicant must have successfully completed: i. a structured, coherent program of education and training in psychotherapy which has as a prerequisite an undergraduate degree and which includes 360 hours of training and education central to the practice of psychotherapy, which hours exclude practicum, direct client contact hours and clinical supervision hours, recognized by the Registration Committee by a body that is approved by the Registration Committee, ii. a master's degree, which includes at least 10 semester courses (360 hours) of training and education central to the practice of psychotherapy, recognized by the Registration Committee by a body that is approved by the Registration Committee, iii a program in Indigenous practice of psychotherapy recognized by the Registration Committee by a body that is approved by the Registration Committee, iv. a program that is deemed by the Registration Committee to be substantially equivalent to a program referred to in subparagraph i ii. The Registration Committee a body approved by the Registration Committee shall not recognize a program unless one of its ce components is to develop competency in the safe and effective use of self in the psychotherapeutic relationship. (Max. 3000 characters) Je recommande ftement la reconnaissance officielle de la supervision entre les pairs au travail dans un groupe constitué de personnes ayant une maîtrise travaillant en counselling, par exemple aux services de counselling des collèges et universités, comme équivalent à une supervision individuelle. Ceci est un critère très imptant de supervision.il faut qu'il soit reconnu! L'autégulation de l'apprentissage est aussi imptant contrairement à ce qui est stipulé à 5. (2) 3, et, il faut als supprimer ou réviser la première phrase, dans la justification de 5 (2) 3. Au niveau des assurances (Code des professions de santé procédure (annexe 2)) ces assurances doivent être développées dans les règlements administratifs de l'ordre afin de refléter un partenariat. Il est difficile à comprendre comment en (2 (1) 9), on suppose que les membres qui n'ont jamais pratiqué avant, n'ont pas besoin d'obtenir l'assurance jusqu'à ce qu'ils commencent à pratiquer, aussitôt membre, la garantie d'avoir une assurance devra être demandée, pourquoi devenir membre si on ne pratique pas? Quel sera l'assurance requise pour le membre tempaire ou ceux et celles offrant du e-thérapie dans une autre province...? À clarifier! Je recommande que le Conseil transitoire établie un groupe de travail pour enquêter sur ces préoccupations d'assurance pour une approche cohérente dans tous les domaines relatifs à l'assurance. Je recommande que tous les membres fassent le module d'apprentissage PP Jurisprudence, dans un délai de trois ans pour tous ou sans délai, un ou l autre sans exception. Il faut clarifier les règlement sur la mobilité canadienne dans 5. (5), 7. (1) 1., 7. (3), et 8. (3) car le document n'est pas clair en ce qui concerne la mobilité de membres provenant de provinces non-réglementées et d'autres réglementées, les enregistrement tempaires et le renouvellement... Pour les heures de contact avec le client, je recommande d'exiger moins d'heures de contact direct avec le client dans le processus de demande de maintien des droits acquis ex : 250 au Canada et 325 pour les autres, 50% des heures requises! C'est plus réaliste. En ce qui concerne l'article 2 (1). 7.iii, il faut clarifier la situation des critères applicables à tous les candidats qui n'ont pas rempli les exigences à l'automne 2013. En ce qui concerne l'article 9 (2) et 9 (3) au sujet de la supervision clinique, il faudra consulter la communauté professionnelle en ce qui concerne la taille maximale 8
