Conclusions Sur la lignée MIA PaCa-2 Olaparib seul : Non cytotoxique -Ne modifie pas le cycle cellulaire -N induit pas de foci γ-h2ax + Irradiation Radiosensibilisation : -Diminution de la survie clonogénique -Arrêt du cycle en G2/M -Augmentation des foci γ-h2ax -Pas d apoptose Gemcitabine seul à dose non cytotoxique -Arrêt des cellules en phase S + Irradiation Radiosensibilisation : -Diminution de la survie clonogénique -Persistance de foci γ-h2ax Evaluation de la radiosensibilisation par l olaparib et la gemcitabine dans 3 autres lignées cellulaires présentant différentes anomalies dans les voies de réponse aux dommages de l ADN.
