Mr. McKendrick came to Infrastructure Ontario with over 17 years of experience in the Provincial government. Before joining Infrastructure Ontario, he was an Assistant Deputy Minister in the Ministry of Public Infrastructure Renewal (now the Ministry of Infrastructure). John McKendrick had also served as the Director of the Corporate Finance Branchat the Ontario Financing Authority. Duringthat time, he was involved in the financing of a number of infrastructure projects across various sectors, including asset-based and other financing structures. M. McQuay est titulaire d un diplôme en génie civil décerné par l Université de Waterloo. Chief, Strategic Partnership Office, Alberta Infrastructure Neill McQuay is the Chief, Strategic Partnerships Office, Ministry of Infrastructure. He is responsible for the identification, structuring and procurement of some partnership solutions that deliver public infrastructure for the government. The responsibilities also include advising other ministries and public sector entities on evaluation and delivery of partnership solutions. Prior to joining Infrastructure, Mr. McQuay was the Assistant Deputy Minister, Strategic Capital Planning, Ministry of Treasury Board where he was responsible for the same duties as the Strategic Partnerships Office. Other responsibilities included the Capital Planning and Spending division that led the government's capital plan process and develops and manages the Capital Plan. He has spent 17 years as a consultant, 3 years with a municipal government and 9 years with Alberta Transportation where he was responsible for the Design Build Finance Operate procurement and delivery process for the two ring roads around Calgary andedmonton. Mr. McQuay is a graduate of the University of Waterloo, in Civil Engineering. Carol Beaulieu Vice-président, Développement des affaires, PPP Canada Carol Beaulieu s'est joint à PPP Canada en octobre 2010 en tant que directeur, puis comme vice-président, investissements. He has most recently accepted the role as Vice President of Business Development and will now focus on leading the advisory services and project development for our federal clients as well as managing the intake, advisory services and development of projects from other levels of government and the P3 Canada Fund. Prior to joining the Corporation, Mr. Beaulieu spent five years with Infrastructure Québec, formerly known as Québec s Public-Private Partnerships Agency, as a Senior Director. Mr. Beaulieu has significant experience in P3 deal and finance structuring, noteworthy infrastructure sector expertise, and has sat on multiple financial evaluation committees for P3 projects in Quebec.
