SPOB Composition and Mandate (2) Current mandate For all PH-EP offices: Negotiate, establish and publicise policies for space allocation and management Regularly assess policy implementation Review policies in the light of any of implementation delays and/or changing circumstances Establish the PH policy with respect to acquisition of new space and conversion of existing space Establish the PH policy with respect to exchange or reallocation of space between departments Estimate the evolution of PH-EP space requirements through the years of LHC commissioning and early physics operation

B.42 Plans ATLAS & CMS RFID acces system not tailored for temporary (burotel style) usage: acces granted via a key request GS could give special (accelerated) access to the key service to a few selected secretariats (ATLAS, CMS) End date for acces rights currently linked to end of contract/card expiration date GS investigating an alternative solution to allow earlier termination dates No specific booking system, Indico only, manpower intensive

CEGELEC réalise le devis et l'installation HVAC donc pas d'appel d'offre (gain de temps) La commande des racks est en attente aux achats. Reste à coordonner l'aspect sécurité avec Michel Arnaud. Office Space Requests
Other Space Requests HALL 185 : NA62 investit entièrement le hall pour 3 ans suite aux accords passés avec Jean-Loup. Ils vont stocker du matériel NA48 en attente de remontage. HALL 610 : Stockage longue durée de 50 m2 de caisses de scintillateurs ALICE pour libérer un espace au P2 (2252) qui permettra d'installer ADAM Stockage temporaire de matériel de Mr Focardi (en attente du montage tente en face du 904) Stockage longue durée matériel PH-DT (prend toute la place au sol - nécessité de faire du tri)
Other Space Requests HALL 610 (continued): Problème du stockage du matériel venant du bat 133 (évaluation et tri à réaliser) Pour ces deux halls, nécessité de réaliser un marquage standardisé des rayonnages (avec base de données associée) ainsi qu'une charte d'utilisation. REQUETE ESPACE HALL DE MONTAGE: Venant du dep BE - CLIC (Hermann Schmickler, Germana Riddone) : espace de 120 m2 pour une période de 3 ans, pour le montage de modules. zones demandées : bat 153 (PH-DT) ou 156 (LHCb)
