LA CAGE La cage est fabriquée en PEEK de qualité implantable et possède trois marqueurs de positionnement en titane : - 1 marqueur vertical (la rotule). - 2 marqueurs horizontaux (antérieur et distal). LE SUBSTITUT OSSEUX Le substitut osseux est une céramique phosphocalcique entièrement synthétique composée d un mélange d hydroxyapatite (60%) et de phosphate tricalcique (40%). Produite par fabrication additive (fabrication 3D), cette céramique s adapte parfaitement à l intérieur de la TLIF Kage RSF. La macroporosité et la composition chimique de la céramique favorisent la repousse osseuse à l intérieur de cette dernière. L INSERTEUR L inserteur est un instrument jetable en acier inoxydable qui est conçu pour se connecter facilement à la poignée RSF2 restérilisable. Il est livré déjà vissé dans la rotule en titane de la TLIF Kage RSF. Il suffit d effectuer une rotation d un quart de tour de la poignée RSF2 pour déverrouiller la rotule et, ensuite, modifier l angulation de la cage par rapport à sa position initiale. THE BONE SUBSTITUTE The bone substitute is an entirely synthetic phosphocalcic ceramic composed of a mixture of HA (60%) and TCP (40%). Produced by additive manufacturing (3D printing), the ceramic fits exactly into the TLIF Kage RSF. The ceramic s macroporosity and chemical properties are conducive to bone ingrowth inside the ceramic. THE CAGE INSERTER The cage inserter is a disposable stainless steel instrument, designed for easy connection to the resterilizable RSF2 handle. It is delivered already screwed into the TLIF Kage RSF s titanium ball joint. To unlock the joint, all that is needed is to give a quarter turn to the RSF2 handle and then adjust the cage s angulation away from its initial position. 35 1.
