Indication SELINCRO (RCP) «Selincro est indiqué pour réduire la consommation d alcool chez les patients adultes ayant une dépendance à l alcool avec une consommation d alcool à risque élevé ne présentant pas de symptômes physiques de sevrage et ne nécessitant pas un sevrage immédiat. Le traitement par Selincro doit être prescrit en association avec un suivi psychosocial continu axé sur l observance thérapeutique et la réduction de la consommation d alcool. Selincro doit être initié uniquement chez les patients pour lesquels une consommation d alcool à risque élevé persiste 2 semaines après l évaluation initiale» 51
