Please note that in cases where kits are packed with rubber washers holding the components onto the bolt the rubber washers should be thrown away! TOOLS REQUIRED Set of metric Allen keys to include 4, and 8mm A/F sizes. Socket set to include 10 and 19mm socket and wrench. 14mm spanner. Flat bladed driver. PICTURE 6 PICTURE 7 RIGHT HAND SIDE (AS YOU SIT ON THE BIKE) REMOVE ALL FAIRING BOLTS AND PUSH RIVETS. REMOVE BOTH SIDE FAIRINGS (DISCONNECT INDICATOR WIRING PLUGS). REMOVE THE THREE RADIATOR MOUNTING BOLTS ARROWED IN PICTURES 2 & 3, AND GENTLY EASE RADIATOR TOWARDS FRONT WHEEL. USING THE 14mm SPANNER (ON THE INBOARD NUTS) AND 8mm ALLEN KEY OR HEX DRIVE SOCKET REMOVE THE TWO FRAME BOLTS AS SHOWN IN PICTURE 4. FIT THE TIE BAR (M0261) INTO THE MOUNTING BLOCK (M0260) AS SHOWN IN PICTURE 5 USING M6x30 LONG CAP HEAD BOLT (ITEM 10), DO NOT TIGHTEN AT THIS STAGE. FIT BLOCK (M0260, ITEM 12) ONTO THE FRAME MOUNTS AS SHOWN IN PICTURE 6 AND SECURE USING CAP HEAD BOLTS (ITEM 14) AND ORIGINAL NUTS (DO NOT TIGHTEN AT THIS STAGE. LEFT HAND SIDE (AS YOU SIT ON THE BIKE) FIT BLOCK (M0259, ITEM 5) TO FRAME AS SHOWN IN PICTURE 7 (THE FRAME MOUNTING SPIGOT WILL SIT INTO THE RECESS IN THE FACE OF THE BLOCK). ENSURE THE TIE BAR SITS INTO THE COUNTER-BORE IN FACE OF BLOCK. FIT THE CLAMPING BLOCK (F0024, ITEM 6) AROUND FRAME AND SECURE IN POSITION USING THE CAPHEAD BOLTS FROM KIT. DO NOT TIGHTEN AT THIS STAGE. ENGAGE THE SECOND TIE BAR BOLT THROUGH THE BLOCK AND INTO THE TIE BAR. DO NOT TIGHTEN AT THIS STAGE. WHILST LIFTING THE BLOCK (M0259, ITEM 5) JUST FITTED AWAY FROM THE EXHAUST TIGHTEN THE CLAMP BOLTS. TIGHTEN THE TIE BAR BOLT ON THIS SIDE.

RIGHT HAND SIDE (AS YOU SIT ON THE BIKE) WHILE LIFTING THE BLOCK (M0260, ITEM 12) AWAY FROM THE EXHAUST TIGHTEN THE FRAME BOLTS. TIGHTEN THE TIE BAR BOLT ON THIS SIDE. REFIT AND TIGHTEN THE RADIATOR. REFIT AND TIGHTEN BOTH FAIRINGS (ENSURE TO RECONNECT THE INDICATORS). PLACE ONE OF M12 WASHERS (ITEM 2) ONTO THE M12x 110mm LONG HEX HEAD BOLT (ITEM 14) AND THEN PUT ONE OF THE LOCKING WASHERS (LWOOO1, ITEM 3) ON BOLT AGAINST THE PLAIN WASHER JUST FITTED. PUT THIS BOLT WITH WASHERS THROUGH THE CRASH PROTECTOR (B0061, ITEM 8), PLACE THE SHORTER 50mm LONG SPACER (S0393, ITEM 13) ON EXPOSED END OF BOLT. OFFER THIS ASSEMBLY UP TO THE TAPPED HOLE IN THE MOUNTING BLOCK (M0260, ITEM 12) AND TIGHTEN. PLEASE NOTE THE CRASH PROTECTOR (SLIDER) MUST BE POSITIONED AS SHOWN IN PICTURE 1 WITH BIGGER END TOWARD FRONT OF BIKE. (DO NOT EXCEED 40Nm TORQUE). FIT CRASH PROTECTOR CAPS (ITEM 9). LEFT HAND SIDE (AS YOU SIT ON THE BIKE) PLACE THE REMAINING M12 WASHER (ITEM 2) ONTO THE M12x 110mm LONG HEX HEAD BOLT (ITEM 1) AND THEN PUT ONE THE LOCKING WASHER (LWOOO1, ITEM 3) ON BOLT AGAINST THE PLAIN WASHER JUST FITTED. PUT THIS BOLT WITH WASHERS THROUGH THE CRASH PROTECTOR (B0061, ITEM 8), PLACE THE LONGER 53mm LONG SPACER (S0392, ITEM 4) ON EXPOSED END OF BOLT. OFFER THIS ASSEMBLY UP TO THE TAPPED HOLE IN THE MOUNTING BLOCK (M0260, ITEM 12) AND TIGHTEN. PLEASE NOTE THE CRASH PROTECTOR (SLIDER) MUST BE POSITIONED AS SHOWN IN PICTURE 1 WITH BIGGER END TOWARD FRONT OF BIKE. (DO NOT EXCEED 40Nm TORQUE). FIT CRASH PROTECTOR CAPS (ITEM 9). ASSEMBLY PICTURE OF KIT OFF THE MOTORCYCLE

The Buyer is responsible for ensuring that the warranty on the motorcycle is not affected by the fitting of the Products. On return of any defective Products R&G shall at its option either supply a replacement or refund the purchase money but shall not be liable if the Products have been modified or used or maintained otherwise than in accordance with R&G s or manufacturer s instructions and good engineering practice or if the defect arises from accident or neglect. Other than identified above and subject to R&G not limiting its liability for causing death and personal injury, it shall not be liable for indirect or consequential loss and otherwise its liability shall be limited to the amounts paid by the Buyer for the Products or the fitting or service concerned. These terms do not affect the Buyer s statutory rights. R&G RACING RETURNS POLICY (NON-FAULTY GOODS) Returns must be pre-authorised (if not pre-authorised the return will be rejected). Goods may only be returned direct to us if they were purchased direct from us (customer must prove if necessary). Otherwise to be returned to original vendor. Goods must be in resellable condition, in the opinion of. All returns are subject to a 25% restocking and handling fee (25% of the gross value exc. P&P at the prevailing price at time of purchase). The customer must pay any and all carriage charges. No returns of discontinued products, unless within 14 days of purchase. This policy does not affect your statutory rights and does not refer to faulty goods.

Merci de noter que dans le cas où les protections sont assemblées avec une bague en caoutchouc, merci de bien vouloir le retirer lors du montage des pièces sur la moto. LEGENDE Art. 1 = Vis M12x1.25x140 (pour la fixation des tampons) (x2). Art. 2 = Rondelles M12 (x2). Art. 3 = Rondelle LW0001 (Rondelle crantée M12) (x2). Art. 4 = Entretoise S0392 (Entretoise pour le côté Gauche 53mm LONG) (x1). Art. 5 = Bloc en alu M0259 (Bloc de montage côté Gauche) (x1). Art. 6 = F0024 (Patte de montage du bloc Art.5) (x1). Art. 7 = Vis M6x1x50 (Pour la fixation de la patte de montage du bloc art.5) (x2). Art. 8 = Tampons B0061 avec CS340 (12mm) (x2). Art. 9 = Capuchon de tampon BC0002 (x2). Art. 14 = Vis M10x1.25x50 (Vis pour montage du bloc Droit (M0260) (x2) OUTILS NECESSAIRES Jeu de clé Allen dont les clés de 4, 5 et 8mm. Clé à douilles dont les clés de 10 et 19mm. Clé plate de 14mm. Tournevis plat. Clé dynamométrique (jusqu à 40Nm) COTE DROIT Enlever toutes les vis du carénage et toutes les fixations (+rivets poussoir en plastique) Enlever les deux carénages latéraux. (déconnecter les prises des clignotants). Enlever les 3 vis de fixation du radiateur (voir les photos 2 et 3 et tirer doucement le radiateur vers l avant de la moto). A l aide la clé de 14 plate et de la clé six pans de 8 mm (clé ou cliquet), enlever les deux vis situées sur le cadre (voir la photo 4). Monter la barre (M0261) sur le bloc (M0260) comme indiqué sur la photo 5. (utiliser la vis M6x30 (Art.10), Ne pas serrer à ce moment.

Placer le bloc (M0260, Art.12) sur le cadre (comme indiqué que la photo 6) et fixer le bloc à l aide des vis (art.14) et des écrous d origine. Ne pas serrer à ce moment. COTE GAUCHE Fixer le bloc (M0259, Art.5) sur le cadre comme indiqué sur la photo N 7). Assurez-vous que la barre se place dans le lamage situé sur le bloc. Placer la patte de fixation (art 6) autour du cadre, serrer la patte à l aide des vis livrées dans le kit. Ne pas serrer à ce moment. Placer la deuxième vis de fixation de la barre R&G dans le bloc et engager les premiers filets dans la barre. Ne pas serrer pour le moment. Lever ensuite le bloc pour l éloigner des tuyaux d échappement et serrer les vis. Serrer la vis de fixation de la barre. COTE DROIT Lever le bloc (côté droit) pour l éloigner des tuyaux d échappement et serrer les 2 vis. Serrer la vis de fixation de la barre. Remonter et refixer le radiateur à l aide des vis d origine. Reconnecter les prises des clignotants. Remonter les carénages sur la moto à l aide des fixations d origine. Glisser une rondelle M12 (Art.2) sur la vis M12x110 mm. (Art.14), puis glisser une rondelle crantée (LWOOO1, Art. 3) sur la vis contre la rondelle plate. Placer l ensemble à travers le tampon (B0061,Art.8), Placer ensuite l entretoise de 50 mm contre le tampon (attention au sens de montage (voir les photos ci-dessus). Placer le tout sur la moto et fixer l ensemble sur le bloc R&G dans le trou fileté prévu à cet effet. Serrer la vis. Merci de noter le sens de montage du tampon R&G ( la partie la plus large du tampon sera placée vers l avant de la moto. Attention ne pas Serrer à plus de 40 Nm. Placer le capuchon R&G. (Art.9). COTE GAUCHE Glisser une rondelle M12 (Art.2) sur la vis M12x110 mm. (Art.1), puis glisser une rondelle crantée (LWOOO1, Art. 3) sur la vis contre la rondelle plate. Placer l ensemble à travers le tampon (B0061,Art.8), Placer ensuite l entretoise de 53 mm contre le tampon (attention au sens de montage (voir les photos ci-dessus). Placer le tout sur la moto et fixer l ensemble sur le bloc R&G dans le trou fileté prévu à cet effet. Serrer la vis. Merci de noter le sens de montage du tampon R&G (la partie la plus large du tampon sera placée vers l avant de la moto. Attention ne pas Serrer à plus de 40 Nm. Placer le capuchon R&G. (Art.9).
